Position: Project Accountant Reports to: Project Executive or Program Manager Location: Central Ohio Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for a Project Accountant to manage and support the financial and billing functions for our active construction projects. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Project Operations and Finance teams, maintain timely and accurate billing processes, and ensure project finances are tracked and reported with discipline. You’ll provide on-site support at our jobsite(s) and help drive accuracy and consistency across our project cost controls. This role is based on a jobsite and supports projects across Central Ohio with jobsite assignment based on business needs. Position: Scheduling Intern Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $25.00 per hour Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Fall 2026 term (September – December). Under the guidance of our Scheduling team, you’ll gain exposure to our jobsites and how we keep our projects moving forward, including contracting, scheduling, estimating, biding, and contract administration. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Position: Electrical Engineer Reports to: Director, Engineering Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team. They will be responsible for supporting senior engineers and engineering managers with engineering design and construction deliverables from concept to completion assigned to them by the Director of Engineering. The Engineer will work under the supervision of senior engineering staff. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
