BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE Tandem's AI assistant empowers clinicians by generating clinical notes, certificates, and referrals directly from consultation conversations, and seamlessly provides relevant diagnosis and procedure codes. We're actively expanding our capabilities with new modules like advanced clinical decision support and pre-charting tools. We are now looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our team in Sweden, owning the end-to-end implementation journey — from the moment a customer signs with Tandem to the point where they are fully up and running. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Lead customer implementation projects end to end, keeping deliveries on track, on scope, and on time. * Coordinate the technical setup — including EHR integrations — working closely with our engineering team. * Work with customers and our Medical Operations team to ensure the right documentation templates are built and configured for each clinical environment. * Coordinate user training programmes together with Medical Operations, ensuring clinicians are confident and ready at go-live. * Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the delivery phase, building trust and maintaining momentum. * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams. * Continuously refine our delivery playbook, contributing to scalable processes as our Swedish customer base grows. WHAT YOU BRING * A strong track record in project management, ideally delivering technology solutions within social or healthcare settings. * Experience in a technology company, with particular value placed on SaaS implementation or deployment projects. * Familiarity with healthcare IT environments — EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organisations. * A structured yet flexible approach: you run a tight project plan but adapt quickly when circumstances shift. * Excellent stakeholder management — you're comfortable engaging with everyone from frontline clinicians to C-level decision-makers. * Genuine curiosity about technology and AI — deep technical expertise is not required, but you understand how modern software products are delivered. * An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment. * Native-level fluency in Swedish and excellent communication skills in English. LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. HOW TO APPLY We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English. Our interview process consists of 4 stages: * Screening interview with Talent Acquisition * First interview with our Country Manager * Follow-up interviews and tasks with members of the team * Working Day — Join us in the Stockholm office for a day to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. CULTURE AT TANDEM At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started. Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together. Even though we’re spread across countries, we come together often in Sweden for team meetings, social events, and offsites - blending global reach with real human connection. We hire for talent, potential, and attitude - valuing different backgrounds and fresh perspectives. Great ideas come from everywhere, and we’re building a team that reflects the world we want to change. Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.

Are you ready to help shape the future of healthcare through technology? This is an opportunity to join a company solving one of the biggest challenges in healthcare - how to deliver high-quality care in a world where healthcare resources are becoming increasingly limited. The Mission Medoma is building the future of hospital-at-home care. Their platform enables healthcare providers to deliver hospital-level care remotely, orchestrating everything from patient monitoring and care workflows to coordination between healthcare professionals. The ambition is clear: to build the world’s largest hospital in patients’ homes - improving outcomes, efficiency, and quality of life for both patients and healthcare professionals. Medoma is now looking for a CTO who wants to take technical ownership of this mission and help shape the next phase of the company’s growth across Europe. The Role As CTO at Medoma, you will take overall responsibility for the company’s technical direction, engineering team, and long-term technology strategy. You will lead a highly skilled and self-driven engineering team of around 8-9 people across backend, frontend and QA. Your role will be to act as a technical leader and partner - creating clarity, enabling the team, and helping build a scalable healthcare platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys staying close to technology, understanding complex systems, and making thoughtful decisions around architecture, product, and engineering practices. What you'll do: Define and drive Medoma’s technical strategy, architecture vision, and long-term technology direction Lead and develop the engineering team, including people responsibility and team growth Translate business and product goals into technical priorities and scalable solutions Own key decisions around architecture, security, reliability, and technical trade-offs Shape Medoma’s approach to AI, automation, integrations, and future technology opportunities Collaborate closely with CEO, CPO, COO, product, and clinical stakeholders You will not be joining to simply maintain an existing organization - you will help shape how a completely new category of healthcare technology evolves. Technical Environment Medoma's platform supports healthcare delivery around the clock, connecting patients, care teams, command