About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly. You’ll work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market to help clients move from first value to repeatable workflows—while feeding what you learn back into how the product evolves. What you’ll be doing Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base. Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with increasing autonomy. Who you are You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity—while still delivering high-quality outcomes. Exposure to and interest in law: you’ve completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement). Experience level: 0–2 years. Tech-curious and product-minded: you don’t need to code, but you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, learning product features quickly, and iterating on workflows (including basic prompt engineering). Strong communicator: you can translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently, adapting your style to the room. Analytical and detail-oriented: you can evaluate outputs, spot issues, and propose pragmatic improvements. Proactive and reliable: you follow through, manage expectations, and know when to escalate risks or blockers. Comfortable with SMB dynamics: you understand that SMB clients value speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance over long change programmes. What success looks like (Associate level) You execute defined client deliverables with growing autonomy, supporting multiple pilots simultaneously. You independently configure standard use cases using templates, explain the setup to users, and capture feedback in crisp notes. You deliver strong demos (especially to existing clients on new features), and follow up with clear summaries and next steps. You manage specific workstreams on broader programmes—owners, dependencies, deadlines—adjusting quickly when constraints change. You build trust with stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable delivery. You can speak credibly about how AI is impacting legal work, and connect those implications to Legora’s capabilities. A few more things Legora is fast-growing, and this is a role with real autonomy and responsibility. If you’re excited by building from first principles, learning quickly, and helping SMB legal teams transform how they work—this is the moment. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law? Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

What you'll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most important government legal departments and public institutions in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to government legal advisers, institutional counsel, and public sector legal teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across departments and jurisdictions. Working together with Go To Market and Engagement in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key government departments, to onboarding new team members across legal, policy, and regulatory functions, and ultimately guiding organisation-wide adoption across government bodies and public institutions. Be the voice of government and institutional users inside Legora - sharing insights from policy teams, regulatory bodies, parliamentary counsel offices, and public sector legal departments that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a government legal department, rolling out to a regulatory agency, or training institutional legal teams. Documenting best practices from leading public sector organisations, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping government and institutional teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how public sector legal work operates - from evaluating the ROI and efficiency gains of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different functions, from legislative drafting to regulatory compliance and policy development. Understanding and navigating the unique requirements of public sector organisations, including security clearances, data sovereignty, transparency obligations, and procurement processes. What you bring You come from the world of government or institutional law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked as a government lawyer, parliamentary counsel, or legal adviser in a public institution, managing complex policy matters and legislative work. Perhaps you've worked in private practice serving government clients, understanding their unique needs and constraints. Maybe you've been involved in legal operations, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives within the public sector. Either way, you know how government and institutional legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience working in government, public institutions, or serving public sector clients - ideally with exposure to multiple departments, policy areas, or jurisdictions. Understand the public sector context: accountability to citizens, budget constraints, transparency requirements, complex stakeholder management, and the balance between innovation and risk aversion in government settings. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from government legal advisers to policy makers, and from civil servants to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining legislative drafting, enhancing regulatory analysis, improving policy development, or managing freedom of information requests. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Navigate security and confidentiality requirements with confidence, understanding the sensitivities of working with government and institutional clients. Appreciate the mission-driven nature of public sector work and the importance of delivering value for taxpayers and citizens. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality.

TL;DR: Lovable is building the future of software creation. We need a Lead Product Counsel who thinks like a systems engineer and understands that "zero risk" equals "zero growth." Your job is to be a support system for our product teams, navigating complex regulatory challenges by finding workable, high-speed solutions that keep us shipping. Why Lovable? Change the world, literally: 2026 is the year AI works. Lovable is building the most powerful AI software-creation platform. Work with exceptional people: We’re assembling one of Europe’s strongest technical teams. You’ll work alongside founders, execs, and sales leaders closing deals with the world’s largest enterprises. Legal as a growth lever: At Lovable, legal is not “back office.” Done right, you’ll be a direct driver of revenue velocity and customer trust. Top-of-market comp: Cash + equity. We pay above market for impact, not pedigree. Global stage: We’re a top AI brand. You’ll interact with leading companies, regulators, and advisors across the US, EU, and beyond. What we’re looking for: Relevant Experience: 6-12 years’ legal experience, with at least 2-4 years in-house at a high-growth tech company (Series A-C ideal). Regulatory Partner: You are the ultimate partner for our product teams. You dive deep into the product's goals and translate legal requirements into workable solutions at high speed. You’re comfortable with the EU AI Act, GDPR, EU Data Act and DSA. Automation First: You have a "developer mindset." If you have to give the same advice twice, you’d rather build a tool or an automated workflow to handle it. You likely use AI agents and LLMs daily to 10x your own output. Deep AI & IP Fluency: You understand the "how" behind LLMs, from data scraping and training sets to model weights and output ownership. You can navigate the intersection of copyright and AI-native software creation with ease. Master of the "Product Contract": You are comfortable drafting and iterating on T&Cs and User Agreements from scratch. You see a contract as product logic, it should be clear, fair, and designed to scale with new AI features. You can write terms that protect the company without creating a friction-filled user experience. Pragmatic Risk Tolerance: You understand that in a pre-consensus industry like Generative AI, waiting for 100% legal certainty means being too late. You are comfortable making high-stakes decisions with 70% of the data and a deep understanding of our strategic goals. Bias for action: you’d rather solve and improve than write long memos. Location: Willing to be based in Stockholm (or open to relocate). What you’ll do Embed with Product: Work with engineers daily to launch features that are compliant-by-design. Own legal for product-side vendor and technical partnership contracts that strengthen the platform. You are a core member of the product team, not an external consultant. Automate Legal Ops: Use Lovable and other AI tools to automate as much as possible - from privacy impact assessments to internal compliance checks. IP & Privacy Strategy: Design our global strategy for protecting AI-generated code and managing data provenance in a world of agentic workflows. Regulatory Navigation: Lead our stance on global AI, privacy and other regulation, ensuring Lovable is always two steps ahead of the shifting landscape. Turn complex legal questions into clear, practical guidance for product, engineering and leadership. Scale Prep: Build the systems now (templates, governance, compliance hygiene) that make later audits and fundraising easy. The Challenge This is not a job for someone who wants to “manage” or “delegate.” You’ll be hands-on, detail-obsessed, and directly responsible for the nuts and bolts of product legal. Think spending time with engineers to design new Lovable features. You’ll also have the chance to influence how Lovable’s legal function grows. Ready to make the engine that powers the most exciting AI company in the world? About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
