closely with the Property Manager to drive performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. Leasing & Occupancy Performance
Drive leasing activity to maintain strong occupancy levels Maximize lease renewals and resident retention Support and mentor
leasing consultants Step in to lead leasing efforts when needed Financial & Administrative Support Assist with rent collections

Enforce service request priorities and maintenance standards. * Team Leadership – Supervise staff and contractors in the absence of the Business Manager. Support and train team members as needed. Maintain property operations per company standards and policies when leadership is unavailable. * Compliance & Reporting – Follow all accounting and purchasing policies, including deposit systems, budget tracking, invoice coding, and move-out refund processes. Manage online reputation and uphold professional appearance standards. Ensure all required reporting is accurate and timely.
