The role We call ourselves a 60-year-old startup. Decades of scientific heritage, paired with the speed, ambition and hands-on energy of a company being built from the ground up. Right now, we're scaling manufacturing fast, and that means the way we assure sterility needs to scale with it. We're looking for a Sterility Assurance Lead who wants to own that agenda from day one, not just maintain a system, but shape how sterility assurance grows alongside the site. You will own and drive the site’s sterility assurance strategy. This role ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements and serves as the SME for contamination control, aseptic processing, and sterilization validation. Key Responsibilities Lead the Sterility Assurance Program (SAP) and Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) in line with EU GMP Annex 1 and global standards. Oversee environmental monitoring, cleanroom qualification, and aseptic practices. Review sterilization validations and lead media fill programs. Drive contamination risk assessments, investigations, and CAPAs. Act as SME during audits and inspections. Provide training and mentorship in sterility assurance best practices. The role is based at Galderma's production site in Uppsala and requires on-site presence up to four days per week. Your Profile You are a highly motivated sterility assurance professional with a strong quality mindset and a passion for patient safety. You combine deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities and are comfortable acting as a site Subject Matter Expert. You're energized rather than unsettled by a fast-scaling environment, you bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach that lets you spot risks early, drive improvements, and push operational excellence forward even as priorities shift. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and can communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You're confident leading investigations, mentoring colleagues, and driving initiatives that strengthen contamination control and aseptic manufacturing performance, and you see this growth phase as a chance to grow your own scope right along with it. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or another relevant life science discipline. 8–12 years of experience in sterile manufacturing, microbiology, or sterility assurance within the pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device industry. Proven experience working in GMP-regulated environments and supporting regulatory inspections and audits. Hands-on experience with contamination control strategies, environmental monitoring programs, and aseptic manufacturing operations. Skills Deep technical expertise in aseptic processing, sterilization technologies (moist heat, dry heat, filtration), and microbial contamination control. Strong knowledge of cleanroom operations, HVAC qualification, isolators/RABS, and environmental monitoring systems. Solid understanding of EU GMP Annex 1 requirements and familiarity with global regulatory expectations (FDA, EMA, PIC/S). Experience performing risk assessments using tools such as FMEA, HACCP, or similar methodologies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent documentation skills and a structured approach to problem-solving and investigations. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. WHO WE ARE ABOUT STRIPE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups, use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. ABOUT THE TEAM The Global Transformation Team is a small, high-leverage team with a global remit. We lead the programs that transform how ProServ works, so our users realize the full value of Stripe faster. That means making ProServ AI-native, building one prescriptive methodology that scales worldwide, and creating the knowledge systems that make every engagement smarter than the last. We care about craft, consistency, and landing change, not just shipping it. Everything we build is global by default, AI-native by design, and built to stick. If we do this well, the model we prove here becomes the blueprint for how Stripe transforms itself everywhere. WHAT YOU’LL DO As AI Product Manager for ProServ, you will own the roadmap that makes ProServ AI-native — sitting at the intersection of AI strategy, engineering execution, and organisational change. You will operate with significant autonomy and a high degree of ambiguity. The ability to influence without authority, build momentum x-geo, and translate strategic intent into real-world delivery is essential. Own the AI product roadmap for ProServ * Deeply understand the needs of ProServ users by spending time with our teams, observing patterns across their feedback, and interrogating our data. We are users first, every roadmap decision should trace back to making their experience better * Translate this into an AI strategy including a prioritised, executable product roadmap * Work closely with the ProServ leadership team to align roadmap decisions with broader transformation objectives * Track progress, surface blockers, and maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams Coordinate a global community of SMEs * Manage and motivate a distributed network of contributing engineers and consultants (who do not report directly to you) across all geographies contributing to AI initiatives. This requires you to collaborate egolessly * Structure their contributions into meaningful, well-scoped work streams with clear ownership and outcomes * Identify opportunities to leverage existing Product investments in AI rather than building from scratch Drive AI execution and adoption * Work with the team to ensure new AI tools and capabilities are adopted globally * Develop frameworks and playbooks that help ProServ teams embed AI into their day-to-day * Surface insights from the field back into the product roadmap * You default to action. You move with urgency and focus. You'd rather