Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical IT Coordinator to take responsibility for coordinating the technical management and maintenance of a Linux-based collaboration platform built on Nextcloud, Jitsi and Element/Matrix.

What You Will Work On

Coordinate the technical management and maintenance of the platform

Coordinate technical activities across different stakeholders

Ensure effective operation and maintenance of the platform and its components

Support technical planning, coordination and follow-up

Ensure platform stability, reliability and operational readiness

Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders

Participate in on-call duties

What You Bring

Approximately 9–12 years of professional IT experience

Strong experience in technical coordination and platform management

Experience working with Linux-based environments

Experience coordinating technical activities and stakeholders

Strong understanding of IT operations and technical maintenance

Ability to take ownership and coordinate work independently

Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Experience with Nextcloud, Jitsi or Element/Matrix

Experience with collaboration platforms

Experience with production operations and incident management

Experience from large or complex technical environments

Experience with on-call operations
