We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By
empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their
customers.
lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first
infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear
regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months.
As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: we enable anyone to be an investor by making investing in capital markets
more accessible. By combining dwpbank’s long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets’ technology-first mindset and
speed, we are building a modern, modular securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular
services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a
changing market.
As a Talent & People Partner, you’ll join our Talent Acquisition & People team during a key growth phase. Your focus will
initially be on end-to-end hiring across both Business and Tech roles, helping us scale teams thoughtfully while keeping the bar
high on quality of hire and candidate experience.
Working alongside Karo and Melissa, our two other Talent Partners, you’ll take direct ownership of roles and hiring processes,
from aligning with hiring managers on the right profiles, to building strong pipelines, to running structured interview processes
and guiding teams toward clear, timely decisions.
At the same time, this role goes beyond recruiting. We’re looking for someone who is excited to contribute across a broader People
scope as well — from HR data and reporting to tooling and process optimisation, as well as people experience topics such as
onboarding and onsite planning. As hiring needs evolve over time, this role will gradually take on more ownership across People
Operations and analytics-related initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who will be hands-on in the day-to-day while also improving how we hire and how we operate as we scale,
making sure our processes are efficient, consistent, data-informed, and focused on creating a strong experience for both
candidates and employees.

Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market. YOUR MISSION: At lemon.markets, you’ll own and grow partner/customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to launch, day-to-day operations, and expansion. As our Senior Partner Manager, you’re the partner’s main point of contact and their strongest internal advocate, orchestrating cross-functional teams to help partners build successful investment products on top of lemon.markets. Our partner universe is currently evolving: alongside our direct business, where we typically work with fintechs and neobanks, we were recently acquired by dwpbank and are now building a combined offering with them. This means we’ll be welcoming a new wave of partners, with a strong focus on German banking partners, who will onboard through the joint motion and be supported by Partner Management from day one. Your role is to make this journey feel customer-centric, structured, and straightforward, while ensuring we meet the regulatory and operational standards required to scale safely and sustainably. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Support partner onboarding: While the Launch Manager leads the end-to-end onboarding from handover/intake to go-live, you’ll be involved from day one—partnering closely with Launch Management and internal teams to align on timelines, unblock topics, and ensure a smooth, successful launch. * Lead day-to-day partner management: Act as the single point of contact post-launch, run partner cadences, manage escalations, and represent partner needs internally. * Ensure regulatory & outsourcing readiness: Drive third-party risk, compliance, and outsourcing requirements end-to-end and help define/manage SLAs where relevant. * Drive partner growth: Identify expansion opportunities, translate them into concrete initiatives, and validate business cases to grow partner value and revenue. * Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product-market fit: Partner closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage, and Operations to feed insights back into our product and services. * Build and scale the Partner Management function: Develop frameworks, playbooks, and standards, and document learnings to continuously improve how we work. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: * Bring extensive experience in B2B Partner Management, Onboarding, or Project/Program Management, and you’re used to taking clear ownership of cross-functional delivery, driving outcomes beyond your own team. * Have experience in the financial industry, ideally in a brokerage, brokerage-related environment, fintech, or banking context and you can quickly build a strong understanding of our business. * Have experience managing a diverse partner portfolio across fast-moving fintechs/neobanks and (larger) German banks/corporate banks, adjusting your style to different decision-making cultures and stakeholder landscapes. * Have hands-on exposure to regulatory environments and have worked closely with Risk, Compliance, and Outsourcing / vendor management functions to keep delivery smooth while staying within the guardrails. * Understand end-to-end partner management and enjoy owning the full lifecycle: onboarding → launch → day to day management → growth/expansion. * Communicate exceptionally well in English and German (C1+) building trust quickly, leading tough conversations calmly, and keeping momentum across senior internal and external stakeholders. HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. * 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more per month on-site in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. * 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously! You’ll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations as well as an annual learning budget. * 🌱 People & culture: You’ll feel our culture in the small things, like polaroids from our lemoneers’ first day, Friday food market strolls at Maybachufer, and our monthly new-joiner breakfast. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. * 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. * 🏝 Workation: Get out of here! At lemon.markets you can work remotely from anywhere in the EU for up to 10 consecutive days at a time, and up to 60 days per year in total. ABOUT LEMON.MARKETS 🍋 We grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses, providing seamless access to capital markets. We enable everyone to be an investor. lemon.markets builds infrastructure for financial services and technology companies powering the next generation of investment products. From enabling a FinTech to launch their first investment product, over allowing e.g. a Neobank to embed investing into their product to bringing investing into a completely new context. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months. We have experienced first hand that brokerage infrastructure is broken. Building an investment product used to be highly expensive, challenging and cumbersome. We ease this pain by shielding our partners & their customers from the underlying complexity - and with that we make investing more accessible to everyone. Because that’s exactly what we enjoy, going to places nobody else dares and solving hard problems. This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional (& diverse) people like you. YOUR MISSION: As Principal Product Manager (Enterprise), your core mission is to establish the product direction and strategic direction for our Enterprise product which is powered by the joint capabilities of lemon.markets and dwpbank. This is a high-impact, newly created role that sits across product strategy, product management and cross-organisational collaboration and drives opportunities from concept to launch and adoption. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive work autonomously with deep ownership, collaborating with the leadership team at lemon.markets and dwpbank, with our product organisation and our cross-functional domains and broader functions. This is a unique opportunity to shape our enterprise strategy, delivering a direct and measurable impact on our future growth. YOU WILL: * Shape and drive forward our Enterprise product by identifying, evaluating and prioritising customer needs through a deep understanding of the market, our organisational context, our existing capabilities and the new capabilities we need. * Take a critical view of current product opportunities, group opportunities and propose a clear roadmap and influence both lemon.markets and dwpbank to deliver it * Act as the primary product interface between lemon.markets and dwpbank for Enterprise opportunities, managing stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership. * Lead by example, demonstrating strong product craft across the product development lifecycle by providing clear product direction, clarifying scope, making key priority calls, distilling alignment and creating clarity on new product and partner launches. * Work cross-function and cross-domain across engineering, operations, compliance, risk and business development to scope solutions and ensure execution. * Support org-wide craft standards and build scalable frameworks for how Enterprise product work is structured, documented and measured. * Manage and develop your direct report, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality delivery. * Anticipate market and regulatory shifts that affect Enterprise opportunities and proactively adapt the strategy. * Drive decision-making with data, continuously forming hypotheses, running experiments and measuring impact. * Represent the product function externally with partners, vendors and enterprise clients where appropriate. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF: * You bring 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record building and scaling complex, mission-critical platforms in financial services. * You have hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment and understand what “regulated” means day-to-day (risk, compliance, controls, auditability). * You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple companies, create leadership-level buy-in, and drive alignment with a strong writing culture (clear docs, decisions, narratives). * You are based in Germany, have the right to work in Germany, and are professionally fluent in English and German. * You’re effective at bridging a fast-moving scale-up and a long-standing industry leader, working across organisational boundaries, diverse stakeholders, and different working cultures (your path into PM can have taken some twists and turns). * You shape product strategy across domains, find cross-domain opportunities, connect delivery to company strategy, and thrive on ownership, defining ambiguous problem spaces, creating structure where there is none, mentoring and developing others, working data-driven with measurable impact, and embracing change/experimentation (incl. leveraging AI) end-to-end. * You thrive on ownership and building from scratch. Defining a new problem space, creating structure where there is none and seeing it through to tangible results is what gets you going. How we take care of you: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset.