ship something imperfect and iterate than wait for perfect alignment Govern and Communicate AI Initiatives * Prepare and present updates to the AI SteerCo including the global Head of ProServ * Maintain clear documentation, decision logs and progress tracking across all AI work streams * Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate trade-offs clearly WHO YOU ARE Technical Credibility * Strong enough technical foundation to hold your own in engineering conversations — you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what's being built, why, and what good looks like * Familiarity with AI concepts, tooling and the current landscape — including agentic AI, LLMs, and workflow automation * Experience working alongside engineers and a track record of earning their respect Strategic and Organizational Thinking * Ability to connect day-to-day execution to a longer-term strategic narrative * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where little exists * Experience in transformation, consulting, or change management environments is a strong plus — this is not a purely technical PM role Influence and Interpersonal Intelligence * Exceptional ability to influence without authority across geographies, seniority levels and functions * Politically astute — able to read room dynamics, navigate competing agendas, and build trust with diverse stakeholders * A natural community builder who brings energy and momentum to cross-functional groups Communication and Presence * Confident communicator who easily translates complex technical data into executive insights. * Strong written communication skills for documentation, updates and async collaboration across time zones * Fluent in both engineer-speak and business-speak MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of experience in a product, transformation, technical consulting or similar role * Experience in a global SaaS, technology or professional services environment preferred * Non-traditional backgrounds welcome. We care more about how you think and operate than the title on your CV WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY This is a rare opportunity to help shape how a global Professional Services organization transforms itself through AI. You will have direct access to senior leadership, genuine ownership of a high-visibility agenda, and the freedom to build something meaningful. The work is complex, the stakeholders are numerous, and the pace is fast. If you are energized by that environment and want to do work that actually matters, this is the role for you.

The Role This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly. You’ll work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market to help clients move from first value to repeatable workflows—while feeding what you learn back into how the product evolves. What you’ll be doing Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base. Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with increasing autonomy. Who you are You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity—while still delivering high-quality outcomes. Exposure to and interest in law: you’ve completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement). Experience level: 0–2 years. Tech-curious and product-minded: you don’t need to code, but you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, learning product features quickly, and iterating on workflows (including basic prompt engineering). Strong communicator: you can translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently, adapting your style to the room. Analytical and detail-oriented: you can evaluate outputs, spot issues, and propose pragmatic improvements. Proactive and reliable: you follow through, manage expectations, and know when to escalate risks or blockers. Comfortable with SMB dynamics: you understand that SMB clients value speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance over long change programmes. What success looks like (Associate level) You execute defined client deliverables with growing autonomy, supporting multiple pilots simultaneously. You independently configure standard use cases using templates, explain the setup to users, and capture feedback in crisp notes. You deliver strong demos (especially to existing clients on new features), and follow up with clear summaries and next steps. You manage specific workstreams on broader programmes—owners, dependencies, deadlines—adjusting quickly when constraints change. You build trust with stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable delivery. You can speak credibly about how AI is impacting legal work, and connect those implications to Legora’s capabilities. A few more things Legora is fast-growing, and this is a role with real autonomy and responsibility. If you’re excited by building from first principles, learning quickly, and helping SMB legal teams transform how they work—this is the moment. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law? Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE Platform Engineering enables business growth by providing the shared foundation that lets Adyen engineers autonomously build and support secure, scalable, and reliable products — from data centers and networks to deployment environments and database solutions. As Senior Service Designer for Platform Engineering, you will improve the end-to-end developer experience across internal tools, workflows, and platform capabilities. The role blends service design, UX strategy, and hands-on design consultancy. You will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and tactical execution, making Platform Engineering feel and function like a single, cohesive experience rather than ~100 disconnected products. You will start with the Developer Center — the central developer platform and launch pad for everything else — then expand to the journey across the wider developer ecosystem, which today is