The Construction Project Manager – 3rd Shift will support the successful execution of construction activities within a

This role works closely with Project Managers, Area Superintendents, trade partners, quality teams, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate effective field coordination and project delivery. The successful candidate will help maintain alignment between field activities, project objectives, and operational requirements while supporting safe and efficient project execution during third shift operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enforce site safety standards and maintain ownership of housekeeping across all assigned areas. * Provide direct support to the Project Manager on multi-discipline field coordination activities. * Oversee construction field operations, including laydown checks and verifying field activities align with the Weekly Work Plan (WWP). * Ensure inspections and testing are properly scheduled, executed, and successfully passed. * Coordinate directly with trades and Area Superintendents to resolve field issues including housekeeping, access constraints, and resource allocation such as scaffolding, cranes, and lifts. * Support the Project Manager in resolving escalated issues related to safety, scope, quality, and schedule. * Assist in enforcing the project’s quality assurance program and coordinate closely with the quality and commissioning teams. * Provide commissioning software support including assigning issues to appropriate trades, logging issues, verifying field closure, and auditing documentation uploads. * Schedule and participate in client field permit walks including DSL, Line Break, and Hot Work permits. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS * 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination, field supervision, or a related construction field preferred. * Experience in semiconductor construction environments preferred. * OSHA 10 certification preferred. * Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable. The Construction Coordinator – Tool Install will support the successful delivery of semiconductor tool installation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade contractors, safety personnel, and client stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout project execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project objectives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide direct support to the Project Manager and CM Project Superintendent in the execution of semiconductor tool install projects. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. * Work onsite at the client's facility on a full-time basis, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by LotusWorks, the client, or contractors. * Serve as the primary point of contact for trade contractors regarding tool-specific construction issues. * Review design packages, identify potential issues, and ensure designs are constructible. * Collaborate with Safety Officers and Contractors to implement solutions for high-risk tasks. * Participate in QA/QC meetings, addressing issues to drive continuous improvement. * Coordinate individual and interrelated trade contractor work. * Manage the move-in and move-out process for tools and equipment. * Work in accordance with client-agreed documentation control systems. * Effectively communicate relevant project information to Management. * Contribute actively to lessons learned processes and other improvement initiatives. * Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance skill sets. * Display courtesy and sensitivity in customer interactions. * Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. * Collaborate with the team, balancing team and individual responsibilities. * Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. * Integrate changes smoothly, set goals and objectives, and work in an organized manner. * Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. The position works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will play a key role in driving quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP). * Oversee all QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client standards. * Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation across all phases of construction. * Lead quality audits, site inspections, and surveillance activities. * Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analysis processes. * Ensure proper documentation control including submittals, RFIs, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and turnover packages. * Collaborate with construction, engineering, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. * Verify that materials, equipment, and installations meet required standards prior to acceptance. * Support commissioning and handover processes ensuring all quality documentation is complete and accurate. * Track and report quality metrics, trends, and performance to project stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned across projects. * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all QA/QC activities. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
