Senior Software / Data Engineer

We are now looking for a Senior Software / Data Engineer with a strong background in data architecture, engineering, and

governance.

As a Senior Software / Data Engineer, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, architecture, governance, and

engineering performance.

You will analyze and visualize metrics, help teams understand flow and delivery challenges, and use data to support better

decisions and more predictable ways of working.

The role also requires someone who can navigate a larger technical environment, understand development tooling and processes, and

communicate complex findings clearly across engineering teams and leadership.

You have a senior background in data and software engineering and are comfortable combining technical depth with analysis and

cross-team collaboration.

You know how to turn complex data into something people can understand and act on. You are comfortable facilitating discussions,

challenging existing ways of working, and driving improvements even when you do not have formal authority.
