We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the Winter Season 2026/2027.
We are seeking a hospitality professional with a genuine passion for exceptional service and previous experience in high-quality restaurants. This is a varied role requiring confidence, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different service styles while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service during busy lunch service in a fast-paced environment
Provide professional and efficient bar service
Deliver attentive and knowledgeable service in our fine dining restaurant
Participate in our exclusive "Chef & Waiter at the Cabin" concept, providing private dining experiences at guests' cabins
Maintain the highest standards of guest care and professionalism
Work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the service team to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Qualifications
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress
• Proven experience in à la carte and fine dining service
• Previous bar experience is essential
Experience with wine service is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
A valid driving licence is an advantage
