TL;DR: One of Conduct's early growth hires. You'll help build the most exciting brand in enterprise technology from scratch and
make sure every CIO, engineer, and future teammate knows it.
We believe the world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the decade-old systems they run
on. Today they don't.
Every process change, every new product line runs into SAP systems layered with decades of custom code and complexity no human
mind can fully comprehend. New requirements take months to ship, system migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain.
We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. Major
enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems, we've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $60M
Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service.
We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego
collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world's largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are
convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.
What you'll own
This is the most consequential first brand and marketing hire we will make.
Conduct has product-market fit, enterprise customers, and just got another $60M to accelerate drastically. What we don't have yet
is a brand — and that's the opportunity.
The north star: every CIO, enterprise buyer, product engineer, and future Conduct employee should know us as the most exciting
tech company in the world. You'll build that from nothing.
In a single week you might ghostwrite a LinkedIn post that reaches 100,000 enterprise buyers, fly to a customer site to film a
case study, negotiate billboard space at a major tech conference, and brief an agency on a product launch campaign.
We don't care if you have previous B2B marketing experience. We care that you have sharp creative taste, move fast, and might be
described by the people who know you as one of the most creative and driven operators they've met.
Who we hire
A generalist with sharp creative taste and relentless executional drive. You've built things before (processes, products,
companies, side-hustles, communities, events, brands) and you have strong opinions on what great looks like. You don't wait to be
told what to do, you see a gap and fill it.
Your seniority does not matter, what matters is ambition, craft, and the ability to turn ideas into high-quality output fast.
We're based in London and sponsor visas from everywhere. We're convinced diverse teams build better products and especially
encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out!
About the role Duvo helps big companies actually finish the operational work that nobody on their team has time to close. The stuff that lives across an ERP, a few portals, somebody's inbox, three spreadsheets, and the occasional phone call. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy chain. The buyer is usually a Head of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or IT at a large retailer or FMCG brand. New deals land at €100k-€250k ARR. We want a Growth Generalist to own the top of the enterprise pipeline. The job is to build, test, and scale the systems that get the right operator at a £100M+ retailer into a first conversation with us. You'll work directly with the Head of Commercial and the founders. The remit is broad on purpose: outbound, content, events, referrals, nurture. Whatever moves the pipeline number for the AEs. What you'll do * Run outbound experiments end to end. Pick a persona, pick a signal, write the message, ship the sequence, watch the replies, kill what doesn't work. Most weeks you'll have two or three experiments in flight. * Build the content engine the AEs reach for. Founder LinkedIn posts, customer story write-ups, vertical-specific assets. You don't have to write everything yourself, but the pipeline of what gets made is yours. * Run the event motion. Industry conferences, dinners for eight operators, founder- hosted roundtables. You plan them, fill the seats, and follow up the next week. * Build the operational backbone. Enrichment workflows, outbound sequences, HubSpot reporting, alerts when a target account does something interesting. If a workflow needs a script, you write the script. Who you are * 2+ years in growth, demand gen, founding GTM, or a sales-adjacent role at a B2B startup. You've personally shipped outbound that worked. Not managed an agency that did. * You can write. You don't need a copywriting background, but the cold messages going out should not need rewriting before they send. * You ship things before they feel finished. Five small experiments this week beats one perfect campaign next month. * You read data without flinching. You can tell us which experiments worked and which got lucky. * Working with founders directly suits you. We change our minds quickly. We expect you to push back when something doesn't make sense. What we offer * Competitive salary and equity. * Seed-stage company backed by Index Ventures ($15M seed). Our founder and CEO is Tom Cupr, who previously founded one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers. * The growth function is yours. You're not reporting into a Head of Growth, you're * building the function. * Remote across Europe, with quarterly offsites in Prague. How we hire 1. Recruiter screen 2. 45 minutes with Omar Head of Commercial) on the company and quick intros 3. 45 minutes with Omar going deep on your background 4. Working session: a growth marketing task 5. Founder interview We try to close the loop in under three weeks. If this is the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, get in touch.
