Finance Transformation and Shared Services Lead

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Finance Transformation and Shared Services Lead on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see

finance as both a decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.

The partner is strengthening its capability in finance transformation across service delivery, systems and operating models. You

will take responsibility for work that connects target operating model, shared services and automation, while ensuring that

controls and service metrics receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can

evaluate.

environment.

and the outcome. Direct experience of finance transformation across service delivery, systems and operating models is valuable,

while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
