As our B2B business continues to expand, we're looking for a Head of Wolt for Work to launch and grow one of our newest B2B
business lines in Greece.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new business line from the ground up. You'll combine commercial leadership with
hands-on execution - shaping the local strategy, winning strategic partners, building the operating model, and ultimately hiring
and leading the team that will scale the business.
This is not a role where you'll build a strategy and hand it over - you'll be deeply involved in execution, working directly with

Courier supply is one of the core marketplace levers—if it works, everything works; if it doesn’t, service degrades, costs spike, and growth slows. As Head of Courier Supply for the South Region, you will own courier supply end-to-end in Greece. You will report into the South Head of Operations. This role combines strategy, execution, and team leadership, with a strong focus on building scalable, increasingly automated systems that move us from reactive operations to predictive, AI-driven decision-making. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This role is about turning demand into reliable, cost-efficient delivery capacity at scale. You will own forecasting, acquisition, incentives, and real-time supply-demand balancing across multiple markets, while building systems that scale without linear headcount growth. DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL: * Own courier supply KPIs across your cities, including availability, utilization, cost efficiency, and service reliability * Lead and develop a team of ~5 people, driving performance and building a high-performing organization * Define and execute supply strategies across different time horizons (hourly, daily, seasonal) * Drive forecasting, incentive design, and supply planning using increasingly AI-driven tools and models * Optimize incentive structures (who, where, when, how much) to ensure efficient growth and controlled costs * Identify and implement scalable solutions to improve courier acquisition, retention, and engagement * Partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Global Ops to improve tooling, automation, and decision-making frameworks * Work closely with local teams and external partners (fleet partners, courier partners, authorities) to ensure strong market execution * Detect operational anomalies early and act quickly to prevent service degradation OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus * 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles in fast-paced environments, with 3+ years in leadership roles (owning teams, not just projects) * Strong marketplace understanding (supply–demand mechanics) and operational rigor across multiple time horizons * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid financial acumen (forecasting, ROI, cost control) * Experience leading projects and driving execution in complex, cross-functional environments * Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders * Fluency in both English and Greek is a requirement * You're able to work from our Athens office four times a week with one optional work from home day NICE TO HAVE: * Experience in marketplaces, on-demand platforms, or e-commerce * Exposure to AI/ML applications in operations or decision-making WHAT WE OFFER * Ownership of one of the most critical levers of the business on one of Wolt’s biggest markets (Greece) * A role with high autonomy and direct impact on growth, cost, and service quality * The opportunity to define how AI is embedded into core operational decision-making (forecasting, incentives, automation) * Exposure to multiple functions, creating strong career growth opportunities * A fast-paced, execution-driven environment where results are visible and measurable * Competitive compensation package NEXT STEPS After applying, the process typically includes an initial screening, followed by interviews focused on your operational thinking, leadership, and problem-solving approach. About the Role On the Global Merchant team, our mission is to provide best-in-class merchant selection—spanning restaurants and other verticals—to deliver exceptional value to consumers while empowering merchants to grow their businesses profitably on Wolt. We achieve this by building world-class operations, launching innovative products and working as one team across our 30 countries. We’re looking for a Senior Director to scale Wolt’s sales operations across 30 countries. This requires an exceptional strategic frontline sales leader who drives energy, competitiveness, and accountability. You will be responsible for new merchant acquisition, leading a sales organization of approximately 300 people spanning almost all Wolt countries. You will also lead Wolt’s Global Sales Strategy & Operations team that is responsible for sales and selection strategy, variable pay, sales tooling and sales compliance. Their job is to help every country and region win with best in class insights, processes and scalable playbooks. This is a management position with high visibility and direct influence on the company’s global success. As part of our unified global Fintech organization across Deliveroo and Wolt (DoorDash International), our team shapes and scales the RegTech About the role We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the teams building Wolt, Deliveroo’s and DoorDash’s global regulatory and compliance technology in London. What you'll be doing You’ll work with legal, finance, engineering, and other teams to translate regulatory needs into robust product solutions. This includes everything from anti-money laundering (AML) and safeguarding to tax and licensing compliance across 40+ markets. You’ll define the long-term product strategy for our compliance stack. Including building internal tools, APIs, and automation for regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and audit readiness. You’ll lead and grow a group of senior Product Managers, guiding their work across multiple roadmaps and domains. Together, you'll solve the most critical regulatory and financial compliance challenges in our business. You’ll also work closely with teams like Licensing Services, Tax, Legal, and Finance to understand changing rules and requirements, and ensure we build the right solutions to stay ahead. Requirements You could come to this role from different backgrounds, but ideally, you bring: * A strong grasp of EU regulatory frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC and KYB, Payments Regulations, Tax regulations, Invoicing and e-Invoicing systems. * Experience turning legal requirements into product designs * Experience leading other Product Managers or Product Leads, including setting direction across multiple teams, coaching individuals, and aligning senior stakeholders * High level of technical and analytical fluency.
