At Flatpay, we're building products that make running a business simpler.
Thousands of merchants rely on our payment solutions every day. As we continue expanding our POS offering, we're looking for a
Senior Product Manager who can turn complex merchant needs into products that are intuitive, reliable, and commercially impactful.
We're now scaling aggressively across Europe and investing heavily in product. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage
a backlog from a distance. We need a product leader who enjoys spending time with customers, challenging assumptions, making
difficult prioritization decisions, and working closely with engineers, designers, commercial teams, and leadership to shape the
future of our POS platform.
You'll own a meaningful slice of our POS product - the software that runs the front of house for thousands of restaurants, cafés,
retail stores, and salons across Europe - and be accountable for delivering outcomes, not just features.
Our merchants are not procurement teams at large enterprises. They're owner-operators. That means the bar for usability,
reliability, and clarity is brutally high — a confusing settings menu or a slow checkout flow costs them real sales on a Friday
night. You'll spend real time in those venues, not just in Figma.
busy Friday lunch. Bring those insights back into the roadmap
We're less interested in whether you've worked with a specific framework and more interested in how you think and operate. We hope
you are comfortable operating in a hyper-growth environment where the org chart and the roadmap both move fast.
We're building in a market where reliability matters, customer expectations evolve quickly, and product decisions have a direct
impact on real businesses.
You'll join a company with ambitious growth plans, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to influence products used
every day by merchants across Europe.
If you're excited by solving real-world problems, working closely with customers, and building products that combine software,
payments, and commerce, we'd love to hear from you.
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. 40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste. We’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste. We’re growing fast: Our community of 114 million registered users and 261,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already prevented 517+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1.397.000 tonnes of CO2e! Your mission With our current scale and impact on the problem of food waste, it is vitally important that we continue to create a product that consumers love and a product that brings strong and ever-increasing value to our partners. As a Senior Product Manager in our consumer product org, you will be at the heart of that. You will join a Product Organisation working closely with the product managers, data/insight analysts and product/UX designers responsible for driving product development on the complete Too Good To Go product portfolio. Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful product area within the Too Good To Go consumer experience and help shape products that deliver value for users, partners, and the business. We believe a strong fit for this role will require: (a) exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of rallying a broad range of stakeholders around a significant product or feature launch, (b) clarity of thought and the ability to simplify complex multifaceted challenges into a clear product direction, and (c) ability, interest and a proven track record of delivering zero-to-one products that require first-principle problem-solving in a customer-obsessed and inventive way. You will be responsible for: * Identifying and prioritising high-impact product opportunities that improve the Too Good To Go consumer experience and help us scale our marketplace. * Defining clear product strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, and OKRs for your product area, balancing long-term direction with pragmatic short-term delivery. * Leading product discovery to deeply understand user needs, partner needs, business opportunities, and operational constraints. * Turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear product direction, crisp requirements, and well-structured decisions for your team and stakeholders. * Working closely with design, engineering, analytics, research, marketing, operations, customer care, and local market teams to take ideas from insight to launch and iteration. * Using data, customer research, market insight, experimentation, and stakeholder input to make product decisions and identify new opportunities. * Communicating product progress, performance, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. * Building strong alignment around product priorities, especially where decisions require balancing customer experience, marketplace dynamics, operational feasibility, and business impact. * Continuously improving how your product area operates, including rituals, decision-making, documentation, stakeholder communication, and roadmap transparency. * Contributing to the broader Product organisation by sharing learnings, raising the quality of product thinking, and helping us build better ways of working as we scale. Required qualifications We are looking for an experienced product manager who combines strong product judgment, structured thinking, customer obsession, and the ability to lead through influence. You likely have: * Multi-year experience in product management, ideally in a consumer-facing digital product, marketplace, e-commerce, platform, subscription, mobile app, or other technology-led environment. * A track record of owning meaningful product areas and delivering measurable customer, business, or marketplace impact. * Strong product strategy skills, with the ability to define a clear direction, make thoughtful trade-offs, and connect product work to company goals. * Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to simplify ambiguous and multifaceted challenges into clear opportunities, decisions, and execution plans. * Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, funnels, experiments, user behaviour, customer feedback, and business KPIs. * Experience working closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and researchers in modern product development environments. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and challenge senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. * Technical fluency, with the ability to understand technical trade-offs, collaborate effectively with engineering teams, and make pragmatic product decisions. * Customer focus, with hands-on experience using qualitative and quantitative insight to understand customer needs and improve product experiences. * A bias for action, high ownership, and the ability to create momentum in a fast-paced and changing environment. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to make complex topics simple and compelling. * A collaborative, energising working style and the ability to mobilise a team around a clear product vision. Optional qualifications * Experience working in or adjacent to marketplaces, food, retail, logistics, payments, customer experience, growth, personalisation, or platform products. * Experience working across multiple countries, languages, cultures, or market conditions. * Experience in a high-growth scale-up or similarly fast-moving technology company. * Experience with consumer mobile apps and experimentation. * MBA or other business education, though this is not required. Our values * We win together: Food waste is a big beast to fight. We believe in a #oneteam. * We raise the bar: We always push for more. We work smart, smash barriers and elevate one another. * We keep it simple: Our ambitions are bold but our solutions are simple. * We build a legacy: We’re proud of the change we’re driving. * We care: We always look out for each other. Caring is also about the way we do business. We do the right thing. What We Have To Offer * An opportunity to work in a global social-impact company and certified B Corporation! where you can see a real and tangible impact in your role. * A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you’re achieving positive change. * The opportunity to truly drive impact within your domain towards a planet with no food waste. * The experience of being part of an international company with 1300 + enthusiastic and highly talented teammates across 20 countries (and counting) – always ready to share knowledge and support! * Strong personal as well as professional development in an intense and high-growth scale-up environment. * An open company culture where you have the independence and room to unleash your creativity. * A strong team culture where successes are celebrated together. Join Vivino, the world's leading community-driven e-commerce platform, powered by personalisation, with over 75 million community members, as a Senior Product Designer in Copenhagen. Embrace the opportunity to shape the wine-buying experience for millions of passionate wine lovers by leveraging your expertise in digital consumer products. Your chance to create exceptional user experiences and interfaces that 75 million community members love to use As part of our Design department, you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to transform Vivino's value proposition and build user confidence through technology. With a focus on strategic, insight-driven design and an eye for detail, you will continuously iterate and improve experiences that align with Vivino's brand vision. