About DataCamp
DataCamp's mission is to empower everyone with the data and AI skills essential for 21st-century success. By providing practical,
engaging learning experiences, DataCamp equips learners and organizations of all sizes to harness the power of data and AI. As a
trusted partner to over 17 million learners and 6,000+ companies, including 80% of the Fortune 1000, DataCamp is leading the
charge in addressing the critical data and AI skills shortage.
About the Role
You'll be the operational backbone of DataCamp's professional services programs. Think multi-week, multi-cohort engagements
involving live classes, masterclasses, hackathons, and Data+AI upskilling tracks — delivered to large organizations going through
data and AI transformation.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You won't be teaching — you'll be making sure everything around the teaching runs like
clockwork. You'll be the main point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating instructors, internal teams, and
stakeholders to ensure every program launches on time, runs smoothly, and improves with each iteration.
If you're the kind of person who gets energy from keeping complex projects on track, building trust with enterprise clients, and
quietly making everyone around you more effective — this is your role.
About you
At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and
customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful
impact. You're adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you
beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward.
You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we
encourage you to apply!
Program Planning & Setup
Translate commercial agreements into clear delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. Organize and lead
kickoff calls (internal and client-facing), set up recurring check-ins, and make sure all documentation, logistics, tooling, and
communication channels are in place before a program goes live. You'll own the approval workflow for session content — ensuring
outlines go out on time and client feedback loops are tight. You'll also manage all program communications: scheduling emails,
invites, reminders, and post-program surveys.
Live Delivery Management
Act as the operational lead during live program delivery. Support instructors by removing blockers, monitor session pacing and
quality, run client check-ins, and proactively flag and mitigate risks before they become problems.
Continuous Improvement
Lead post-cohort retrospectives and turn feedback into concrete improvements for the next round. Coordinate cross-cohort updates
and deliver clear program wrap-ups with outcomes, learnings, and recommendations.
Scope & Commercial Awareness
Keep a close eye on scope. Flag deviations early, partner with account teams on change requests, and make sure delivery stays
aligned with what was sold.
AI-Powered Project Management
Use AI tools and automations to streamline your own workflows — from status tracking to communication to reporting. We're a data
and AI company, and we expect our team to work that way. You should be comfortable building and iterating on AI-powered
automations that make program delivery faster and more reliable.

Behavox is a high-performance organisation with a strong bias toward delivery, ownership, and responsibility. We commit, and we execute. We are building systems that are complex, mission-critical, and global in scale; systems that many consider too large or too difficult. To do that, we seek the smartest, most technically capable engineers and technologists who take end-to-end responsibility and want to win by building what others cannot. Founded in 2014 and backed by SoftBank Vision Fund, Behavox is headquartered in London, with offices worldwide, including New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo. ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Delivery Manager owns program-level delivery execution for complex, enterprise client engagements composed of multiple interrelated projects. The role is accountable for establishing and maintaining a cohesive program delivery plan, aligning scope, sequencing, dependencies, and cost considerations across delivery streams to ensure contractual commitments and client value realization are achieved. At this level, the Senior Delivery Manager owns the full program lifecycle and typically has 5–8 years of delivery or project management experience. The role is accountable for program delivery outcomes, commercial trade-off decisions within contractual boundaries, and cross-project risk and dependency management. The Senior Delivery Manager applies sound commercial judgment to balance scope, cost, effort, and timelines while protecting delivery integrity. The role also exercises functional leadership within the delivery program, providing guidance, coaching, and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers contributing to the program. While not a people manager, the Senior Delivery Manager supports capability development, reinforces delivery standards, and represents Behavox’s mission, marketplace, and technologies with authority in high-impact delivery situations. This is a hybrid position based out of our Milan office. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Program delivery governance frameworks: Deep knowledge of program-level delivery structures, controls, and execution patterns required to govern multiple concurrent projects under a unified delivery model. * Cloud-native program architecture context: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery implications used to guide program sequencing and manage technical dependencies. * Enterprise data integration models: Advanced knowledge of network connectivity approaches such as SMTP and SFTP and their impact on program design, delivery risk, and sequencing decisions. * Program delivery economics and commercial trade-offs: Knowledge of cost drivers, effort distribution, and time-to-value considerations applied across programs to support informed scope, sequencing, and resourcing decisions. * Organizational mission and solution alignment: Strong understanding of Behavox’s mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies, applied to align program delivery execution with business intent. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Program-level delivery ownership: Owns end-to-end delivery outcomes across a defined program, including delivery model definition, sequencing, and coordination of constituent projects. * Commercial trade-off decision execution: Applies commercial judgment to make program-level decisions on scope, cost, effort, and timelines within contractual boundaries to protect delivery outcomes. * Cross-project risk and dependency resolution: Proactively identifies, mitigates, and resolves risks, issues, and dependencies that span multiple projects with minimal escalation. * Functional delivery leadership and coaching: Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching, and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers contributing to the program, reinforcing delivery standards and best practices without direct people management responsibility. * Program scope governance and change leadership: Owns program-level scope governance and leads formal change processes to maintain delivery integrity while accommodating justified change. WHAT WE OFFER * The opportunity to work on a global, mission-critical AI platform alongside the best engineers and technologists across multiple geographies * A role with real ownership and impact, building complex systems at scale in an environment that values speed, experimentation, and technical excellence * A highly attractive benefits package, including competitive cash compensation, an equity award aligned with long-term value creation, and comprehensive health insurance for employees and their families * Modern, comfortable office in Milan, with an expectation of working from the office 2 days per week, reflecting our belief in strong in-person collaboration, while remaining flexible to accommodate occasional personal circumstances that may require working from home * A generous time-off policy of 30 days annually, plus public holidays and sick leave, recognising the importance of sustained high performance ABOUT OUR PROCESS Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values. As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their expertise. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live exercise. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed and accuracy. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices. We recognise and respect the time candidates invest in this process. In return, Behavox commits significant time and resources to ensure that those who join us have the capability, judgment, and alignment required to operate at the speed and level of complexity our work demands.