fragmented and inconsistent. You will work on both improving what exists and shaping what comes next. You can expect an 80/20 split as you come into Adyen, where 80% of your time and work will be in service design, and 20% could involve hands-on user experience or user interface design. At Adyen, people own their career, so while this is what you can expect initially, this role will be yours to shape. WHY THIS ROLE * Greenfield by design. Service design as a coordinated practice does not yet exist at Adyen. You are not inheriting a playbook — you are writing it, and socializing it across PX as the example of what good looks like. * Real scope, real impact. Your users are ~1,500 engineers. The frictions you remove and the journeys you connect translate directly into how fast Adyen can build and ship. * A seat where decisions are made. You will influence and co-create roadmaps and priorities with engineering and product leadership — not just respond to them. * Room to grow the craft. You will teach and share service design across the PX practice, helping other designers adopt these methods and creating a multiplier effect well beyond your own projects. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build the service ecosystem. Map and own the end-to-end service journey for Platform Engineering. You look beyond the screen to design how people, processes, and technology work together to create a seamless experience. Drive continuous improvement across systems. Create interventions that change how whole teams and systems work together, advancing the organization — not just individual features. Enable design thinking at scale. Act as a consultant to product and engineering teams, giving them the tools and methodologies to apply design to their own problem spaces. Shape AI-enabled developer experiences. Design how AI shows up in developer workflows — from discovery and self-service to troubleshooting, documentation, and automation — applying it where it creates real value and improves productivity without adding complexity. Define the strategic vision. Take ownership of broad, undefined spaces within the internal developer platform. You frame the problem and create a clear service strategy that balances user needs with technical and regulatory constraints. Consult on UX/UI excellence. Partner with product teams to ensure individual features align with the broader platform logic and meet our high bar for usability. Should be comfortable solving or unblocking UI or UX problems as they arise in teams. Partner across the organization. Work with Product, Technology, and Data Analytics to turn complex data into actionable service blueprints and long-term roadmaps. Articulate value. Communicate service methodologies and the tangible business impact they deliver to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. THIS IS YOU Experience. 7+ years in design overall, including 3+ years specifically in service design, navigating complex software or hardware environments. You have a proven track record of using service design to simplify intricate workflows in SaaS or B2B products. Full-stack service design. You develop a deep, top-to-bottom understanding of the systems underlying developer touchpoints, so you can make operational improvements that matter to people and have a positive impact on developer satisfaction and retention. Systems thinking. You see the big picture. You map intricate journeys that span entire ecosystems — looking up, down, and across — ensuring consistency and logic at every touchpoint. Consulting mindset. You are comfortable as a coach and advisor, empowering other teams to make design-led decisions while holding a high bar for the final output. Exceptional communication. Standout facilitation and storytelling skills. You think about both company systems and people systems, and you build alignment across teams that don’t naturally work together. Technically fluent. Strongly tech-savvy and comfortable in technical conversations without needing to be an engineer. Ideally you’ve built complex application offerings or worked as a systems designer in an ecosystem environment. AI and innovation mindset. You have experience integrating AI tools into the end-to-end design process — leveraging AI for research, synthesis, or prototyping — and you can enable others to use these tools to work smarter and faster. Nice to have * Familiarity with business banking, fintech, or enterprise financial services, and comfort with data-heavy surfaces and complex financial user needs. * International work experience. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen. Studies show that women and members of underrepresented communities apply for jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Does this sound like you? If so, Adyen encourages you to reconsider and apply. We look forward to your application! What’s next? Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process tends to take about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role. THE ROLE The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Director of Workplace Technology owns the on-site technology experience across every Legora office — the rooms that connect, the day-one onboarding that just works, the buildouts that come up clean — and leads the Workplace Technology Leads who own each major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver). You set the standards the sites run on, own the function's budget and vendor framework, and are the technology counterpart to Workplace. This is a build-the-function role: the standards, the playbooks, and the team are yours to shape. What You'll Be Doing * Lead and grow the five Workplace Technology Leads — one per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver) — hiring, developing, and holding a consistent bar across all of them. * Set and own the global standards every site runs on — hardware, AV and conferencing, network, physical-security