centres, and clinical systems. This means availability, robustness, security, and responsible handling of sensitive healthcare data are essential. The current environment includes: Event-sourced architecture built primarily in F# Azure-based infrastructure Infrastructure as Code, Git-based workflows, and modern deployment pipelines Integrations across the healthcare ecosystem with complex workflows, data, and regulated environments Going forward, you will also play an important role in exploring how AI can strengthen the platform - from predictive capabilities and automation to smarter workflows and decision support. Work with our Android team to ensure a coherent experience across platforms. Shape how we build iOS — not just execute tickets. What we're looking for 5+ years of professional iOS development. Solid understanding of architecture patterns — and opinions about what works in practice, not just in theory. Experience across both modern and legacy UI frameworks. Our codebase uses both, and you should be comfortable navigating that. Experience writing tests and ideally bringing TDD practices into a team. Comfortable integrating with backend services. Experience with modular codebases or breaking monoliths into modules. Experience improving and refactoring production codebases — not just greenfield projects. University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Who you are You see tech debt as an opportunity, not a chore. You enjoy the work of making things better. You're senior enough to drive work independently, suggest improvements, and push back when needed — but you're not looking to be the lead. You want to build, not manage. You care about craft: clean code, good tests, thoughtful architecture. But you're also pragmatic about shipping. Tech stack Language - Swift UI SwiftUI, UIKit Architecture - MVVM, Combine, Clean Architecture (evolving) Testing - XCTest, UI testing CI/CD - GitHub Actions, App Store Connect Backend integration - REST APIs AI - OpenAI, Anthropic (tooling & platform-wide, expanding to mobile) What we offer Technical ownership. You'll shape how iOS is built here, not just pick up tickets. Direct impact. Small team, millions of patients. Your work is visible immediately. AI-forward environment. We're running LLMs in production today — you'll bring that into the mobile experience. Stable employer. Profitable international healthcare organization, not a runway-burning startup. Collective agreement, 30 days vacation, ITP1 pension, wellness allowance, personal education budget. Practical details Start: As soon as possible. We'll accommodate your notice period. Employment: Permanent, full-time. Six month probation period. Location: On-site, Monday–Thursday at Sveavägen 63, Stockholm. Fridays are flexible. Language: English is our working language in tech. Swedish is a plus for collaborating with clinical and business teams, but not a hard requirement. Work permit: You must already have the right to work in Sweden. We handle recruitment internally — no agencies, no consultants, no external recruiters.
Tech Innovation at Apotea Apotea is Sweden’s largest online pharmacy, committed to making healthcare products accessible and efficient for everyone. Our Tech department aims to redefine how AI and automation drive modern businesses — not by forcing AI into traditional workflows, but by creating AI-driven systems that give humans control, insight, and the ability to apply their expertise where it matters most. The Core Technology team builds the architectural foundation supporting e-commerce, logistics, data, AI/ML, and customer experience. We ensure all development aligns with our long-term vision and contributes to Apotea’s growth. We are now looking for a Lead Security Engineer to take full ownership of Apotea’s security strategy, ensure compliance, and enable teams to build and innovate securely at scale. The Role As Lead Security Engineer, you will define, implement, and evolve security practices across AWS (serverless-first), e-commerce, logistics, and data platforms. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering — you will implement security yourself while empowering others to do so. You will act as the first-line technical security lead, defining guardrails, monitoring risks, and leading incident response. You will develop secure practices for coding with AI assistants, ensuring generated code meets security standards, avoids data leakage, and aligns with regulations. You will also communicate complex security concepts clearly across the organization. Location: Sveavägen 168, Stockholm, Sweden (On-site) Key Responsibilities Security Leadership * Own and evolve Apotea’s security strategy across cloud, applications, and infrastructure. * Translate business and regulatory requirements into sustainable security practices. * Define guardrails, best practices, and reference implementations for teams. Hands-On Security Engineering * Design and implement secure AWS serverless and data-driven systems. * Lead IAM practices, enforcing least-privilege and zero-trust. * Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and patching. * Ensure secure DevSecOps pipelines and IaC security. Monitoring & Incident Response * Build and operate monitoring, detection, and alerting systems (SIEM, EDR, GuardDuty, Security Hub). * Lead incident response: investigate, contain, and recover from security events. * Maintain and test playbooks for emerging threats. Governance & Compliance * Ensure GDPR, healthcare regulations, and industry standards compliance. * Embed security and privacy by design across development. * Partner with legal, compliance, and business units