WHAT WE DO We’re building the last piece of the puzzle to help companies unlock AI code generation - the part that makes it actually safe to ship. AI is enabling engineers to write code faster than ever before. But software review and testing hasn’t caught up. Engineering leaders are drowning in long software review cycles and more bugs than ever. The bottleneck isn’t writing code anymore - it’s everything that comes after it. We spent 3 years building patented foundational technology to solve this. Since then, we’ve grown 5x year-on-year and now work with some of the most AI-driven engineering teams in the world - Notion, ElevenLabs, Dropbox, Discord, LaunchDarkly, Wiz, CoreWeave, Wealthsimple, and more, and are backed by the same investors behind Twilio, Twitch, Intercom and PagerDuty. Individual investors include the founders of Vercel, Datadog, Segment, Dropbox, the CTO of GitHub, CPO of Adobe, head of engineering at Cursor and many more. Our mission is to radically accelerate the pace of software development by empowering every engineer to ship at the speed their agents write code. This is an opportunity to join a company going through hypergrowth as we scale from millions of annual recurring revenue to $100m ARR. If this excites you, come help us build it! WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? You will be the first GTM Operator hire working directly under the Chief of Staff and CEO to do whatever it takes to increase revenue. You will work on growth projects across sales, revops, marketing and customer success and learn how to build a top-tier growth machine to sell to developers. The common thread is simple - you’ll experiment and learn how to operate across the full GTM surface, learn what works and build it into something that scales. This is not a strategy role. There’s no team beneath you, no playbook to follow, and no one to delegate the hard stuff to. Examples of projects you will work on * Hunt down pipeline: Own outbound sequences, write and manage newsletter sponsorships, run Google and Reddit ads * Build a dev community: Organize engineering events (dinners, drinks, panels) in NY, London and SF, sponsor relevant OSS projects, figure out where devs love to be and be there * Work on performance & brand marketing: Run conferences, sponsor billboards in SF, grow a LinkedIn following of developers, own G2 reviews * Improve mid-bottom funnel: Create landing pages, produce customer case studies, create viral product launch videos * Revops: Improve the tracking and metrics foundations across sales and marketing so we know what’s working YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE IF * ⭐ You learn fast and can context switch - you have strong analytical thinking and can work from first principles; ambiguity / lack of experience in a domain doesn’t faze you * ⭐ You are highly agentic - you have a bias to action, move fast, take ownership without being asked, and get genuinely frustrated when things stall * ⭐ You’re a hunter - chasing down revenue feels energizing, not exhausting or stressful * ⭐ You want to roll up your sleeves - you enjoy producing the output, not delegating out * ⭐ (Bonus) You already create - you write blogs, post on LinkedIn, build things in your spare time just because you enjoy creating things from scratch THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF * You expect to work regular working hours and never to travel; our team, customers, and investors span SF, London, NYC. * You need a structured environment, clear handoffs, or someone to model the work for you * You’re a strategist looking to delegate the hard work to someone else * You take it personally when work you've invested in gets deprioritized or redirected abruptly REQUIREMENTS * 2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment (early stage startup, hypergrowth scaleup, MBB consulting, FAANG, Tier 1 bank or similar foundation) * Bonus if you’ve been an early employee (< #20) at a tech startup or have a STEM degree from a Tier 1 university YOU MAY LOOK LIKE THIS * Learning by osmosis: You have been in rooms with decision makers at MBB / Tier 1 bank / FAANG and are now eager to actually execute * Growth / Generalist problem solver: You are currently a founder’s associate or work across any sales, marketing or strategy & ops at an early stage startup and want more ownership * Builder: You are an ex-founder, have started something from scratch whether in uni or as a side hustle (can be a community, a blog, an app), or been part of an incubator (YC, EF, Antler) PERKS ♥️ * 🍲 Unlimited food & drinks in office - including daily lunch as a team, and your own Amazon business account to buy whatever snacks you want for the office. * 💻 A setup you’ll love - everyone has a standing desk, brand new Macbook, your choice of ergonomic peripherals, and a £2k WFH budget to make home just as good * 🏄♀️ £300 monthly wellness stipend - Third Space gym, reformer pilates, cold plunge, however you want to keep your best * 🎁 We celebrate you - £400 in gifts on your birthday and work anniversary every year * 🌴 Team offsites - we work and play hard, we’ve done offsites in Italy, Abu Dhabi and local 5-star resorts * 📚 Unlimited book budget - we have a growing in-office library and actively encourage everyone to add to it, whether you want to ramp up your knowledge of software testing, or become a better startup operator! * 📌 In-person, 4 days a week - at our office in Shoreditch * + many more! PEOPLE BEHIND METICULOUS Guillermo Rauch (founder of Vercel), Jason Warner (CTO of GitHub), Calvin French-Owen (founder of Segment), Jared Friedman (YC partner and founder of Scribd), Scott Belsky (CPO of Adobe), Arash Ferdowsi (founder of Dropbox) and many others are all personal investors in Meticulous.
