Position Description:

As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter at Sonar, you won’t just be filling seats - you’ll be the architect of our revenue engine. We operate in a high-velocity environment where "pace" isn’t just a buzzword; it’s our default setting. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll be working from our Austin, TX headquarters, a busy GTM hub, where you'll be the local Talent expert and SME for our Revenue leaders.

This is a critical hire: we need a seasoned HR Business Partner who can embed deeply into the GTM organisation, earn trust with leaders quickly, and bring the kind of strategic people partnership that turns a fast-scaling team into a high-performing one. This isn't a support role. You will be in the room where decisions get made: org design, performance calls, leadership gaps, team structure under pressure. You'll be the person GTM leaders call before things become problems. And you'll bring data, a point of view, and a recommendation every time.
