Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. THE ROLE At Legora, building a world-class company starts with building a world-class team. This is a role for someone who enjoys both hands-on recruiting and improving how the company hires. You will work closely with leaders and People Enablement Partners to identify exceptional candidates, run recruitment processes, and ensure hiring decisions remain structured, disciplined, and aligned with Legora’s hiring bar. What you will be doing * You will run recruitment processes across the organisation, partnering closely with leaders and People Business Partners to identify and hire exceptional people. * Beyond running hiring processes, you will also work on strengthening how Legora hires as a company. * This includes improving sourcing strategies, strengthening candidate pipelines, and ensuring we maintain strong visibility into talent markets for key roles. * You will help refine interview frameworks, evaluation methods, and hiring practices that allow the organisation to make consistent and high-quality hiring decisions. * Another part of the role involves analyzing hiring data and conversion metrics to understand how our recruitment processes perform, identifying opportunities to improve both speed and decision quality. As Legora grows, you will also help evolve the tools, workflows, and infrastructure that support hiring - ensuring we can scale our recruitment efforts without lowering the hiring bar. WHO YOU ARE * You bring 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles, ideally within a fast-growing or scaling company. * You enjoy running recruitment processes and are motivated by identifying and securing exceptional talent. * You are structured in how you approach hiring decisions and enjoy improving processes that allow organisations to hire consistently well. * You are comfortable partnering with leaders and guiding them through hiring decisions in competitive talent markets. * You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and where strong hiring decisions have an immediate impact on company growth. * Above all, you take pride in building exceptional teams and understand the long-term impact hiring decisions have on a company’s success. At Voyado, hundreds of retailers rely on dashboards, exports and shared analytics experiences to understand their business and make decisions. Behind every metric, dashboard and export sits a series of product decisions: what should be measured, how it should be defined, and how it should work consistently across customers, markets and products. We’re now looking for Data Analysts to join Team Intelligence in Stockholm and help shape the analytics products our customers will rely on for years to come. About the role As a Data Analyst in Team Intelligence, you will work with analytics products that scale across Voyado’s product portfolio. You will help harmonise how data, KPIs and analytics surfaces work across products such as dashboards, BI Export and DeltaShare. Your focus will be on building analytics experiences that are accurate, consistent and useful for many customers — not creating one-off reports for individual stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Analytics Engineers and domain teams to understand customer needs, investigate data discrepancies, define shared metrics and contribute to the broader product roadmap for analytics across Voyado. Who you are You have a product mindset and see dashboards, metrics and analytics experiences as products that need ownership and continuous improvement. You’re comfortable working closely with Product Managers, engineers and other stakeholders, and you enjoy creating clarity where definitions, data or expectations differ. You’re curious, analytical and enjoy understanding how data works beneath the surface. When numbers don’t add up, you want to find out why. Most importantly, you care about building analytics that people can trust. We'd love to see that you also have: Experience working as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role. Strong SQL skills. Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar. Experience owning dashboards, reports or data products over time. Ability to translate business and customer questions into clear data requirements. Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders. High Impact. Great People. Real Growth. You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged. At Voyado, we care about creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and enjoy the journey together. We move quickly, challenge ideas, and work closely across teams to deliver meaningful impact. Some of our benefits: 30 days of vacation Wellness allowance Personal development opportunities Summits and team activities Four days from the office and one day from home About Voyado Voyado is the Agentic Customer Experience Suite for retail. More than 500 retail brands across 100 markets use Voyado to unite CRM, loyalty, product discovery, e-commerce personalization, and retail media with retail-trained AI that acts on real-time shopper intent. By combining customer data with product intelligence, Voyado helps retailers deliver more relevant experiences across every channel — online and in-store. The result is more traffic, higher conversions, stronger customer relationships, and measurable business impact. We’re growing across Europe and are looking for people who want to help shape the future of retail technology. Ready to make an impact? Fantastic! 🎉 A quick note about our recruitment timeline: As many of us will be taking some well-deserved summer vacation, this process will move a bit slower than usual. We’d still love to hear from you as soon as possible! We’ll be holding initial screening conversations before July 13, after which we’ll take a short summer break. First-round interviews will begin from July 27 onwards. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you’ll apply! 🌞 Additional information As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on the final candidate. Making it personal with AI We believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself, with support from AI where it makes sense. Later in the process, you may even be expected to use AI. At the end of the day, what matters is meeting you — the person behind the application. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human, so please bring your authentic self. Don’t let AI over-polish your CV or answers to the point where we can’t hear your real voice, because that’s what we care about most.

