Moco isn’t like any other museum. We started in Amsterdam, expanded to Barcelona, and after receiving +5 million visitors are now
shaking things up in London. Our goal? To make art, fun, bold, and for everyone. At Moco, we showcase work by icons like Basquiat,
Warhol, Kusama and street legends like Banksy, whose art challenges power and speaks to the people.
We celebrate the voices that are not always found in traditional museums, from the streets to the digital world and beyond. Our
spaces are filled with immersive art, powerful messages and a playful spirit. We believe in breaking the rules, thinking
differently, and making art that connects with real life. Our team is made up of curious, passionate people who love creativity,
community, and doing things with heart. You don’t need to be an art expert, just open-minded, energetic, and ready to be part of
something exciting.
Are you interested in HR administration and confident with Dutch labour law? Are you someone who appreciates the importance of
detail, accuracy and discretion in HR processes, and enjoys supporting employee engagement? If yes, we are looking for you.
Join us at the Moco Museum’s Headquarters in an opportunity to contribute as an HR Officer supporting Amsterdam’s Museum and
Office-based staff. In this role, your primary focus is HR administration, ensuring smooth processes across the employee
lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, reporting, and payroll.
You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, and your attention to detail will help maintain
the integrity of HR operations.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine
interest in Human Resources. You thrive in a social, collaborative environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and
approach challenges with creativity and adaptability.
If you enjoy administration, take pride in executing tasks accurately, and can balance professional responsibilities with empathy
and discretion, this role may be perfect for you. On the other hand, if detailed administrative work feels tedious or stressful,
this position may not be the right fit.
As your line manager is an English speaker, you must be comfortable communicating in English at all times.
