YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Senior Proposal Specialist at Voi, you are the pen behind our most important tenders. You turn complex city requirements, technical specifications and policy commitments into clear, persuasive and beautifully crafted proposals that make the case for Voi as Europe's #1 micromobility operator. This is a hands-on writing role. Sitting within the Proposal & Content function of the Tender Enablement team, you spend the majority of your time doing the work: drafting, editing, refining and finalising tender responses to the highest standard. You are not managing a team or setting strategy; you are the specialist who makes our submissions shine, working closely with our Tender Governance team, local markets and subject-matter contributors to get the content right. You will: * Write and edit persuasive, high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demos and presentations, tailored to each city's priorities, evaluation criteria and local context. * Develop the content structure for each tender: deciding how to present our narrative for different markets, languages and requirements, based on the win themes agreed with the team. * Work closely with local teams and partners to produce fit-for-purpose drafts that reflect local nuance, including writing or adapting content in non-English markets. * Apply Voi's tone of voice and writing standards consistently throughout every submission, clear, confident and human. * Review, proofread and refine contributions from subject-matter experts across Markets, Policy, Finance, R&D, Legal and Commercial, translating technical input into crisp, compelling language. * Finalise and quality-check all documentation for each tender stage, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with submission requirements. * Contribute to and maintain our tender content library: keeping our bank of reusable answers, evidence and narratives up to date and improving with every submission. * Collaborate with our tender designer to ensure content and visuals work together to tell a strong, consistent Voi story. * Apply learnings from tender feedback and scoring outcomes to improve the quality and persuasiveness of future responses. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a skilled writer who thrives on making complex things simple, and on finding the right words to make a city say yes. You love the craft: the structure of an argument, the rhythm of a sentence, the difference between good and excellent. You are curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently, producing polished, high-quality content across multiple live submissions at once. This role does not involve managing people or owning commercial strategy. You are a specialist who is exceptional at what you do, and what you do is write. Experience & knowledge: * Minimum 2-4 years in bid or tender writing, proposal development or content production, ideally in a public sector or B2G context. * Excellent written English and German; additional Norwegian, Dutch or French writing capability is a strong asset given our key markets. * Familiarity with tender content libraries or knowledge management tools. * Exposure to public procurement processes, evaluation criteria and compliance requirements. * Micromobility or urban mobility background a merit. Key competencies: * Written communication: writes clearly and persuasively, adapts style and tone for different markets and audiences. * Content planning: structures responses logically and knows how to sequence arguments for maximum impact. * Attention to detail: produces consistently accurate, polished work and catches errors before they reach the evaluator. * Collaboration: draws out the right information from subject-matter experts and turns varied inputs into coherent submissions. * Growth mindset: actively learns from feedback, scoring outcomes and competitor analysis to improve every future response. Don't meet every requirement? If you are excited about this role and our mission, and bring strong writing skills and relevant experience, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every box. WHY VOI? Working at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be part of a team building something meaningful for cities and society. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to: * Join Europe's #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest-growing scale-ups. * Get "skin in the game" through our employee options programme. * Enjoy unlimited free Voi rides and a dog-friendly office. * Work with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal. * Be part of the micromobility revolution, helping create sustainable cities free from noise and pollution.

Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. Summer hiring notice: Due to summer vacations, we will begin the reviewing and interviewing process for this role from August. However, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. THE ROLE: At Mentimeter, organic growth is a core part of how we scale across both self-serve and enterprise. With search evolving quickly, there’s an opportunity to rethink how we show up across queries, use cases, and increasingly AI-driven experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to drive Mentimeter’s organic acquisition strategy — making sure high-intent users find us, understand us, and convert through SEO, AI-era discoverability, structured content and localization. You’ll help define the next version of organic discovery at Mentimeter — shaping how we capture demand and stay visible when it matters most. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll set the strategy and execute it by building and publishing indexable pages directly in our CMS using approved templates/components, while keeping a scalable content architecture across personas and markets. You’ll help shape how Mentimeter is discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer experiences. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Own and execute Mentimeter’s SEO strategy: keyword intent mapping, topic clusters, internal linking, and technical foundations. * Improve discoverability through structured data and modern search practices, including AEO/SGE readiness. * Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, organic registrations) and iterate based on results and search trends. * Plan and lead global SEO content creation with Brand and Product Marketing (PMM), ensuring content matches user intent and business goals. * Build and publish search-optimized, indexable pages in the CMS (titles, headings, meta, canonicals, internal linking, and schema/hreflang where supported). * Maintain a clear, scalable content structure across personas, use cases, and markets — and keep internal linking healthy. * Lead localization efforts so translated content meets search standards and delivers real, unique value in each market. * Partner with CRO to improve conversion without compromising SEO fundamentals; scale winning treatments across templates and markets. * Track the organic funnel end-to-end and identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and registrations. Own the organic journey from discovery to registration, ensuring our search strategy attracts high-intent users — not just traffic. * Act as an internal voice of search, helping stakeholders understand important shifts in SEO, AI-driven discovery, and search behavior. YOU’LL COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH: * Website Growth Manager (priorities, goals, tracking, roadmap input) * Website Optimization / CRO (experiments on indexable pages, scaling winners) * Brand & PMM (themes, messaging, quality, and consistency) * Web PM & Developers (new templates/components, platform improvements) * Sales Enablement (enterprise personas/use cases and content needs) * Analytics (tracking validation, attribution, page-level reporting) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: You’re the kind of person who can zoom out and set a clear organic strategy — then zoom in and ship pages that perform. * Strong experience in SEO and content growth, typically at least 8+ years. * Deep understanding of technical + semantic SEO, internal linking, structured data, and localization fundamentals. * Proven track record growing organic traffic and converting that traffic into registrations and revenue. * Comfortable owning an SEO/content roadmap and delivering strategy + execution. * Confidence publishing directly in a CMS and ensuring content quality (with strong editorial judgment). * Collaborative, proactive working style across Marketing, CRO, Web, PMM, Sales Enablement and Analytics. * Strong commercial judgment: you know how to prioritize high-intent opportunities and focus on work that drives meaningful business impact, not just rankings. * Good understanding of how search is evolving, including AI-influenced discovery and answer-driven search experiences. Who are you: * The technical specialist: You have 8+ years of experience in high-growth digital companies, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic into the millions. * AI-native: You understand the data science behind search. You have a working knowledge of how LLMs process information and how to leverage them for content scale. * The change leader: You are a strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and act as a central point of enablement, clearing bottlenecks to execute fast. * Data-fluent: You are proficient in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools, allowing you to move beyond "vanity metrics" and report on true pipeline contribution. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET: * SEO/AEO tools: High level mastery of Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven tools. * Data & analytics: GA4, GSC, SQL, and Google Tag Manager. * CMS expertise: Deep hands-on experience with headless CMS architectures like Contentful or other. * Technical excellence: Deep understanding of internationalization (hreflang at scale), site migrations, and page speed optimization. NOT REQUIRED: * Swedish is not required (as daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ different nationalities) WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE (AFTER YOU’VE SETTLED IN) * High-quality SEO pages ship steadily (brief → live), and organic registrations per page trend up over time. * A reduction in content-to-live cycles through automation and modular CMS design. * Clear visibility across priority topics/intents/personas — including presence in snippets/AI results where relevant. * Localized pages rank well and convert in key markets. * CRO collaboration feels smooth: experiments improve conversion and keep search performance healthy. A significant increase in organic traffic with a corresponding uplift in Conversion Rate (CvR) * Stakeholders across the business have better visibility into organic performance and stronger confidence in how search supports growth, empowered by transparent, proactive reporting. * An overall clear progress in how Mentimeter shows up across both traditional search and AI-driven discovery experiences. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 📍 Location: This is a hybrid role at Mentimeter HQ in Stockholm. Our guideline is 3 days a week at the office. Please note that we do not offer relocation sponsorship for the position. 💡Our recruitment process: 1. Screening interview 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Business Case + Competence Interview on-site 4. Culture interview (incl. conducting a personality & logical ability tets) 5. References & Offer Not sure you tick every box? Apply anyway—great matches often come in surprising shapes. At Mentimeter where we currently boast over 50+ different nationalities, you'll be part of a culture that values creativity, innovation, and inclusivity. We believe in supporting our team members' growth and offering them the platform to excel. If you're eager to contribute to our mission and make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you. What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.
