This position sits in our Experience & Engineering business unit. We primarily deliver large-scale website design and build
projects, combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to
help clients including Nikon, London Marathon Events and END. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital
experiences.
As a CRO Consultant, you’ll make data-driven decisions, and you know how to clearly visualise user needs and report them to our
clients. You know how to use heat maps, user recordings and polls to generate insights and translate them to hypotheses. You
define experiments into a roadmap, conduct those and present back the results. You’ll let our designers and developers know what
has to be done if you need their support in experiment delivery.
By presenting complex answers in a clear fashion, you're able to convince your clients into what optimisations to prioritise. In

YOUR MISSION About Holidog Holidog connects millions of pet owners with trusted sitters for boarding, walks, and home visits across Europe. About the role We are looking for a senior, product-minded CRO expert to build and own our experimentation engine across Product, Data and Technology. This is not a traditional CRO role. You will: Build a structured experimentation system from idea to execution Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey Challenge product, UX and business decisions using data Help teams prioritise what should actually be built You will work closely with Product, Tech, Design and Leadership in a fast-paced, iterative environment where decisions are driven by experimentation rather than opinion. We want someone who can: Understand the product and business deeply Build a scalable experimentation process Turn data into clear product decisions Balance product, UX, marketing and technical considerations Help the company focus on the initiatives that create the highest business impact Your responsibilities Build and own Holidog's CRO operating system Create a framework to collect, organise and prioritise ideas across teams Define hypotheses, success metrics and experimentation plans Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and marketplace performance Analyse user behaviour and business performance using data Work with Product and Engineering to execute experiments Measure results and document learnings Challenge product, UX and business decisions when appropriate Help teams make better prioritisation decisions based on impact rather than intuition Mentor teams on experimentation best practices and contribute to building a strong experimentation culture Mandatory profile requirements Candidates must meet all three of the following requirements: Product-Led CRO: Proven experience driving experimentation across product, UX and business challenges, not only marketing funnels or landing pages. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong expertise with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or equivalent), defining KPIs, analysing user behaviour and turning insights into actionable product decisions. Experimentation Systems: Proven ability to build scalable experimentation processes, prioritisation frameworks and cross-functional workflows that continuously generate and execute high-impact ideas. Our Solution Consultants sit at the heart of every deal, translating deep domain expertise into win‑ready business and technical value stories. Your Mission Own the solution discovery → value engineering → technical win cycle for enterprise prospects and strategic partners (Big 4 & GSIs). CTC är ett full-service CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) med sex egna forskningskliniker runtom i Sverige, varav tre i Uppsala. En av dessa är en s.k. First-In-Human-enhet som ligger placerad på Akademiska sjukhuset och där läkemedel prövas för första gången i människa. CTC bedriver kliniska läkemedelsprövningar inom alla terapeutiska områden i både tidig och sen fas av läkemedelsutvecklingen. Genom att genomföra kliniska studier på ett innovativt och kvalitetssäkert sätt bidrar vi till morgondagens sjukvård. Nu söker vi en vikarierande underläkare som vill utvecklas inom klinisk forskning och samtidigt få en bred medicinsk erfarenhet i en stimulerande miljö. Om tjänsten Tjänsten är ett tidsbegränsat vikariat på cirka 9 månader med möjlighet till förlängning beroende på verksamhetens behov. Som underläkare arbetar du nära våra kliniska forskningsläkare och övriga medarbetare i multidisciplinära team bestående av sjuksköterskor, projektledare, monitorer och annan forskningspersonal. CTC har sex fast anställda läkare. I denna roll kommer du få en strukturerad introduktion, delta i gruppens regelbundna möten och arbeta under handledning av erfarna prövare. Arbetsuppgifter Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat: · Genomföra medicinska screeningundersökningar av forskningsdeltagare, både friska frivilliga och patienter med olika typer av sjukdomar. · Informera forskningsdeltagare om studier och inhämta deltagarnas informerade samtycke att delta i studierna. · Utföra hälsoundersökningar, bedöma laboratorieprover, EKG och andra medicinska undersökningar. · Delta vid dosering av nya läkemedel och utöva medicinsk övervakning av forskningsdeltagare. · Dokumentera studieaktiviteter enligt gällande regelverk (ICH-GCP, Patientdatalagen, Hälso-sjukvårdslagen). · Bidra till ett kvalitets- och patientsäkert genomförande av våra kliniska studier. Som CRO utför vi kliniska studier på uppdrag av industrin och akademin och erbjuder ett komplett full-servicepaket som inkluderar de tjänster, moment och leveranser som krävs för att genomföra en klinisk prövning – allt för att nya läkemedel så snabbt som möjligt når ut till patienter. Vi genomför idag studier från tidig till sen fas (fas 0-IV). Studierna genomförs främst på våra egna forskningskliniker men vi samarbetar också med externa kliniker.
