We’re building the last piece of the puzzle to help companies unlock AI code generation - the part that makes it actually safe to
ship.
AI is enabling engineers to write code faster than ever before. But software review and testing hasn’t caught up. Engineering
leaders are drowning in long software review cycles and more bugs than ever. The bottleneck isn’t writing code anymore - it’s
everything that comes after it.
We spent 3 years building patented foundational technology to solve this. Since then, we’ve grown 5x year-on-year and now work
with some of the most AI-driven engineering teams in the world - Notion, ElevenLabs, Dropbox, Discord, LaunchDarkly, Wiz,
CoreWeave, Wealthsimple, and more, and are backed by the same investors behind Twilio, Twitch, Intercom and PagerDuty. Individual
investors include the founders of Vercel, Datadog, Segment, Dropbox, the CTO of GitHub, CPO of Adobe, head of engineering at
Cursor and many more.
Our mission is to radically accelerate the pace of software development by empowering every engineer to ship at the speed their
agents write code.
This is an opportunity to join a company going through hypergrowth as we scale from millions of annual recurring revenue to $100m
If this excites you, come help us build it!
You will be the first GTM Operator hire working directly under the Chief of Staff and CEO to do whatever it takes to increase
revenue. You will work on growth projects across sales, revops, marketing and customer success and learn how to build a top-tier
growth machine to sell to developers. The common thread is simple - you’ll experiment and learn how to operate across the full GTM
surface, learn what works and build it into something that scales.
This is not a strategy role. There’s no team beneath you, no playbook to follow, and no one to delegate the hard stuff to.

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable. Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times. It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives. HOW WE WORK We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we: * Optimize everything we do around accelerating rate of learning. * Do truly great work * Communicate openly and directly, and with full context. All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality. THE ROLE: We’re at an exciting inflection point: strong customer love, clear product–market fit, and accelerating growth. As our GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner directly with GTM leadership to build a world-class commercial organization. You’ll own the full GTM recruiting lifecycle with an emphasis on Sales, while also build on the foundational systems, processes, and tools that will scale our hiring engine. All while working within the business operating at the bleeding edge of how hiring gets done with AI. Key ownership areas: * Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing. * Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes. * Refine our recruiting infrastructure and keep making it sharper. * The bigger opportunity: build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigour with human judgement; 100x'ing our capacity and leaving the competition at the starting line. * Develop genuine expertise in GTM talent markets. Where the best operators are, what they care about, what it takes to land them. * Keep leadership honest. Surface pipeline realities and translate them into clear, data-driven decisions, trade offs, and next steps. WHAT YOU BRING: * 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup (experience hiring for GTM roles desirable) * A skilled assessor with an unusually high bar for talent. You can assess the intangibles that separate exceptional candidates from competent ones, and sell the opportunity in the same breath. * A network, or the hunger and discipline to build one fast. You know where the best GTM operators are, what they care about, and how to get their attention. * AI-native. You've already figured out how to use it to move faster and hire better. You're not waiting for permission or a playbook. * Comfortable partnering directly with founders and GTM leaders. You can push back, hold the line on bar, and earn trust doing both. * A hunter mentality. The GTM talent market doesn't give up its best people easily. You'll find a way. WHAT WE OFFER: * The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance. * Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI. * High compensation, through cash and equity. * All the benefits you’d expect and more.
OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe. FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE TEAM AND LIFE AT OMNEA HERE. ABOUT THE ROLE Our GTM team is 40 people today and growing quickly. As our product evolves at pace and we enter increasingly complex enterprise accounts, one of our biggest opportunities is helping every member of our GTM organisation ramp faster, stay current and consistently perform at their best. As our first GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll build the operating system that makes that possible. Working across Sales, Product and Marketing, you'll design the programmes, systems and workflows that help our GTM teams learn, adopt new product capabilities and execute consistently. You'll transform fast-moving information into scalable onboarding, enablement programmes, AI-powered workflows and playbooks that genuinely improve performance. This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up. You'll define how enablement works at Omnea—from onboarding and learning programmes to AI tooling, documentation standards and measurement—creating systems that scale as the business grows. We're looking for a structured, strategic operator who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You might come from consulting, programme management, operations, strategy or a Chief of Staff-type role. Previous enablement experience isn't essential—we're looking for someone who loves building systems that help great teams become even better. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Build the operating system for GTM excellence Design how critical information is captured, organised and shared across the GTM organisation so it's always easy to find, trusted and up to date. You'll own the underlying systems and structure—not just the content—creating leverage across the entire team. Design, run and continuously improve enablement programmes Own onboarding and ongoing development programmes across every GTM function. Build learning experiences that help new hires ramp quickly, experienced team members stay sharp and new initiatives land effectively. Measure impact and continuously improve what you build. Drive productivity through AI and modern tooling Identify, implement and optimise the tools, workflows and AI-powered solutions that help our GTM teams work faster and better. Champion adoption and establish best practices that scale across the organisation. Partner across Product, Sales and Marketing Work closely with leaders across the business to ensure product launches are successfully enabled, messaging stays current, best practices are codified and every team has what they need to execute at a consistently high standard. Measure what great enablement looks like Define success, track adoption and continuously refine programmes based on data and feedback. You'll build an enablement function that demonstrably improves productivity, ramp time and execution quality. ABOUT YOU * You have 3–5 years' experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. This could be consulting, programme or project management, operations, strategy or another role where structured thinking, clear communication and excellent execution were essential. * You're a systems thinker who naturally brings order to complexity. You enjoy designing processes, frameworks and programmes that make other people more effective. * You're