Ensure production orders, in Odoo, are created, sequenced, and closed correctly. Track production KPIs and flag risks early. Work closely with the Production team to challenge and adjust priorities when things shift. Prepare planning reports in Excel and support the migration of these workflows into Odoo. We're building the data stack for Physical AI. The Rerun SDK viewer is loved by some of the best robotics and spatial AI teams in the world, and Rerun Hub is live in private preview managing petabytes of data. Demand is strong and we need a sharp, high agency operator to own the high leverage work that turns demand into a business. This is a generalist role at its core and you'll spend most of your time on go-to-market and business operations, but the real job is spotting what's broken or missing and fixing it before anyone asks. This is a true build and ship role. If you like owning messy, ambiguous problems end to end and seeing your work in the numbers, you'll do well here. We have a strong preference for this person to be based in Stockholm. It's where our founders are based, so you'd get lots of in-person time with them. What you'll work on * Getting things done: Collaborate with the founders to set priorities and then go make them happen. The scope of this role will keep changing as the company grows. * Go-to-market execution: Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events. * Business operations: Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs. * Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress. * Market intelligence: Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on. Who you are * Required: 3-5 years across fast-paced, high-impact environments such as an early-stage startup in a GTM, Sales ops, growth, or BizOps role. Bonus points: a technical or engineering degree, sharpened in consulting, then put to work building in startup life. It's not required, but it's the shape of person who tends to thrive here. * A bias for action. You'd rather ship something and iterate alongside, than wait for the perfect plan. * Comfortable in ambiguity. You take a vague problem, scope it, and own it to completion without being managed. * A natural at stakeholder management and communication; you can write a crisp investor update and chase a sales contract in the same afternoon. * Technically fluent enough to be credible with a deeply technical team and our physical AI customers. An engineering or technical background is a strong plus. How we work at Rerun * We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. * We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter * The team you'll join has members in European and US-east timezones * Everyone is available for synchronous work between 1:30–5:00pm CET. Given our current team distribution, candidates outside of Europe or the US will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure there’s enough overlap for effective collaboration. * We've put together an uncommonly talented tech team, value agency and helpfulness highly, and expect everyone to take broad responsibility for what they build * We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, six weeks paid vacation, and whatever hardware and software you need to do your job

The Role (What’s in the Box) Our Nordic Product team shapes the meals, assortment and new concepts that customers experience every week across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. As Head of Strategic Product Development, you will shape and drive HelloFresh Nordics' physical product vision in close partnership with the Product Director. You'll balance two lenses: an outside-in view, tracking how our industry and competitors are evolving and how customer tastes and needs are shifting more broadly, and an inside-out view, grounded in how our own product and assortment are actually performing and what our existing customers are telling us. Bringing these together, you'll build a roadmap in close partnership with Marketing, so our biggest product bets and go-to-market efforts move as one. Beyond setting direction, you'll own execution — leading cross-functional initiatives, scaling our assortment innovation program, and commercially managing our monetised product portfolio. The team you'll lead is still young, so a significant part of this role is building it: shaping its structure, its processes, and the way it works with stakeholders across the business, turning it into a mature, reliable engine for product strategy in the Nordics. What You’ll Do (The Recipe) Strategic product roadmap — building & execution Own the view of what our physical product should look like, grounded both in an outside-in read of industry, competitor, and customer trends, and in a solid understanding of how our existing product and assortment are performing and what our current customers tell us through feedback Identify, assess, and quantify strategic opportunities to evolve the product and grow the business profitably Co-shape the overall product strategy in close partnership with the Product Director Align the roadmap tightly with Marketing, so that our big bets are jointly defined and brought to customers as a single, coherent play to drive acquisition and retention Anchor the roadmap with other key stakeholders, including Operations and the International Product team Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Assortment innovation strategy & execution Own the assortment innovation program: identify and develop new concepts, seasonal and thematic offerings, and limited-time offers. Coordinate execution and implementation of new concepts across Menu Planning, Recipe & Ingredient Development, and Marketing Monetised product — commercial & operational ownership Manage and optimise the performance of our monetised products Own the commercial results (average order value (AOV) and profit contribution) and operational execution of this portfolio. Team building & ways of working Shape and structure a still-young team so it can deliver reliably — Define clear roles, priorities and ways of working so the team can deliver reliably Build robust processes with key