Headquartered in Stockholm with offices across Europe in Helsinki, Frankfurt and Rotterdam, Netigate serves more than 1,500 clients globally, including Erste Group, KLM/Air France and Apoteket. We are ~130 employees across the Nordic countries in Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm and in the rest of Europe in Frankfurt, Berlin, Rotterdam, London and Paris. Following the recent merger with the Dutch digital experience platform Mopinion, Netigate now delivers a unique end-to-end platform for experience management - covering every touchpoint across web, mobile, and employee journeys. YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE As a Go-to-Market Engineer you will build the systems that turn buyer intent into pipeline. Our revenue teams are evolving how we generate, qualify, and convert opportunities - and the technical setup needs to move just as fast. That means strong Salesforce architecture, clean data flows, smart automation, AI-powered workflows, and reliable integrations across the go-to-market stack. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Data, and AI. Working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and the Growth Management team, the mission is to identify friction across the funnel and engineer it away. Salesforce is being restructured to support more advanced automation and AI use cases. This role will help land that foundation, keep it scalable, and build the systems that allow our teams to act faster, smarter, and with less manual effort. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with 2–3 days per week in the office. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and continuously improve the technical foundation behind Netigate’s go-to-market engine, with Salesforce at the centre of the revenue tech stack. * Shape Salesforce data models, objects, workflows, validation rules, deduplication logic, and automation standards that can scale with the business. * Support the ongoing Salesforce restructuring and turn it into a reliable base for AI, enrichment, routing, reporting, and sales execution. * Create lead detection, scoring, routing, and qualification systems that help sales teams respond to high-intent leads faster. * Automate the path from buyer signal to sales action, ensuring the right lead reaches the right person at the right moment. * Build enrichment workflows that transform raw contact, company, and account data into actionable sales intelligence. * Connect buying signals such as job changes, funding announcements, product usage, company news, and account activity to automated go-to-market workflows. * Design and operate AI workflows and agents for qualification, account research, outbound, follow-up, and pipeline generation. * Integrate tools across the revenue stack using APIs, SQL, automation platforms, and light coding. * Monitor automation performance, build error handling into workflows, and remove systems that no longer create measurable value. * Stay close to emerging AI, automation, and GTM technology to continuously improve how Netigate generates and converts pipeline. YOUR PROFILE * Experience building go-to-market, revenue operations, growth, or sales automation systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. * Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience designing data models, automations, integrations, and scalable revenue architecture. * Strong understanding of what a clean, reliable, and future-proof Salesforce setup needs to look like. * Practical experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows, including Claude, Claude Code, or comparable platforms. * Familiarity with GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tools such as Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar solutions. * Confident working with SQL and able to connect systems through APIs. * Coding ability in Python, Node.js, or a similar language, with the confidence to build integrations and automate processes independently. * Strong understanding of how data moves between systems and how revenue teams use that data to prioritize action. * Track record of building systems that improved speed, conversion, data quality, pipeline generation, or sales productivity. * Ability to translate operational friction into technical solutions and move from idea to implementation quickly. Nice to have: * Experience building AI agents or LLM workflows for lead scoring, account research, qualification, signal extraction, or outbound automation. * Knowledge of cold email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox setup, and sequencer configuration. * Background in vertical SaaS, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B sales environments. * Experience supporting go-to-market teams across multiple European markets or product lines. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * A scaling international company with a strong AI first focus agenda. * An inclusive and supportive work environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated. * An environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from the start. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within an international growing company. * No matter your role, whether you're just starting out or in a leadership position, we focus on the value you bring to the table.
