Our Product Operations team sits at the very heart of what HelloFresh does — making sure the most attractive menus and the right
ingredients reach the right customers, week after week.
As a Menu Planning & Ingredients Intern, you will work across two closely connected teams, giving you a rare, end-to-end view of
how our menus come to life. From shaping what lands on our customers' plates to keeping our HelloFresh Market running smoothly,
your work will have a real and visible impact on the product. This is a 5-6 month internship based in Amsterdam, and it's an ideal
role for someone who is equally energized by food and by data.
This is a paid internship (€700 gross/month based on a 40-hour work week) designed to offer hands-on experience in a fast-paced,
international environment. As an intern, you will have structured guidance to support your learning and development. We aim to
create an environment where you can build practical skills, gain exposure to how HelloFresh operates, and learn through doing. The
internship is suitable for students whose educational requirements allow them to complete an internship during the proposed
period.

THE ROLE: WHAT'S IN THE BOX We are looking for a Culinary Intern for our ambitious, fast-growing team in Amsterdam from September 2026 for 6 months. During your internship, you will be supporting the Recipe Team that is responsible for all recipes in the HelloFresh Box. You will be at the center of the dynamic team, connecting all product team members, including recipe developers, dieticians, nutritionists, menu planner and recipe editors. This is a unique opportunity to learn and gain experience in a growing business that is leading the way in the food industry. WHAT YOU’LL DO: THE RECIPE * Supporting the recipe developers in the kitchen, by preparing the cooking and tasting sessions and keeping the kitchen organized and clean. * You occasionally assist with (re)cooking recipes when needed. * You make sure the test kitchen is stocked with the needed groceries. * Assisting in ongoing projects, ranging from marketing initiatives to culinary inspiration sessions. * Carry out deep dives and research into recipe successes and potential improvements. * You support the team on operational tasks, like ensuring our recipes are 100% accurate.
