Role description We are looking for a detail-oriented electronic assembler to join our production team. This is a full-time on-site role at the production site at Zpark Energy System in Haparanda. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the production flow, including electronic assembly, managing deliveries, preparing shipments, and maintaining overall organization. Your primary focus will be on assembling electronic components. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components and systems according to technical specifications and following our routines to ensure good quality standards. Assist with the intake and organization of deliveries, making sure we have accurate inventory records Prepare packages for shipment with proper labelling and documentation. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient production flow and address any issues that arise. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safety and efficiency. Qualifications: Previous experience in electronic assembly. Previous experience with battery system is preferred. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions. Highly organized, methodical, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and experience We believe you bring: Minimum Swedish upper secondary school education, or equivalent. Experience from precision-based work, such as medical device production, electronics, fine assembly, or similar. A meticulous work approach, manual dexterity, and a strong quality mindset. Experience with quality control, measurement tools, and preferably ISO 13485 or similar quality standards. Troubleshooting skills and confidence working safely with tools, machinery, and production systems. Are you a hands-on Assembler / Fine Mechanic who enjoys precision work and contributing to advanced hardware development? We are seeking a hands-on detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our production team, assembling and fine-tuning high-performance cryogenic components used in quantum technologies. If you take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a collaborative engineering environment, this role could be a great fit. The role includes: Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components and subassemblies according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards Perform precision fine-mechanical operations such as cutting, filing, deburring, polishing, and fitting of small parts Solder, crimp, and connect wiring and RF/coaxial cables where required, following IPC or company soldering procedures Conduct visual inspections and functional tests; document results and identify nonconformities Calibrate and adjust components to meet tight tolerances and performance specifications Work closely with R&D and quality teams to support prototype builds and iterative design improvements Maintain a clean, organized work place and adhere to safety, ESD, and handling protocols for sensitive components Required skills and qualifications: Vocational training or technical diploma in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics, or a related trade, or equivalent hands-on experience Proven experience in assembly and fine mechanical work, ideally with small, high-precision components Good manual dexterity and experience using hand tools, microscopes, tweezers, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) Basic soldering skills and familiarity with wiring and cable assembly Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and bill of materials Strong attention to detail and the ability to work precisely under time constraints Fluency in professional English, spoken and written Preferable skills: Experience with cleanroom procedures or working in controlled environments Experience in reading technical reports and ERP systems Knowledge of quality systems and experience with inspection documentation Familiarity with basic testing equipment and methods for electromechanical assemblies Experience with cryogenic hardware, vacuum systems, or RF/coax assemblies - this is more of a good-to-have experience and not a requirement We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
