We are now looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our global team. Position Overview: Reporting to the Managing Director – Global Growth, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with Sonata One's existing clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our platform while identifying opportunities to expand commercial relationships. This is a revenue-generating role focused on client growth, retention and strategic relationship management. Working closely with the New Business, Partnerships and Product teams, you'll develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders across fund managers, institutional investors and other organisations operating within the private markets ecosystem. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted commercial advisor. * Act as the primary commercial contact for your portfolio, ensuring an exceptional client experience. * Understand each client's business objectives and identify opportunities to increase value from the Sonata One platform. * Deliver regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients. * Ensure a seamless client experience by working closely with internal operational and product teams. Commercial Growth * Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling Sonata One's products and services. * Collaborate with the New Business and Partnerships teams to maximise commercial opportunities. * Develop account plans focused on long-term growth and client retention. * Support the delivery of commercial revenue targets through expansion of existing client relationships. Strategic Partnership & Collaboration * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across fund managers, administrators and strategic partners. * Collaborate with Marketing on client engagement initiatives and industry events. * Represent Sonata One professionally at client meetings, conferences and networking events. * Share market insights and client feedback to support product development and future commercial strategy. Performance & Account Management * Monitor account health, client engagement and commercial performance across your portfolio. * Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and account plans. * Identify risks to client retention and proactively implement mitigation plans. * Use commercial data and client insights to continuously improve account performance. Continuous Improvement * Stay informed on developments across private markets, fintech and the regulatory landscape. * Contribute ideas that improve client experience and commercial effectiveness. * Support the wider Commercial Development team in achieving Sonata One's strategic objectives. Qualifications: * Proven experience in Client Relationship Management, Strategic Account Management or Customer Success within fintech, financial services, SaaS or private markets. * Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts. * Experience managing relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. * Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Ability to manage multiple strategic client relationships simultaneously. * Experience working within private markets, fund administration, asset management or financial technology would be highly advantageous. * Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client engagement. * Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline. As a Senior Account Manager on the Institutional Financing team, you'll own and grow Coinbase's most strategic institutional client relationships across our full prime brokerage platform. This team delivers comprehensive financing solutions, including lending, margin, shorting, and cross-margining capabilities across spot and derivatives markets, that enable institutions to deploy trading strategies and achieve capital efficiency at scale. You'll serve as the senior point of contact for complex, multi-product hedge fund and institutional clients, partnering across sales, trading, legal, credit, and operations to unlock revenue and shape the future of institutional crypto financing. What you'll do: * Own and deepen relationships with Coinbase's most strategic hedge fund and institutional clients, driving multi-product expansion by matching client strategies to Prime financing capabilities including portfolio margin, cross margin, trade finance, bilateral loans, and PrimePlus. * Lead onboarding and activation of complex, multi-product institutional clients across the full Prime financing suite, ensuring seamless coordination with legal, compliance, operations, credit, and product teams. * Serve as the senior escalation point for client issues, resolving complex needs with speed and ownership while acting as the voice of the client to product and engineering on roadmap priorities. * Partner with Sales and Trading to originate new business and advance the institutional pipeline, representing Coinbase at the senior levels of client organizations. * Build scalable coverage models, onboarding playbooks, and team processes while mentoring junior PFS team members to improve throughput and quality across the function. The role is responsible for delivering a high-quality investor experience through effective client servicing, proactive communication, and strong execution across both existing client relationships and prospective investor activity. The individual will support the development and execution of client engagement plans for allocated relationships and should be able to proactively manage day-to-day servicing activities, working both independently and in close collaboration with senior team members and RMs. The role requires a strong understanding of Pantheon’s private markets platform, products, and investment strategies, alongside the ability to contribute ideas and support initiatives that strengthen Pantheon’s presence across the DACH client base. The position also plays an important role in enhancing internal and external processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client servicing activities.
