Vårdcentralen Förslöv växer och vi har cirka 6300 listade patienter och 24 engagerade medarbetare som arbetar i team för patientens bästa. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi välkomnar dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska med vidareutbildning till distriktssköterska, och har behörighet att verka inom svensk sjukvård. Språkkunskaper i svenska motsvarande lägst nivå C1 enligt Europarådets nivåskala är ett krav. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av primärvård och/eller arbete med äldre, men vi välkomnar även dig som är nyexaminerad. Vidare ser vi att du har ett giltigt B-körkort, då resor kan förekomma i tjänsten. ARBETSUPPGIFTER För att kunna möta behovet i verksamheten och för att kunna upprätthålla vård med hög kvalitet och god kompetens behöver vi nu förstärka vårt team med ytterligare en sjuksköterska. Huvudsakliga uppdraget är riktat mot LSS och socialpsykiatri. Du har ditt kontor och utgår alltid från sjuksköterskornas gemensamma lokaler innan du åker ut på dagens hembesök. Arbetstiden är schemalagd och utförs både dag, kväll och helg. Merparten av arbetspassen är schemalagda dagtid och du arbetar en helg av sex. På kväll och helg arbetar du över flera områden: ordinärt boende, särskilt boende, korttidsenhet eller LSS/psykiatri, vilket ger en flexibel och varierande arbetsplats. Arbetet sker utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv där man ser till varje patients individuella behov och med ett personcentrerat förhållningssätt utifrån individens förutsättningar. Ett nära samarbete med övriga yrkeskategorier såsom enhetschef, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut och undersköterskor utgör en stor del av arbetet. Det är ett flexibelt och omväxlande arbete, där du möter patienter med olika vårdbehov och stödinsatser. Du utmanas med arbetsuppgifter där du sätter den enskilde i centrum och ser till varje individs behov och förutsättningar. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska, gärna med erfarenhet av att arbeta inom LSS eller psykiatri.
