Supply Chain Capability Manager

iLOQ is an international company headquartered in Finland that offers intelligent locking systems and total access management

In this key cross-functional role, you will ensure that supply chain readiness is built into new products from the earliest

Program phases through industrialization and successful volume production. You will work at the interface between Supply Chain,

R&D programs, Manufacturing and Product Management driving supply chain activities that enable successful product launches and

scalable operations in volume phase.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how new products are developed, industrialized and transferred into volume

manufacturing while ensuring supply chain capability, quality and capacity are in place to support business growth.

What you'll do

In this role you will:

• Several years of experience in global supply chain operations. Experience in product development programs is considered an

advantage

You are a proactive and organized professional who enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions. You can balance

strategic thinking with execution, communicate effectively across functions and drive decisions that support successful product

introductions and long-term business objectives.

Most importantly, you are passionate about building supply chain excellence and enabling new products to move smoothly from

concept to scalable production.
