This role sits in a small, agile Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing team that uses our product itself (Contentsquare), as well as product-centric experiences that we create, to acquire, convert, and retain customers. We leverage everything from pre-signup AI-powered tools and interactive product demos, to post-signup onboarding and trial experiences, to show users the value of our product.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll start by developing a keen understanding of our users: the problems they face and how our product helps, and their journey through the PLG flywheel from evaluation and activation through to adoption and advocacy. With this understanding as your foundation, you’ll drive ideation, strategy, and execution of initiatives that drive adoption and advocacy among our existing customer base. You’ll launch campaigns, build tools, and implement processes that help our users to get value from Contentsquare, retain them as customers, and turn them into advocates that add value to the Contentsquare community.

As our first (Vibe) Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll start by developing a keen understanding of our users: the problems they face and how our product helps, and their journey from awareness to consideration and conversion. With this understanding as your foundation, you’ll use AI tools, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and smart automation to rapidly unlock new product-led growth channels and optimize existing ones. You’ll build user-facing tools and automate processes that drive growth, but it’s not about traffic volume or vanity metrics. It’s about ensuring that the right profile of high-intent users, who stand to get real value from our product, discover Contentsquare and understand its value.

We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own one of Attio’s most important growth opportunities: turning more of our existing traffic into customers. You’ll lead our conversion optimisation efforts across landing pages, the marketing website, and paid acquisition journeys. Working closely with Performance Marketing, Studio, Marketing Website, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Content, you’ll build the experimentation engine that helps us understand what resonates with prospects and continuously improve conversion across the funnel. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who combines strong commercial instincts with rigorous experimentation. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, running high-quality tests, and scaling the learnings that drive meaningful business growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO Drive Conversion Growth: Own conversion rate optimisation across Attio’s paid acquisition journeys, landing pages, and marketing website — improving conversion at every stage of the funnel and turning more existing traffic into signups and pipeline. Lead Experimentation: Build and run our experimentation programme, from hypothesis generation and prioritisation through to implementation, analysis, and scaling successful learnings across the business. Own the Website Experience: Own the performance of our landing pages and highest-intent website experiences, including pricing, competitor, and solution pages. You’ll optimise copy, messaging, layout, and creative direction to improve conversion. Improve Acquisition Performance: Partner closely with Performance Marketing to improve message-to-landing-page fit across ads, keywords, RSAs, and audience targeting — increasing conversion across paid acquisition channels. Work Across the Funnel: Collaborate with Studio, Lifecycle, Marketing Website, Product Marketing, and Content teams to deliver high-quality experiments, campaigns, and customer journeys that drive measurable business outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Proven CRO Experience: A track record of improving conversion across landing pages and websites through structured experimentation, with clear examples of measurable business impact. An Experimental Mindset: Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, with a rigorous approach to hypothesis development, analysis, and decision-making. Strong Commercial and Creative Judgement: Strong instincts for messaging, conversion psychology, and user experience, paired with the ability to write effective copy and provide confident creative and layout direction. Paid Acquisition Experience: A strong understanding of how targeting, ads, keywords, landing pages, and on-site experiences work together to drive conversion across paid acquisition funnels. Analytical Fluency: Experience using analytics, experimentation, heatmapping, and session replay tools to diagnose performance, uncover opportunities, and make data-informed decisions. High Ownership: A proactive operator who works effectively across design, content, product marketing, lifecycle, and performance teams, with a high bar for quality and execution. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience in demand generation, growth marketing or performance marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. * Proven track record owning outcome metrics (e.g., SQLs, pipeline, funnel conversion), with a clear point of view on how to measure and iterate. * Strong understanding of demand channels and program design (e.g., paid search, paid social, sponsorships, SEO/AEO, email), and when to use each. * Hands-on builder mentality: you can take an experiment from idea → build/spec → launch → analyze → iterate, and ship quickly without sacrificing quality. * Customer-first, product-minded approach with strong UX and messaging taste—able to design and optimize critical touchpoints like sign-up and onboarding flows. * Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and GTM to move the funnel end-to-end, bringing clarity, momentum, and good judgment.
