Team The Raisin CRM team drives multi-channel marketing communications across 10+ European markets. We are looking for a CRM & Events Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between customer engagement and retention. You will plan high-impact customer events while supporting our wider team with targeted CRM campaigns. Your Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and execute exclusive physical and virtual customer events in collaboration with B2C teams. * Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, invitee lists, and on-site or digital execution. * Analyze event success by gathering participant feedback and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support customer loyalty programs by managing incentives and communicating available perks via CRM channels. * Coordinate premium rewards for top-tier customers by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Deploy CRM campaigns by setting up, testing, and launching email, push notification, weblayer, and in-app messages. Your Profile * Advanced German (C1-C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English. * Proven experience organizing events (e.g., virtual webinars, exclusive workshops, or physical gatherings), including managing invitations, logistics, and timelines. * Strong project management skills to successfully balance demanding event timelines alongside ad-hoc CRM tasks. * Proactive mindset and technical aptitude to quickly learn complex CRM tools, build emails, and design automated communication flows. * Ideally 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on CRM, email marketing, or customer retention. * Experience working within fintech, banking, tech, or a marketplace environment is a strong plus. * Additional language skills in Polish, Finnish, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian are beneficial. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. JOB PURPOSE As an Account Manager, you will be embedded in-house within the CRM team of one of our key clients, working closely with them to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end to end management of these campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly from concept through to set up and execution onsite. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Implement and manage CRM marketing initiatives, onsite, in-app, and through push notifications, and email campaigns. * Oversee campaigns from creative brief to execution, ensuring alignment with the client’s CRM strategy. * Handle all operational aspects of campaign set-up and delivery, collaborating with multiple internal teams within our clients organisation. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the CRM activities, ensuring they are targeted and optimised for maximum customer engagement. * Provide detailed performance reports and insights to Marketing Managers, sharing key learnings to improve future CRM strategies and initiatives. * Act as the main point of contact for the client’s CRM needs, understanding and anticipating their requirements throughout the campaign process. * Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging CRM-focused creative assets. * Assist with various ad-hoc operational tasks as required. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Experience managing end-to-end CRM-driven digital campaigns. * Understanding of data-driven CRM marketing, including email, customer segmentation, and onsite promotions. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner to the client. * Expertise in writing clear, actionable creative briefs for CRM projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and on track. * Flexibility to adapt to evolving plans and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. * A proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on creativity and problem-solving. * Results-oriented with a strong drive to deliver and optimise CRM outcomes. * Fluency in both German and English is required.