We are super excited to announce that Alexander, Stefan, Raveena, Bowen, Stanislav, Louise, Fernando and Robin are looking to welcome their next colleague to Team Bonnie. At Voyado, we’re building Bonnie — our AI agent and conversational layer across our platform. Bonnie helps users work smarter by understanding intent, remembering context, and taking action across the product. As AI continues to reshape how people interact with software, we’re exploring what great AI-powered product experiences should look like. How should AI capabilities be organised? What belongs in backend systems and orchestration? What belongs in the user experience? The answers are still evolving and that’s what makes this role exciting. We’re looking for a senior engineer who wants to help shape the future of Bonnie and AI at Voyado. Someone who enjoys building practical AI-powered products, solving complex backend challenges and working in an area where technology, ways of working, and team structures are still taking shape. About the role This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI adoption, and product development. You’ll help build the foundations that power Bonnie today while shaping the systems, workflows, and capabilities that will enable future AI experiences across Voyado. Bonnie is live, growing fast, and continuously evolving. The roadmap is real, but not every path is fully defined. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment, someone who can turn ambiguity into progress and help create structure where none exists yet. In this role, you will: Evolve the backend architecture behind Bonnie’s AI and agent capabilities. Build orchestration systems, AI workflows, and platform capabilities that enable scalable AI experiences. Turn AI experiments into reliable production-ready solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple teams. Drive technical direction and helping shape how AI capabilities are integrated across the Engage platform. Work on initiatives similar to AI Segmentation, AI Translation, AI Content generation, MCP and future AI-powered experiences. Who you are You’re a senior software engineer with a strong backend foundation and a genuine interest in AI. You don’t need to be an AI researcher, but you have embraced AI as part of your everyday work. Maybe you’ve introduced AI tools to your team, built AI-powered features, or driven AI adoption in some capacity. You enjoy working with a high degree of ownership, partnering closely with product managers, and taking ideas from early concepts all the way to production. 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments. Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking. Experience working with cloud-based systems and services. Practical experience using AI tools, coding assistants, or AI workflows. An interest in AI-powered products and how they can create real customer value. The ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable steps. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and help others succeed. High Impact. Great People. Real Growth. You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged. Our work directly impacts how users understand and navigate complex financial journeys, and we take that responsibility seriously. We build our success on a culture where we live by our core values: customer centric, win as a team, focus on execution, and always improve. We are convinced that it is diverse perspectives, differences, and a strong collective drive that allow us to continue evolving. We are always looking for colleagues who wants to grow together with us. About the role We are looking for a Data Scientist to drive business impact through machine learning. We have already created significant value from ML across several areas and see strong opportunities to apply it even more broadly, including marketing, conversion optimization, and operational decision-making. We are looking for a Data Scientist who has successfully created business impact with ML and is energized by delivering measurable results. What you will do Build, deploy, and improve machine learning models that drive measurable impact across domains such as marketing, conversion optimization, and operational efficiency. Design, analyze, and interpret experiments, causal analyses, and marketing mix models (MMM) to guide marketing investments. Be a trusted advisor within ML and partner with product, business, and engineering teams to translate problems into ML solutions. Ensure models deliver continuous business value. About you 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of shopping models that created measurable business value. Strong modeling expertise with solid foundations in statistics and machine learning, and a clear understanding of when and how to apply different methods Experience designing and interpreting experiments and casual analyses Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.. That’s why we offer high autonomy, real ownership and clear accountability. You’ll help create measurable business impact through machine learning in a core growth area, while collaborating with a strong, supportive Data & ML team that values well-being, technical excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll work with a modern tech stack, including production ML systems and generative AI tools, supported by competitive compensation and a flexible hybrid setup. Join Truecaller – The place where innovation meets impact! Truecaller's mission is to build trust in communication