Avdelningen Corporate Security på E.ON har en roll som pålitlig partner för företagets trygghet och framgång. Med erfarna medarbetare i teamet agerar vi som en servicefunktion gentemot alla affärsenheter inom organisationen och säkerställer att säkerhetsaspekterna integreras i verksamhetsområdena. Vi arbetar särskilt men inte uteslutande inom områdena för säkerhetsskydd, verksamhetsskydd, civil beredskap (kris och krig) och kontinuitetshantering.
Din roll
I rollen som Securityspecialist med beredskapsinriktning kommer du att arbeta med särskilt fokus på civilt försvar men även stödja teamet med erfarenhet och bredd inom avdelningens övriga discipliner. Arbetet utgår från gällande lagstiftning, myndighetskrav och branschspecifika regelverk. Tillsammans med kollegor och verksamhetsrepresentanter leder, planerar och driver du utvecklingen av E.ONs arbete inom området för civil beredskap.
Vardagen består i stor utsträckning i att utveckla och förvalta processer, styrning och arbetssätt samt omsätta krav till praktiska lösningar som stärker verksamhetens motståndskraft. Rollen omfattar både strategiska och operativa frågeställningar i en föränderlig verksamhet där omvärldsläge, hotbilder och regulatoriska krav ständigt förändras.
Utöver ordinarie arbete så kommer du att delta i tvärfunktionella projekt, myndighetsdialoger och initiativ för att säkerställa att säkerhets- och beredskapskrav omhändertas och beaktas. Rollen kan på sikt innefatta tjänstgöring som Tjänsteman i Beredskap (TiB).
Dina erfarenheter
Vi söker dig som har eftergymnasial utbildning inom säkerhet, statsvetenskap eller annat relevant område som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du har erfarenhet av arbete inom beredskap, säkerhet, säkerhetsskydd, krisberedskap, kontinuitetshantering, civilt försvar och/eller närliggande områden. Vidare har du erfarenhet av att enskilt driva processer och arbetet samt att omsätta krav från lagstiftning, myndigheter eller andra externa kravställare till konkreta arbetssätt i vardagen.

En god analytisk förmåga och ett intresse för att sätta sig in i nya frågeställningar är också värdefulla egenskaper.