for regulatory readiness. * Provide training and frameworks for safe AI usage without compromising security. Collaboration & Culture * Work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams to integrate security early. * Mentor engineers in secure coding and infrastructure practices. * Advocate for a strong security culture. Qualifications * Extensive experience as a security engineer and organization’s main security expert. * Proven expertise in securing AWS (IAM, networking, serverless, encryption, monitoring). * Strong background in designing secure, scalable, cloud-native systems. * Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, secrets management. * Deep knowledge in DevSecOps and IaC (CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation). * Programming/scripting skills: Go, TypeScript, .NET, Python, or similar. Nice to Have: experience in regulated industries, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS), or red/blue team operations. Why Join Apotea? * Stable company with a meaningful mission: improving healthcare accessibility. * Work on cutting-edge AI, ML, and automation impacting millions of customers. * Modern cloud-native technologies (serverless, AI, event-driven). * Flat, agile organization with minimal bureaucracy. * Career growth through training, mentorship, and conferences. * End-to-end project ownership from concept to deployment. * Culture of experimentation, collaboration, and innovation. Medior Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript) Frontend: Angular (latest) + Ionic • Backend: NestJS + Prisma • DB: PostgreSQL • Cloud: GCP • Integrations: Stripe, Firebase, BankID, Posthog About Velora We build care that helps people live healthier and longer. Velora is a digital healthcare provider focused on medically supported weight loss. We build products that make the patient journey smoother and help our care teams work more efficiently. Covering onboarding, payments and subscriptions, follow-ups, communication, knowledge content, and upcoming integrated care flows. Your impact will save lives. What you build at Velora helps more people access effective, medically supported weight loss, reducing their risk of serious conditions like cardiovascular disease and other obesity-related complications. Research suggests obesity can shorten life expectancy by up to around 10–15 years, often with years of avoidable health struggles. Here, your work can help change that trajectory. Why now: We’re in a phase where we’re scaling and evolving both our internal platform (“Velora Tools”) and patient-facing functionality, such as portal experiences, information/FAQ, profiles and payments, notifications, and upcoming integrations (e.g., BankID and additional care flows). How we work: We build for the long term: clear architecture, well-structured integrations, and a codebase that’s easy to maintain. Close collaboration across engineering, product, and design (Figma), with a strong focus on quality and usability. You’ll own medium-complexity tasks independently, with support from senior developers. Use Lovable to quickly showcase and demo ideas (rapid prototyping for stakeholders) The challenge you’ll own Ship a high-quality, performant, and intuitive platform for patients and clinicians. Building across frontend, backend, cloud, and integrations to deliver a seamless experience end-to-end. What success looks like After ~3 months (directionally): You’ve shipped multiple production improvements across both frontend and backend in our TypeScript stack. You’ve improved or extended at least one integration (e.g., Stripe or Firebase-related flows) with clear logging and solid error handling. You’re comfortable with our workflow: PRs, code reviews, and implementing design from Figma. After ~6 months: You reliably own medium-complexity features end-to-end (UI → API → DB → configuration/deploy). You actively improve quality: testing, integration robustness, and developer experience (CI/CD, DX). You’re a strong partner to the team in making the platform more scalable and easier to evolve. Key Responsibilities Frontend (React & React Native Develop and maintain applications in React. Build responsive, cross-platform mobile UI with React Native. Implement business logic with TypeScript, React hooks, and modern React patterns. Integrate frontend with backend APIs. Backend (Hono & Drizzle) Develop backend services with Hono on Bun.. Design and maintain REST APIs. Implement business logic, validation, and authorization. Work with Drizzle ORM for database access. Design and evolve PostgreSQL schemas and migrations. Integrations & Cloud Integrate third-party services like Stripe (payments, subscriptions, webhooks). Integrate external identity/banking services (e.g., BankID). Work with Firebase (auth, email verification, tokens, notifications). Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Manage environment configuration, secrets, and cloud resources. AI, Tooling & Collaboration Work efficiently and responsibly with AI — use it to boost productivity and quality while applying judgment about where it helps and where it doesn't (correctness, privacy, and security matter in a healthcare context). You're free to choose your own editor and AI tooling — we don't mandate a specific setup. Collaborate with designers in Figma for accurate UI/UX implementation. Explore AI tools for development, testing, documentation, or automation. Participate in code reviews across both frontend and backend. About you Candidates must be placed in EU Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of professional development experience. Strong TypeScript skills (frontend + backend).