by making it safer, smarter, and more efficient. Born in Sweden, trusted by the world, and here’s why we stand out: * We are trusted by over 450 million active users every month across 190+ countries * We identify over 15 billion calls daily, helping users avoid spam and scams * We are powered by a team of 450+ employees from 45+ nationalities We always look for people who take initiative, own their work, and keep raising the bar. An entrepreneurial mindset matters here, especially when it turns bold ideas into real actions. We stay collaborative and focused, always searching for smarter paths forward. If you want to make an impact and grow with a team that inspires millions, you’ll fit right in. The role: As a Senior Data Engineer on our Recommendations and adVantage teams, you will build and own the data foundation behind Truecaller's recommendation and advertising ML systems. That means the feature pipelines, streaming event ingestion, training datasets, and real-time feature serving that power the retrieval, ranking, and contextual-bandit models deciding what hundreds of millions of users see. This is a hands-on platform role at the point where large-scale data engineering meets production machine learning. What you'll do: * Build and own the feature and training-data pipelines behind our retrieval, ranking, and contextual-bandit models, taking raw events all the way to model-ready features. * Design streaming pipelines that close the loop between serving and learning, capturing impressions, clicks, and conversions in near real time so models retrain on fresh signal. * Stand up and maintain a real-time feature store so features stay consistent between offline training and low-latency online inference. * Own the ad-event and attribution data backbone: clean, reconciled pipelines for delivery, billing, and third-party attribution partners. * Partner directly with data scientists to move models from notebook to production, owning the data contracts, freshness SLAs, and lineage they depend on. * Build reusable, config-driven frameworks so new models and campaigns onboard without bespoke pipeline work each time. * Keep the platform reliable at scale: billions of events daily within defined SLAs, backed by monitoring, data-quality checks, and dependable backfills. * Set best practices and processes around pipeline design, testing, and data modeling across the team. What you bring in: * Strong programming skills in Python and Spark, with a track record of building complex, large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines. * Hands-on experience with an orchestration tool such as Airflow, feeding ML or analytics workloads in production. * Experience working with large datasets on a major cloud provider (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also fine). * Solid software engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD with Git and Jenkins or similar, and code you would be happy to maintain. * Comfort working shoulder to shoulder with data scientists and ML engineers, and a clear understanding of what production ML needs from data - features, freshness, consistency, and lineage. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the self-motivation to own problems end to end. It would be great if you also have: * Experience with streaming systems such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark Structured Streaming. * Experience with a feature store (Feast, Vertex AI, Tecton, or in-house). * Exposure to recommendation, ranking, or ads from ML systems and the data they rely on. * Knowledge of Kubernetes. * Experience managing a data warehouse in BigQuery (preferred) or Redshift. What we offer: We support growth through learning resources, leadership programs, mentoring, and real hands-on work. People can move between teams and projects to build new skills and keep things interesting. We offer clear internal mobility and a transparent path for progression, with leaders who stay involved and provide guidance throughout the year. In addition, you will benefit from: * A comprehensive compensation package: We offer a competitive salary, 30 days of paid vacation, private health insurance, parental leave top-up, pension, and wellness contributions. * Modern tools to do your best work: Choose your preferred computer and phone within our budget, so you can work comfortably and efficiently. * A people-focused office culture: We value in-person collaboration and follow an office-first model, with some flexibility. Our offices offer a vibrant environment with opportunities to learn, connect, and recharge, from breakfast, lunch, and well-stocked snack stations and quiet spaces to team activities such as movie nights, tech meetups, and cultural events. There's something for everyone. * Truecaller’s “Lab Days” offer a space for imagination: 5 times per year for 3 days, where everyone steps away from their normal tasks to explore new, bold ideas and build things they’ve always wanted to. It’s a space where curiosity leads the way, and prototypes take shape. Some concepts even make it into production, and a few have grown into real features used by millions today. Lab Days allow you to be creative, learn fast, and help shape Truecaller's future. Come as you are: Truecaller is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We believe that a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences strengthens our products and our culture. No matter where you're from, what language you speak, or how you identify, we value what makes you unique and would love to get to know you. Check out Life at Truecaller - Behind the code: https://www.instagram.com/lifeattruecaller/ Sounds like a great opportunity? Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST. HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We're a product-led company where engineers don't just ship features; they shape what gets built and why. About the team Growth Lab helps self-service users start, return, and expand with Mentimeter, finding and acting on high-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle. Experimentation is at the heart of how we work: we form hypotheses, test them with real users, and let the results guide what we do next. We care about learning and impact over output. We move quickly, collaborate closely across engineering, product, and design, and hold our work loosely. We are happy to change direction, or throw code away, when the evidence points elsewhere. Exactly how we work keeps evolving; what stays constant is a curious team that learns fast together. What you'll do * Comfortable driving growth experiments end to end, ready to pick up any step (hypothesis and feasibility, implementation, tracking, analysis, and the decision to kill, iterate, or ship) while we work closely together as a team * Design and instrument experiments using our stack: Confidence for assignment and data quality and HEX for digging into data questions * Build tracking and instrumentation with discipline, so every experiment produces results we can actually trust * Take outcome-driven product problems and drive them to measurable movement in KPI’s spanning acquisition, activation, adoption, and conversion * Raise the bar on experimentation craft within the team: strengthen how we design, instrument, and analyse experiments, and lead technical discussions that bring clarity to fuzzy problems * Partner closely with the PM and Product Designer on framing and prioritising bets, and step in to drive the thinking when needed Who you are * Hands-on experience in growth engineering / experimentation, backed by solid all-round engineering experience - you're already up and running in the discipline and don't need to learn it from scratch * You've run the full growth loop yourself: hypothesis → ideation → implementation → post-experiment analysis, and you've used experimentation tooling (Confidence or similar) * You independently own and solve complicated problems: work with several moving parts and dependencies, weighing trade-offs and applying sound technical judgment to land a solid solution * Data-savvy: comfortable forming and answering your own data questions, and setting up experiments that produce clean, trustworthy results * A strong communicator who enjoys working with people outside the team - you can package an idea, bring others along, and step into a product-thinking role when the moment calls for it * You lift the people around you: you mentor teammates and raise craft standards rather than working in isolation * You hold your code loosely - motivated by impact on users and the business, not by the code itself, and happy to throw work away when an experiment says so * A genuine growth mindset, curious about problems beyond pure engineering and energised by ambiguity * Fluent in written and spoken English (Swedish is not required) Location & work arrangement This role is based at our Stockholm headquarters, with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days/week on-site. We're unable to offer relocation sponsorship for this position. We offer * Competitive compensation, including pension contributions * Leadership and professional development programs, plus access to external coaching * A budget and culture that supports continuous learning * Genuine flexibility and a healthy approach to work-life balance * A diverse, international team of 50+ nationalities who care about doing great work and having fun doing it At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 54,000–SEK 70,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. We’re committed to supporting your growth. You’ll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission. In addition to your monthly salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package—learn more about it here: https://www.mentimeter.com/benefits/stockholm. What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

If you want to make an impact and grow with a team that inspires millions, you’ll fit right in. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the team behind Truecaller's Recommendations and adVantage, our AI-powered performance advertising platform. It is a multi-disciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, backend engineers, and data engineers building the retrieval, ranking, and contextual-bandit systems, and the real-time serving and data infrastructure beneath them, that decides what Truecaller recommends and shows to hundreds of millions of users. The role sits at the intersection of technical depth and people leadership: you will set direction across an applied-ML stack, keep a highly specialized team healthy and growing, and turn a research-heavy roadmap into shipped, reliable systems. What you'll do: * Lead, grow, and retain a high-performing team of ML engineers, data scientists, backend engineers, and data engineers, investing deliberately in each person's development and career path. * Set technical direction across the recommendation and advertising ML stack - retrieval, ranking, contextual bandits, and conversion modeling - along with the real-time serving and data platforms that support them. * Own team planning, prioritization, and delivery, balancing near-term product and campaign commitments against long-term platform health. * Partner closely with product, data science, and other engineering teams to translate business goals - revenue, engagement, advertiser outcomes - into a clear technical roadmap. * Push for reuse: config-driven, composable platforms and closed feedback loops rather than one-off models and pipelines. * Drive rigor in experimentation and evaluation, from offline metrics to online A/B tests, so model changes ship on measured impact. * Keep production systems reliable at scale, owning the latency, quality, and cost of models serving hundreds of millions of users. * Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations, and recruit and onboard new talent as the team grows. * Stay close enough to the technical detail to make informed calls, unblock your team, and earn credibility with senior ML and backend engineers. What you bring in: * Proven experience leading or managing engineering or ML teams, ideally in recommendations, ranking, ads, search, or a similarly ML-heavy domain. * A solid grasp of applied ML in production - retrieval and ranking, experimentation, model serving, and the data that feeds them - enough to engage credibly on technical trade-offs. You do not need to be the strongest modeler in the room; you need to lead the people who are. * Working knowledge of backend and data engineering practices - architecture, real-time systems, pipelines, and warehousing - enough to reason about the full stack your team owns. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align specialists with different skill sets toward shared goals. * A track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and at scale. * Comfort operating in ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs between speed and quality. * A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. It would be great if you also have: * A hands-on background in ML engineering, data science, or backend development before moving into management. * Experience with recommender systems, contextual bandits or reinforcement learning, or performance advertising and ad-serving systems. * Familiarity with large-scale data and ML platforms (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, feature stores, model serving). * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also fine). * Experience scaling teams in a high-growth tech environment. What we offer: We support growth through learning resources, leadership programs, mentoring, and real hands-on work. People can move between teams and projects to build new skills and keep things interesting. Vision and Mission For decades, the line between technology and entertainment has blurred, but in the world of live gaming, true innovation has often remained on the surface. Avanti exists to change that by merging advanced game development with real-time live streaming. We aren't just building games; we are creating a new category of interactive experiences where technical complexity meets human presence. Our goal is to challenge the industry's status quo by using the power of Unreal Engine 5 and MetaHuman technology to deliver a level of quality previously thought impossible in web-based environments. We believe in a future where digital environments are as responsive and believable as the physical world, and where every technical decision is aimed at deepening user engagement. To ensure our future growth and maintain the highest level of delivery as our portfolio expands, we are now looking for a Product Designer who wants to bridge the gap between product logic and market communication. The Opportunity As a Product Designer at Avanti, you step into a role that is fundamental to our scalability. You will have the unique opportunity to work across the entire spectrum of the product—from deep UI/UX logic within our games to the visual narrative we present to the market. This is a position designed for growth; you will start by working closely with our Head of Product Design to understand our DNA, eventually taking ownership of modularizing our workflows to future-proof our production. You will be part of a team that values technical fearlessness and creative disruption. Your work will directly impact how users interact with complex game elements, ensuring that every interaction—from a chat emoji to a high-stakes betting interface—is as intuitive for the player as it is for the system. We offer a space where you can see the direct results of your creativity through data-driven A/B testing and rapid product iterations. This is more than a design role; it is an invitation to help build the creative engine of a company at the absolute technical frontier. You will help us scale by creating structures and design systems that allow us to launch new products with speed and flawless execution, ensuring that as Avanti grows, our quality remains unmatched. Main Responsibilities Design and iterate on UI/UX components for live game products to enhance user-friendliness and clarity. Create high-impact marketing materials that effectively communicate product value and brand vision to a global audience. Modularize design workflows and assets to ensure scalability for a rapidly growing product portfolio. Execute A/B tests on marketing deliverables to optimize conversion and creative performance. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate interactive product features, such as in-game communication tools and emojis. Act as a "Brand Guardian" to ensure visual consistency across all product and marketing touchpoints. Maintain rigorous digital asset management and documentation to ensure organizational efficiency and easy access for all departments. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive and someone who finds joy in creating order out of chaos, whether that means establishing strict naming conventions in Figma or organizing complex asset structures in the cloud. You don't wait to be asked for the next step; you are already identifying trends and suggesting improvements as they become a necessity. Your mindset is rooted in self-organization and a deep care for the craft. You collaborate tightly across teams and understand their needs, and see how their work and yours effect eachother. As Avanti evolves quickly, you are motivated by the fact that your input directly shapes the outcome of the product and the efficiency of the entire creative department. Qualifications. Expert proficiency in Figma, Firefly and Adobe with experience building and maintaining scalable design systems. Proven track record of working with UI/UX for digital products, preferably within the iGaming or gaming sector Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, and corporate identity. Experience in data-driven design, including the use of A/B testing to improve marketing output. Professional fluency in English, with the ability to translate complex creative concepts for various departments. Bonus points if you have Experience with motion graphics or video production, game animation with Spine or Rive. Power user status in Generative AI tools (LLMs and Image generation) for creative workflows. Experience in frontend development or a deep understanding of technical implementation of design. Background in localized market insights and social media design trends. Who We Are Avanti is a tech-driven company based in Stockholm, leading the development of next-generation live gaming. