As part of our Design department, you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to transform Vivino's value
proposition and build user confidence through technology. With a focus on strategic, insight-driven design and an eye for detail,
you will continuously iterate and improve experiences that align with Vivino's brand vision.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and temporarily reporting to our CPO, you will work closely with our Design and Engineering team, as
well as our Senior Product Managers (among other key stakeholders). As our Senior Product Designer, you will shape
customer-focused product development, directly addressing our most significant strategic touchpoints across the wine journey.
More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
* Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, across new and existing features, always in service of clear
user goals.
* Explore, prototype, and ship new functionality, running experiments to learn quickly and improve what we build.
* Create and refine product flows that strengthen the connection between free and premium users, helping them understand Vivino's
value at every stage.
* Translate complex data, behavioural insights, and research findings into clear, emotionally resonant, and measurable product
experiences that create meaningful outcomes.
* Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate both technical functionality and
narrative intent.
* Participate in design critiques, sharing constructive feedback and helping raise the overall craft, impact, and clarity of
Vivino's product design.

While we prefer not to confine anyone to rigid categories, we believe you will thrive and succeed in this position if you take
ownership of your work, think strategically, and build alignment through collaboration. You are user-first, designing with deep
empathy and a holistic understanding of user behaviour and motivation. You are curious and excited about how AI is changing the
way we build products, not just as a tool you use, but as a way to work faster and smarter. As a passionate designer, you bring
clarity, emotion, and a compelling narrative to every product interaction.
Furthermore, we would think you can demonstrate the following:
* Experience designing consumer digital products, including shipping native iOS and Android apps.
* Demonstrated success designing for complex user flows within freemium, subscription, or loyalty-based products.
* A strong professional portfolio showcasing UX/UI excellence and clear evidence of measurable business or engagement impact.
* Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
* Familiarity with user testing, interviews, experimentation, and A/B testing — and a track record of using what you learn to
inform design iteration.
* Curiosity about using AI to explore ideas, prototype faster, and evolve design systems — hands-on experience designing
AI-powered user experiences is a plus.
