Appiness is an AI-powered App Growth Partner turning app users into shoppers. We don’t resell CPI traffic. We build incrementality across traffic ecosystems. Now we’re hiring the person who will own and scale our Supply-Side Intelligence Layer. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your Mission Design and scale a diversified, resilient, high-margin supply ecosystem that: * Adds differentiated traffic sources (DSPs, CTV, OEM, premium) * Protects incrementality (our USP) * Eliminates publisher dependency risk * Drives new GP through strategic supply expansion * Prevents CPI/CPA commoditization You will decide where and how we scale. This is a business-critical leadership role. What You’ll Actually Do Expand the Supply Universe You will identify, evaluate, negotiate and activate: * New & relevant App Networks * Programmatic DSPs * Performance DSPs * CTV platforms * OEM & device-level partnerships * Premium / non-commoditized inventory You understand the structural difference between: network traffic, DSP buying, OEM supply and walled gardens. You don’t just “test traffic.” You architect supply strategy. Own MMP & Incrementality Logic You have real experience in: Adjust/AppsFlyer / Singular or similar You understand: * Postbacks & event mapping * SKAN complexity * Cohort validation * LTV analysis * Fraud signals * Incrementality testing If you only read dashboards — this role is not for you. Deep Network & DSP Experience You’ve worked hands-on with at least one of: AppLovin| ironSource / Unity| Liftoff| Moloco| InMobi|Mintegral| Chartboost| AdColony|Fyber or similar. Now we are hiring the person who will help build and scale our Media Buying capability together with our Head of Supply. This role starts deeply hands-on. Shortly, you will evolve into Media Buying Lead and build the team around you. LET'S WIN TOGETHER As a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you will drive scalable customer acquisition across B2B and B2C markets, with a strong focus on digital channels. You'll develop and execute performance campaigns, growth hacks, and marketing flywheels that accelerate adoption of our health products. Leveraging Al and automation tools, you will streamline workflows, testing, and reporting. Working closely with product, analytics, and commercial teams, you will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. DEINE AUFGABEN Growth & Acquisition Marketing • Lead app marketing initiatives, including ASO and lifecycle campaigns. • Drive B2B SaaS marketing campaigns and automated lead gen and nurturing workflows. • Own and optimize acquisition channels for B2B and B2C (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, App Stores, affiliates, influencer collaborations). • Build and test innovative (Al-powered) growth strategies (incl. growth hacks, referral loops, viral mechanics, and marketing flywheels). • Partner with product marketing to align acquisition messaging with product positioning. • Translate user and market insights into effective campaigns that resonate with both individual users and business decision-makers. Performance, Analytics & Automation • Continuously test creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across channels, messaging, and landing pages. • Develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights on CPL/CPS, CAC, ROAS and funnel performance. • Apply hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) for ad copy, creative testing, and customer segmentation. • Automate campaign workflows using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Make, etc.) to scale efficiently.