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team. This is the product team that decides how Mentimeter shows up inside the Microsoft or Google suite, learning management systems, and the AI agents reshaping how people work. This is an ecosystem role, where Mentimeter’s thought leadership on engagement and participation gets combined with another product’s value to create something neither could produce alone. A PowerPoint deck that anticipates where attention will drift, an LMS course that reshapes next week's lesson from this week's class questions, an agent that calls Mentimeter to maximise active participation. You lead a team who ships integration features that connect directly to retention and the frequency of use that underpins our strategy. You’ll take over a team mid-execution, with some strategic calls made, other questions still open for you to resolve – you’ll own the next chapter as well as the team’s day-to-day direction. YOUR MISSION Set direction and lead the team * Own the 12-24 month integrations strategy: understand in depth how our customers work day to day, monitor where the relevant platforms (Microsoft, Google, LMSs, AI agents) are heading, and decide how Mentimeter best shows up in those workflows. * Resolve the load-bearing open questions, translating an ambitious thesis into a system the team and the broader Product department can act on. * You and the team own outcomes: name what success looks like for each integration – enterprise retention, frequency, or new-user acquisition – and measure accordingly. * Run rigorous discovery with customers, Sales, Customer Success and the platforms we integrate with, surfacing enterprise and third-party constraints (security, reliability, performance) early so they shape the plan rather than derail it. * Lead the team day to day and own scope, priorities, success criteria, and the tradeoffs, like how deep to invest in PowerPoint, or what capacity to allocate to established vs emerging workflows. * Ship into customers' hands every cycle, starting now with a stronger Menti in PowerPoint and Google Slides, and let usage data answer the open questions rather than parking them in a strategy doc. Operate across teams and functions * Point the other Product teams in the right direction on integrations; help each Menti tool PM see how integrations can strengthen and position their product, and set the shared patterns that keep the suite coherent without slowing them down. * Coach more junior PMs and partner with Product Department Leadership to feed integrations thinking back into the company-level product strategy. * Create alignment with other product teams and departments, and shape go-to-market readiness for significant releases so launches land in customer reality. Shape Mentimeter as an ecosystem product * Define how our AI designs participation moments inside the tools people already use, reading their context to know where and how. * Surface partnership opportunities as you spot them. BizDev owns partnerships, but you live in the integration space day to day and are best placed to see where a technical integration points to a partnership worth pursuing and to bring those forward with a clear rationale. * Co-own the cross-functional work on data security and access control which is the precondition for the ecosystem-level integrations we want to build. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experienced ecosystem PM * 5+ years in product management, owned product direction and business outcomes for integrations or platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS. * Thinks in ecosystems, ships features. Our integration strategy is about two value propositions combining to create something neither could produce alone. * Reads customer workflows and platform roadmaps together, and can spot when a technical integration is really a partnership opportunity worth handing to BizDev. * Experience with marketplaces or AI/agent surfaces is a plus. Technically fluent and commercially minded * Credible on APIs, OAuth and OIDC, SSO and SCIM, permission scopes and admin consent models, add-ins, MCP, and marketplace review constraints. * Connects the team's work to enterprise conversion, retention and expansion, and grounds prioritisation in customer reality. Senior judgment and influence * Raises decision quality by framing problems sharply and putting the reasoning on the page to make complex bets become workable. * Comfortable in ambiguity and able to take a space with real history and unresolved strategic questions and turn it into a plan the team and stakeholders can get behind. * Coaches more junior PMs and partners credibly with leaders across Sales, CS, Engineering, Design and Data. HOW YOU OPERATE * A clear communicator who builds alignment and creates clarity when inputs conflict or are incomplete. * Outcome-oriented and data-informed – sets explicit success measures and updates the plan as evidence lands. * Aligned with our core values and excited to help us stay true to them as we scale. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you’d enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter. PRACTICAL DETAILS * This role is based in our Stockholm office, primarily onsite with the option to work from home twice per week. * Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities. * A cover letter is not required as part of your application. COMPENSATION At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 70,000–SEK 91,000 per month. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together.
