We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Chile's largest
enterprises. Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior
decision-makers at major Chilean organizations - and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and
ElevenAgents - our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents - to reimagine their customer experience,
internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Chile - with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance,
Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities - to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities - including ElevenAgents - can drive
customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into
measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive
solutions, and emerging trends - particularly as they apply to regulated Chilean industries
5. Demonstrate expertise - or a strong willingness to learn - about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can
unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals, navigating complex
procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion
of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI,
voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: * Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents. * Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close. * Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team. * Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life. * Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact. * Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. * Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. * Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap. * Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers. * Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes. Requirements * 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred. * Experience in product development, delivery, and change management * Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners. * Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions. * A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results. * Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases. * Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks. * Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems LOCATION This candidate needs to be located within Chile.
We are looking for an energetic and driven Affiliate Manager to take ownership of our affiliate partnerships within the Chilean market. THE WOW You will play a key role in building strong relationships, optimizing performance, and driving growth across our affiliate network. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, monitor traffic and revenue trends, and manage both top‑performing and underperforming partners to maximize results. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Deployment Strategist Lead, you'll be fully responsible for opening up a new market for ElevenLabs, and building a team to make it happen. This is a senior position in which you’ll operate as if a co-founder, working alongside an experienced sales leader, of an effective startup moving from 0 -> 1 within our broader org, aiming to deploy our voice AI technology at the most Strategic customers in the market against their most challenging problems. All the while you’ll be able to leverage support from the rest of ElevenLabs to accelerate. You will be responsible for hiring the team you need, winning the first customers in the market and ensuring that our product generates impact for them. No two days are the same, but you should expect to: * Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points. * Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region. * Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Engineers to implement our voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions. * Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring our technology fits seamlessly into their products and operations. * Guide customers on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximize their effectiveness. * Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. * Collaborate with our Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models. * Build and deliver compelling demos of our voice and audio AI technology to new and existing customers. * Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. * Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions. * Collaborate daily with our customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' technologies. REQUIREMENTS * Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, both internally and at customer or partner organizations. * People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. * Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration to implement scripts and help with prototyping/demo building. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in terms of ability to summarize complex technical concepts and using logic in pursuing optimal solutions. * Technical aptitude to quickly understand our voice and audio AI models and their applications. * Strategic and Commercial Awareness: Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives, with an understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact. * Nice to have: Partner Ecosystem Development - Experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to drive market growth.