infrastructure, and the day-one onboarding bar — so a Legora office feels the same wherever it is. * Own the Workplace Technology budget and vendor framework globally: forecast with Finance, standardize vendors and contracts, and feed the site budgets that Workplace owns. * Partner with Workplace on every buildout and expansion — owning the technology scope (AV, network, and badge / camera / cabling commissioning) within their fit-outs, from requirements at kickoff to a clean first day of business. * Work with Information Security on access, network, and device controls, with IT Systems on the network spine and endpoint estate, and with People on onboarding. * Run the function on Legora's shared service desk and AI-native ITSM (Serval) — common SLAs, automated routing, and the agentic automation that lets small on-site teams punch above their weight — and decide when each site needs its own Lead, and when Leads need staff. Who You Are * 10+ years in IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including multi-site or global responsibility and managing managers or senior ICs. * A builder of functions — you've set standards, hired teams, and made distributed sites feel like one company. * Credible hands-on and with the business — you can debug a meeting room and hold a budget conversation with Finance in the same day. * A strong cross-functional partner across Workplace, Security, IT, People, and Finance — you land shared outcomes without turf wars. * Comfortable across time zones — you keep five sites from Sydney to Denver aligned, and build the async habits that make that work. * Standards-minded and pragmatic — you know when to enforce one global way and when to let a site adapt. Nice To Have * Global or multi-site workplace technology / corporate IT leadership. * AV and conferencing, office network (Meraki), and physical-security platforms (e.g. Verkada) at scale. * Office buildouts and fit-outs end to end, partnering with Real Estate / Workplace and Security. * ITSM and AI-assisted, agentic service operations — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval); ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Budget ownership and vendor / contract management across regions. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Okta / Microsoft Entra ID, and 1Password. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

What happens when experienced engineers get access to some of the latest agentic development tools, and the mandate to rethink how software is built? We're looking for Experienced software engineers at the Axis Linköping office to find out. You'll have significant autonomy in choosing tools, workflows, and approaches, and we expect every team member to contribute to shaping how we work, not just what we build. We also expect you to communicate your findings - your learnings should ripple out across the R&D organization. Your role As an Experienced Software Engineer, your job is twofold: deliver high-quality software and continuously push the boundaries of what's possible with agentic engineering. In practice, that means: Designing and building well-structured, testable, and modular software - whether across the full stack or deep in backend services Using agents as a core part of your workflow from the start - not just for code completion, but as a starting point for design, implementation, and testing Evaluating and experimenting with new tools and ways of working Actively communicating findings, failures, and breakthroughs to the wider R&D organization - through demos, write-ups, or lightning talks Taking end-to-end responsibility, from idea through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance You won't just write code; you'll orchestrate agents, review their output, and architect systems designed to be built and maintained within the team. Who are you? You are an experienced software engineer with a strong foundation in building production-quality systems. You've already discovered that agentic coding tools make you significantly more productive, and you're eager to take that further in a team that shares that mindset. More specifically, we believe you have: Several years of experience in software development, with depth in one or more of: full-stack development, backend services, or systems programming (e.g. Go, TypeScript, Rust, or a comparable modern stack) A track record of building software that is well-structured, testable, and maintainable The curiosity to challenge established ways of working and the discipline to measure results rather than follow habits It's a bonus if you also have experience with: Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar Video processing technologies such as GStreamer, FFmpeg, or WebRTC Designing and operating scalable backend systems and APIs in the cloud UX/UI design and implementation As a person, you are self-driven and pragmatic. You form your own opinions but stay open to being proven wrong. You're more interested in measuring outcomes than following trends, and you're energized by building something new rather than maintaining the status quo. You don't keep insights to yourself, you get a kick out of explaining what you've figured out, writing it down, and seeing others run with it. You care about technical quality, but you also understand that good engineering is about tradeoffs, communication, and delivering value. You are comfortable working in an environment where not everything is fully defined yet. You help create structure, bring others along, and make the team better through your technical judgment and collaboration. When you apply, we'd love to get to know the real you. We value authentic applications and are much more interested in your own thoughts, experiences, and motivations than polished AI-generated content. If you want to help build trusted data products that enable better decisions and future AI capabilities across Schibsted Media, we would love to hear from you.
