Rättsavdelningen är en nationell avdelning vid Kriminalvårdens huvudkontor. Arbetsbeskrivning Som kriminalvårdsjurist är en av dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att handlägga och fatta beslut i omprövningsärenden där grundbeslut har fattats av Kriminalvårdens lokala verksamhetsställen, bl.a. anstalter och häkten. Du kommer också att medverka i arbetet med att samordna och utveckla praxis i kriminalvårdsjuridiska frågor samt ansvara för daglig rådgivning till lokal och regional nivå. Du företräder Kriminalvården i rättsprocesser avseende klientbeslut i domstol. Du kan också komma att handlägga ärenden om ersättning för skada. If successful, you would be reporting to the Telesales Team Lead.