01Health is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people. Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission. What is happening at 01Health right now: Balderton-backed Series A company 90% of UK patients can reach an 01Health–affiliated clinic within 30 minutes All growth has been inbound, ~50% word of mouth 4.98★ customer rating from the dentists who use us Aerox (sleep) ready for national rollout to top-performing 01 Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist US expansion live New verticals being tested and prototyped We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are building our growth engine, and we’re looking for two exceptional people to lead it - one in sleep, one in orthodontics. The role: We are looking for Growth Hackers who treat marketing as a set of experiments to run, not a calendar to fill. You are a true generalist. You can write a landing page in the morning, ship a paid test by lunch, wire up an automation in the afternoon, and read the numbers the next day to decide what to kill and what to double down on. You are AI-native: you use AI to do the work of a team several times your size, and you are always building the next system that lets you move faster. This is a build-from-scratch role with real ownership. You will set the standards, build the playbooks, and have the freedom to try ideas that sound slightly mad on paper. Most will not work. The ones that do will change the trajectory of the business. We’re hiring two people into this role. Track 1: Aerox. Aerox is our sleep product, built for clinicians treating snoring and sleep apnoea. We have hundreds of clinics on the waitlist and the product is ready to roll out nationally. Your job is to turn that waitlist into a growth engine: convert warm interest into active clinics, build patient lead gen pipelines from scratch, and get an acquisition flywheel turning. Sleep dentistry is a brand new, fast-growing market and you will be a first mover. Track 2: 32Co. Our first product focused on orthodontics / clear aligners. To date, growth has been almost entirely inbound and via word of mouth. Your job is to change that: build deliberate, repeatable acquisition for the dentist segments we want most, run lead gen experiments across channels, and help us convert high-volume orthodontic dentists who currently use competitors like Invisalign. This is a commercial, pipeline-facing growth role sitting alongside and working within our commercial teams. What you will do: Lead gen and experimentation Own a constant pipeline of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and channels nobody has tried yet Find unfair advantages: loops, referral mechanics, and acquisition angles that compound rather than cost more every month Instrument everything, so every test produces a clear read and a clear decision Move our growth from mostly inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine AI-native growth Build AI-powered tools and micro-products that drive acquisition - lead qualification bots, personalised outreach agents, interactive ROI calculators for clinicians, or anything else that drives growth but didn't exist last month Build repeatable marketing systems and workflows, so output scales without headcount scaling with it Stay at the front of what AI makes newly possible in marketing, and bring those capabilities in before competitors do Reporting and optimisation Own performance reporting end to end, and make data-led calls on where to invest and what to kill Work closely with sales to align acquisition activity with the customer journey and pipeline Who you are: A genuine generalist who is dangerous across growth, content, and analytics, and happy to learn the next thing on the go Hungry, curious, and fast. You ship, you measure, you iterate, and you do not wait for permission AI-fluent. You already use AI daily to multiply what you can do, and you are excited by where it is heading Full of aggressive, unconventional ideas, and comfortable being wrong on the way to the ones that work Strong instincts for what will convert, with the numbers to back up your decisions Likely a start-up person who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build, not maintain Deep interest in healthcare, technology, and helping people at scale Why join us: Real impact, every day - your work directly changes patient outcomes. You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving. 25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday! Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after. Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day. Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business. Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat. Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.
