As part of our European expansion, we are now looking for a senior commercial profile to help open and develop the German market.
Germany is a key growth market for Digifood. We are looking for a senior sales profile who can build the market from the ground
up: identifying target accounts, developing relationships, building partnerships, managing complex sales cycles, and closing new
business.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who is comfortable operating independently, creating their own pipeline, and
building a commercial presence in a new market.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong network in the German food service, hospitality, catering, events, stadium, or venue

We’re looking for an experienced product marketing expert to take end-to-end ownership of our Hydration products and strategy. The major focus will be on how to grow in the ready-to-drink category and in the grocery channel. Starting as soon as possible, on a remote contract, but with monthly on-site days at our office in Germany. YOUR MISSION * You take full ownership of the Hydration category * You manage the existing portfolio and innovation pipeline * You define the strategy of how we should continue to grow, especially within the ready-to-drink category and in the grocery channel * You develop the go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring * You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product development and sales, to bring new products to market in line with the brand positioning * You stay on top of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive developments, translating data into actionable growth opportunities * You drive product launch excellence by building comprehensive rollout plans and coordinating all related activities across departments * You oversee product-related budgets, develop pricing and forecasting models, and analyze performance metrics to support strategic decisions YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS * You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage * You bring 6+ years of experience in product marketing management within the FMCG industry * You have experience working on a Hydration / Drinks brand * You have a track record of successfully managing products across their full lifecycle—from idea to launch and beyond * You are well-versed in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning techniques * You know how to plan and execute impactful go-to-market and activation strategies, including pricing and distribution * You think analytically, enjoy working with data, and are confident in market research, financial analysis, and planning * You communicate clearly, present ideas convincingly, and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels * You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership to deliver strong results * You speak English & German fluently WHY CHOOSE US? ROLE SUMMARY The Head of Demand Generation owns Easygenerator’s end-to-end demand engine: paid acquisition, website, SEO/GEO, content, and conversion. This role turns product positioning into high-performing demand programs that drive qualified pipeline, strengthen authority, and improve full-funnel conversion. A commercially accountable leader, they combine editorial judgment, digital design understanding, and growth discipline to influence pipeline quality and revenue. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Demand Engine & Pipeline * Own paid, organic, website, and conversion channels. * Translate growth targets into clear priorities and roadmaps. * Deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline while balancing short- and long-term growth. Website & Conversion * Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages, and CRO. * Partner with PMM to ensure clear, differentiated positioning. * Maintain clarity, credibility, and performance across touchpoints. Paid & Organic Growth * Lead paid acquisition and €2M+ budget allocation aligned to revenue goals. * Optimize for pipeline and revenue impact with strong attribution visibility. * Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent-based content clusters to grow authority and long-term pipeline. Content & Design * Lead revenue-focused content aligned to buyer journey and enterprise sales. * Ensure digital design supports differentiation, clarity, and conversion. Revenue & Analytics * Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs. * Build quarterly growth plans and improve funnel bottlenecks. TEAM LEADERSHIP * Lead paid, content, web, and design teams. * Establish scalable processes and experimentation frameworks. * Partner closely with PMM, Revenue, and Leadership. QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital growth; 2+ years team leadership. * Proven pipeline growth and €2M+ budget ownership. * Strong expertise in paid, CRO, and SEO/GEO. * Editorial judgment, digital design understanding, and enterprise sales awareness. * Analytical and commercially driven. * Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g. Claude, other LLM-based tooling), ideally having designed or shipped systems that automate marketing processes end-to-end, not just explored AI tools in a personal context.
