Verksamhetsområde kirurgi består av tre kirurgiska och en urologisk vårdavdelning och fem mottagningar som ger vård till patienter inom följande medicinska områden; kärlkirurgi, kolorektalkirurgi, endokrinkirurgi, akutkirurgi, urologi, esofagus/ventrikelkirurgi, lever/galla/pankreaskirurgi och vid transplantationskirurgi. Vi som sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor och kirurger arbetar personcentrerat i team tillsammans med patienten. Ditt uppdrag Vi söker dig som vill arbeta som specialistsjuksköterska med sektionsansvar (SAS) mot våra medicinska sektioner. Du har avancerade kunskaper inom omvårdnad och spetskompetens inom en eller flera diagnosgrupper, och följer kunskapsutvecklingen nationellt och internationellt. Du har god förmåga att representera patientens omvårdnadsbehov i tvärprofessionella forum då du som sektionsansvarig sjuksköterska samverkar med sektionschefen på din medicinska sektion. Tillsammans med omvårdnadsledaren och forskningsledaren i Akademiskt ledarskap i omvårdnad ingår du i omvårdnadsrådet och arbetar för att säkerställa att omvårdnaden på din sektion är evidensbaserad. Som sektionsansvarig sjuksköterska utvärderar du omvårdnaden, följer kvalitetsindikatorer samt samverkar med patientrepresentanter. I uppdraget ingår att medverka som föreläsare internt och externt i specialistsjuksköterskeprogrammet. Du har spetskompetens inom en eller flera diagnosgrupper. Du har erfarenhet och god förmåga att leda och utveckla kirurgisk omvårdnad enligt evidens och implementera resultat i kliniken. Urban drainage infrastructures, such as gully pots and stormwater ponds, play a critical role by retaining sediments and associated contaminants. However, their performance depends on effective operation and maintenance (O&M), which in practice is often reactive or based on fixed schedules, despite large spatial and temporal variability in sediment accumulation. This PhD project is part of a larger interdisciplinary research initiative aiming to enable a transition towards more data-driven and environmentally responsible maintenance of urban drainage infrastructures.    The research work will focus on developing a data-driven understanding of sediment accumulation processes in urban drainage infrastructures. This includes long-term monitoring using high-resolution sensors to capture sediment dynamics across rainfall events and seasons. Based on these data, predictive models will be developed to estimate sediment accumulation and infra-structure’s remaining functionality. The results will support more effective maintenance strategies by identifying when and where maintenances are needed to maximise environmental performance and operational efficiency. Your role The Product System Security Engineer ensures the availability, integrity and confidentiality by taking stakeholder expectations in account, implementing security requirements and continuously considering evolving threats of a Giraffe xA system. You will work closely with product management and engineering to support the integration of information assurance into the product and ongoing development activities. In this role, you take an initiating and coordinating position, propose improvements, and support the implementation of security related capabilities and processes, with the following overall responsibilities: Identify, analyse, and prioritise security related improvement areas within the product Act as point of contact (POC) in bid preparation activities within the product unit Act as point of contact (POC) for product related information assurance queries Participate in general system work to identify, assess, and manage security related issues and risks Initiate, coordinate, and support enhancements of security related capabilities Collaborate with product management to ensure that security aspects are considered Translate stakeholder and customer needs into concrete and actionable improvement proposals Evaluate architecture and technical solutions from an information assurance perspective Support risk management activities, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of vulnerabilities Support engineering teams in implementing secure and compliant solutions Follow up on verification, validation, and testing of security functionality Contribute to maintaining relevant documentation, traceability, and assurance evidence Suggest and drive improvements in processes, methods, and tools related to product security in collaboration with product management and other affected departments Deliverables and Responsible Activities: The role includes both analytical and coordinating responsibilities, as well as the delivery of documented assurance related results and improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities and deliverables include: Monitoring external developments, including emerging threats, regulatory changes, and evolving industry solutions relevant to the product domain Performing product level information assurance analyses and supplying documented assessment results, recommendations, and assurance evidence Identifying, analysing, and proposing security improvements related to architecture Contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks, security processes, and follow-up mechanisms within the product area Working across teams to identify and highlight needs related to capability gaps, security improvements, reuse opportunities and modularity Supporting bid preparation activities by documenting assumptions, security considerations, identified risks, dependencies, and assurance related constraints Following up on security related issues, risks, mitigation activities, and agreed actions to ensure implementation and progress tracking Your profile To fit, and thrive, in this role we see that you have good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. You also have understanding of product lifecycle management, preferably the Giraffe xA product portfolio. With your experience in secure development and/or system engineering, you collaborate well with internal stakeholders such as engineering and product management.