highly organised and obsessed with user experience. You know that great documentation, learning and processes are concise, intuitive and easy to maintain. * You're execution-focused and always looking for smarter ways of working. You're excited by AI and modern productivity tools and naturally adopt technologies that help teams move faster. * You're an excellent communicator. You can simplify complex ideas, influence stakeholders across functions and create content and programmes that genuinely change behaviour. * You're excited by ownership. Rather than inheriting an established function, you're motivated by the opportunity to define how GTM enablement works from the ground up. * We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We care far more about capability, curiosity and ambition than a perfect CV. If this role excites you but you don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you. At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: * We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here. * We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here * We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow! ABOUT US Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace; software designed for companies that are scaling fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries. What started as a system of record has evolved into a broader platform for operating people globally. With Athena, our agentic AI layer, Humaans moves beyond data management into intelligent orchestration, connecting workflows across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations so organisations can act faster and with greater confidence, redefining how work gets done. We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features, they buy leverage. The ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds. To date, we’ve raised $20m in venture funding from some of the most respected founders, operators, and funds in technology: Lachy Groom (Physical Intelligence), Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (OpenAI), Jay Simmons (Bond) as well as Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight Ventures, and Exor. If you have massive ambition and want to work on a hard problem, with a small team that moves fast, at a moment when the category is genuinely up for grabs - this is it. ABOUT THE ROLE Revenue teams used to scale by adding people. Now they scale by building systems. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own the infrastructure behind how Humaans finds, engages, and converts customers, turning our go-to-market strategy into automated systems that run at scale. This is a builder role, not a reporting role. You'll sit between RevOps, Sales, and Marketing and own the connective tissue: the data pipelines, enrichment workflows, signal detection, lead scoring, routing, AI agents, and outbound infrastructure that decide which accounts we pursue, what we know about them, and what happens next. When a process is manual, slow, or rep-dependent, you replace it with a system. Your output scales non-linearly, because the system does the work, not the headcount. OUR GTM STACK Our GTM stack runs on HubSpot as the system of record, with Clay as the orchestration layer wiring together dozens of data providers, enrichment sources, AI models, and our own internal tools into automated workflows. You'll have dozens of tools at your disposal to build with, from enrichment and outbound platforms to call intelligence, AI coding tools, and our own internal tooling, plus the latitude to add new ones when they earn their place. We obsess over clean data and reliable systems, and we move fast by building on high quality foundations rather than stacking fragile workarounds. YOUR DAY TO DAY * Own the data foundation: keep our CRM trustworthy with automated enrichment, hygiene routines, and clear ownership rules * Build enrichment and scoring workflows that turn raw firmographic and signal data into ranked, ready-to-action target lists * Design signal-based plays: detect the right buying signals and events as they happen, then trigger the right outreach at the right moment * Own cold email as our primary outbound channel: build and protect the sending infrastructure, manage deliverability and inbox health, personalise at scale, and instrument it so you're the first to know when something breaks * Deploy AI agents for research, personalisation, and CRM updates, with guardrails that protect quality and brand * Connect our GTM tools through their APIs, deciding what the source of truth is for each field and how data flows between systems * Launch new outbound campaigns continuously, run structured tests, read the results, and feed what you learn back into the system so it keeps improving * Partner with SDRs, AEs, and leadership to find bottlenecks, ship solutions in days, and scale what works * Design structured tests with defined success metrics up front, kill what underperforms fast, and double down on what works * Treat copy as a testable variable: systematically test subject lines, opening angles, and CTAs, then roll winners back into templates and agent prompts * Operate at volume: manage thousands of leads flowing through the system every day without letting data quality or targeting slip SKILLS * Systems thinker with a commercial bias: you judge every workflow by whether it actually helps close a deal * Copywriting backed by testing: you write outbound that books meetings and prove it through reply and positive-reply rates rather than opens * Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack (Clay or equivalent, HubSpot or Salesforce, plus enrichment and sequencing tools) * Comfortable enough with SQL and a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) to solve problems independently; reading API docs, handling auth, and chaining calls doesn't scare you * Fluent with AI coding and automation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Zapier) and able to build, test, and ship agents and workflows end to end * Strong understanding of the outbound motion: ICP definition, lead scoring, deliverability, and what good outreach actually requires * Experimental mindset: you validate signals, measure everything, and turn feedback loops into better systems * You learn by tinkering. Background matters less than a track record of building things revenue teams actually use Many of the best GTM Engineers come from SDR, RevOps, growth, or product backgrounds. If you've been the person quietly wiring Clay into your CRM and automating your own pipeline, this is the role for that instinct. This is an in-person role. Our GTM team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This is an in-person role. HR tech is having its AI moment and we’re positioned to own it. Humaans started as a next-gen HRIS taking on large incumbents in a massive market. We’ve since evolved into something even bigger: an AI platform that sits across workforce data and automates the operational layer of HR entirely; the natural progression of what we’ve been building toward. The product is highly differentiated. It’s built around a structured workforce data model that makes AI reliable in an HR context, something no one else has gotten right. Customers notice the difference immediately. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Lachy Groom, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and operators who’ve built some of the most consequential software companies of the last decade: the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify, and Asana’s former CRO and Head of OpenAI International. We’re a small team with an unapologetically high bar. It shows up in the product, in how we communicate, and in the standards we hold each other to. We’re committed to providing equal opportunities, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring a fair interview process for everyone.