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and temporarily reporting to our CPO, you will work closely with our Design and Engineering team, as well as our Senior Product Managers (among other key stakeholders). As our Senior Product Designer, you will shape customer-focused product development, directly addressing our most significant strategic touchpoints across the wine journey. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following: * Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, across new and existing features, always in service of clear user goals. * Explore, prototype, and ship new functionality, running experiments to learn quickly and improve what we build. * Create and refine product flows that strengthen the connection between free and premium users, helping them understand Vivino's value at every stage. * Translate complex data, behavioural insights, and research findings into clear, emotionally resonant, and measurable product experiences that create meaningful outcomes. * Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate both technical functionality and narrative intent. * Participate in design critiques, sharing constructive feedback and helping raise the overall craft, impact, and clarity of Vivino's product design. Throughout your time at Vivino, you will have shipped delightful, habit-forming experiences that increase engagement and retention. You will have moved fast through ambiguity, turning rough ideas into shipped, polished features on iOS and Android. Your care for craft and consistency will have raised design quality across teams, helping Vivino feel not just functional, but like a trusted companion for everyone who loves wine. While we prefer not to confine anyone to rigid categories, we believe you will thrive and succeed in this position if you take ownership of your work, think strategically, and build alignment through collaboration. You are user-first, designing with deep empathy and a holistic understanding of user behaviour and motivation. You are curious and excited about how AI is changing the way we build products, not just as a tool you use, but as a way to work faster and smarter. As a passionate designer, you bring clarity, emotion, and a compelling narrative to every product interaction. Furthermore, we would think you can demonstrate the following: * Experience designing consumer digital products, including shipping native iOS and Android apps. * Demonstrated success designing for complex user flows within freemium, subscription, or loyalty-based products. * A strong professional portfolio showcasing UX/UI excellence and clear evidence of measurable business or engagement impact. * Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools. * Familiarity with user testing, interviews, experimentation, and A/B testing — and a track record of using what you learn to inform design iteration. * Curiosity about using AI to explore ideas, prototype faster, and evolve design systems — hands-on experience designing AI-powered user experiences is a plus. Even if you do not feel you meet every single requirement listed, we encourage you to apply if you feel passionate about maintaining high design quality and consistency across platforms while actively contributing to Vivino's evolving design system. Working at Vivino Working at Vivino is challenging, fun, and rewarding. We have an incredible, multicultural, and international work culture where we take care of and look out for each other. We appreciate new ideas and encourage everyone to bring them to the table. We are not afraid to make mistakes as long as we take ownership, learn from them, and support one another in our continual improvement. ABOUT THE JOB We're looking for a Product Specialist Manager to lead and develop our international Product Specialist function from our headquarters in Herlev. This is a hands-on leadership role in a company that is still building, scaling, and expanding into new markets. That means real ownership, real influence, and plenty of opportunities to shape both the team and the way we work. You'll report directly to the Product Director and play a key role in connecting local market needs with product development across Flatpay's growing European footprint. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will lead a team of seven Product Specialists across Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. Each Product Specialist acts as the product ambassador for their market, owning the enablement, feedback collection, and local product understanding needed to ensure success in their country. As their manager, your role is to help them succeed, develop, and scale their impact. People & Performance You will: * Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations * Coach Product Specialists through complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration * Own the recruitment and onboarding of new Product Specialists as the team expands into additional markets * Support them in navigating different market conditions, priorities, and maturity levels * Raise the bar for performance and continuously develop the function * Ensure each market receives the product support and attention it needs Market Intelligence A key responsibility will be ensuring that valuable local insights reach the right people. You will: * Own the framework for collecting and communicating product feedback across all markets * Ensure Product Managers receive structured, actionable insights rather than noise * Drive accountability across the feedback loop, both from Product Specialists and Product Managers * Help ensure that local market needs are understood and reflected in product decisions Travelling This is an international role and requires regular travel. You should expect to visit local markets several times per month to support your team, strengthen collaboration, and assist with product launches and market initiatives. WHO YOU ARE Hard requirements * Prior experience managing a team – you have done this before and you have the scar tissue to show for it * Strong commercial and business judgment – this role requires constant prioritization across competing demands, markets and stakeholders * The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders across product, sales, and local market leadership. A humble and respectful, but professional and stern attitude is required. Strong indicators of success You will likely thrive in this role if: * You've worked in an environment that was still being built – where the process you needed did not exist yet, so you made one * You communicate clearly across functions with different priorities and agendas * You give feedback directly and early, not carefully and late * You are willing to fail and learn, rather than play it safe and not develop Industry experience is not a requirement. Smart people can learn payments. What matters more is your ability to lead people, understand commercial realities, and operate effectively in an environment where not everything is already figured out. Success in this role is not measured by direct revenue ownership. Instead, it's measured by how effectively your team enables local markets, strengthens product adoption, and helps Flatpay build products that work across Europe. Most importantly, you understand that managing people across seven countries requires flexibility. What works in Denmark will not necessarily work in Italy, Germany, or the UK—and you're excited by that challenge.
