This role is about shaping how People Operations supports that journey. You’ll bring clarity, care and consistency to the employee
experience, from onboarding and everyday support through to people programs, systems and the moments that matter most.
You’ll own the day-to-day running of People Operations end-to-end, from onboarding and employee queries through to core programs,
employment and compliance processes, payroll inputs, systems and vendor coordination, helping everything run smoothly and without
unnecessary friction.
This role sits at the intersection of strong HR fundamentals and operational thinking. You’ll be hands-on, trusted to improve
workflows, build better ways of working and reduce manual work over time using systems, data and automation where it makes sense.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys spotting what feels unclear, repetitive or overly manual, and turning it into
something simpler, more thoughtful and more effective.

The Role_ // We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 12 months, supporting our marketing efforts across the UK, Spain, and Italy. This role plays a key part in executing regional marketing activity that drives demand, supports sales engagement, and strengthens Masabi’s presence in the European transit market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and the global marketing team to deliver campaigns, events, and content that connect with the right audiences and support business growth. Location_ // This role is open to candidates based in the UK and can be worked remotely or in a hybrid setup. While we prefer candidates based in London, we’re open to applications from across the UK, as long as you’re happy to come into our London office a few times per quarter. Responsibilities_ * Execute global marketing campaigns across the UK, Spain, and Italy; adapting them to resonate with regional audiences * Support demand generation across email, digital channels, and account-based marketing initiatives * Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and support outreach and campaign execution * Plan and deliver regional events including trade shows and industry conferences; managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up * Support and deliver webinars for regional prospects and customers * Create and adapt content including case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and sales materials * Ensure content reflects regional market needs while aligning with global messaging * Support customer storytelling and regional announcements * Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to support pipeline growth * Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives and develop targeted materials for priority opportunities * Support PR activity across Europe, including announcements, media outreach, and industry visibility About You_ * Solid experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS environment * Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on demand generation * Comfortable planning and delivering events and webinars end-to-end * Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with attention to clarity and audience relevance * Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline growth * Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively * Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot * Experience managing or contributing to website content, ideally using WordPress * A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams * Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment * Interest in leveraging modern AI tools to enhance marketing execution, accelerate content creation, support campaign optimization, and drive more effective regional engagement and demand generation.