stakeholders (Marketing, Menu Planning, Operations, International Product) so cross-functional work runs smoothly rather than on an ad hoc basis. What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients) You bring relevant experience—typically 5–10 years—in FMCG, consumer products, management consulting or a similar field. You have proven experience directly managing and developing a team. A hands-on player-coach: as comfortable doing the strategic and analytical work yourself as you are developing and directing a team Genuinely curious about consumer and food trends and the competitive landscape, while equally grounded in what our existing product performance and customer feedback are telling us Comfortable building team structure and processes from a fairly blank slate, not just running an established machine Strong stakeholder management skills — able to align Product, Marketing, Operations, and international counterparts around a shared plan Excellent business acumen: able to identify, quantify, and business-case strategic opportunities Working language is English; proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a plus; knowledge and understanding of Scandinavian food culture and consumers is a strong plus Team & Location You'll report directly to the Product Director, Nordics, and lead a team of 2 Product Managers and 1 Senior Product Strategy Manager. The role covers Denmark, Sweden and Norway and is based in our Copenhagen office. What We Offer (The Toppings) HelloFresh Discounts – Enjoy 65% off your HelloFresh Meal Box and 40% off Factor_ subscriptions. Learning and Development – Make the most of a dedicated Learning & Development budget and the HelloMint mentorship program. Receive 25 days of paid vacation per year, + 5 days of feriefridage. About Terranova Backed by leading deep tech VCs, Terranova builds intelligent robotic systems to terraform the Earth itself - lifting land, restoring wetlands, and protecting critical infrastructure from floods. Our mission is to preserve the built environment, create new habitats, and usher in an era of abundance. Our work supports climate resilience, disaster recovery, housing development, and defense across the United States and beyond. We’re assembling a world-class team that wants to work on something real, physical, and civilization-scale. If you want your work to reshape the world (literally), this is the place to do it. What to Expect We are looking for a COO or a VP Operations who can function as a true company operator: owning execution across engineering, field operations, manufacturing, recruiting, finance, customer delivery, and internal systems. This is a cofounder-level role at a very early company. This person will lead from the front, run an extremely tight operating cadence, and make sure the hundreds of things required to keep projects moving get done. The upside is meaningful equity, ownership, and the chance to help build one of the defining hard-tech companies of the next decade. Key Responsibilities ● Own company-wide execution across engineering, operations, deployments, hiring, finance, procurement, legal coordination, and customer delivery. ● Build and run the operating system of the company: weekly cadence, project plans, dashboards, accountability loops, and decision-making processes. ● Manage and motivate a high-intensity technical team while earning credibility with engineers, field operators, and founders. ● Drive field deployments from planning through completion, ensuring projects do not slip because of logistics, staffing, materials, permitting, vendors, or customer coordination. ● Work directly with the CEO to support fundraising, board communication, strategic planning, and company priorities. ● Support GTM and customer execution across PE firms, developers, infrastructure owners, government agencies, USACE, and other defense-adjacent customers. ● Recruit, evaluate, and help close exceptional talent across technical, operational, and commercial roles. ● Thrive at the pace and intensity of early-stage startup life, including long days, and field hours when needed. Requirements ● Exceptional operational judgment, intensity, and ownership. ● Experience leading strategy, operations, deployment, product, or company-building functions at a high-growth deep tech, robotics, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or hardware startup. ● Ability to manage technical teams and make high-quality decisions around complex engineering and field operations, even without being the deepest technical expert in the room. ● Strong comfort with customers, investors, board members, vendors, and government / defense stakeholders. ● Willingness to work on-site in Berkeley, CA. ● U.S. work authorization. We cannot sponsor H-1B visas at this time. Preferred Skills & Experience ● Prior experience as a VP / Director / Head of Strategy or Operations at a deep tech company. ● Prior experience as a COO, CPO, CTO, VP Ops, or GM experience at a Series B or later hardware startup. ● Experience deploying products that are hard to sell and hard to build. ● Founder or founder-level operating experience. Important to have seen 0->1. ● Strong finance, strategic planning, and fundraising fluency. Ideal Archetype ● A high-aptitude operator 3-15 years into their career who has already scaled unusually fast. They need to be the smartest person at our company. Wicked, cunning, fluent in the dark arts, blurry in pictures. ● Someone who could plausibly be a founder, but who chooses our rocket ship over starting from zero. ● Has built or run something real in robotics, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, construction tech, or complex hardware. ● Can walk into a messy early-stage company, create order, raise the bar, and make everyone more intense and effective. ● Has enough technical taste to manage engineers, enough commercial judgment to help sell, and enough operational force to keep the whole machine moving. ● Comes from a flagship deep tech company, an Elon-founded company, or a serious venture-backed hardware company. We are optimizing for aptitude, intensity, and company pedigree over title.
