About the role This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure into complex environments. As a Senior Solution Consultant, the work starts where things stop working as they should. Unclear processes, fragmented tools, teams that are not aligned, and ways of working that no longer scale. The challenge is to make sense of that and turn it into something that actually works. The role combines consulting, implementation, facilitation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding how an organization operates today, designing better workflows, leading workshops and helping teams adopt new ways of working in practice. It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on real impact rather than theory. YOUR MISSION What the role involves • Analyzing current ways of working, team structures and existing processes • Designing and implementing effective workflows and customer setups in Asana and monday.com • Leading customer workshops, both virtual and on-site, to guide discussions and support decision-making • Advising customers on process design, governance and collaboration models • Supporting organizations during implementation and helping teams adopt new ways of working • Identifying optimization opportunities in existing workflows and translating them into concrete improvements • Working confidently with stakeholders across different levels of an organization • Supporting change initiatives that help new structures, systems and processes land successfully • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to support new business opportunities where relevant • Contributing to the ongoing development of consulting approaches, training formats and customer solutions YOUR PROFILE What makes a strong fit • At least 3 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, implementation, software enablement or a related field • Experience working with B2B software, operations or consulting environments • Confidence in leading workshops, guiding customer conversations and presenting clearly • Strong understanding of how organizations work and how processes, tools and teams come together • A practical mindset combined with strong analytical thinking • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • A collaborative way of working, with initiative and a strong sense of ownership • Comfort with dynamic team structures and fast-moving environments • Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site with customers when needed • Experience with Asana, monday.com or similar work management platforms is a strong advantage What makes this role interesting Most consulting roles lean heavily to one side. As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, the work starts where systems, tools and workflows no longer connect in the way they should. Manual work slows teams down, processes break between departments, and opportunities for automation remain unused. The challenge is to understand where that friction comes from and turn it into solutions that work in practice. The role combines solution design, technical consulting, pre-sales support and implementation. It moves between helping prospects understand what is possible, designing scalable automation setups, and working with customers to make those solutions successful after the sale. It is strategic, hands-on and client-facing, with a strong focus on real business impact. YOUR MISSION What the role involves • Analyzing customer processes, existing tools and workflow challenges across teams • Designing technical solutions using platforms such as Make, Airtable and Asana • Translating complex operational needs into scalable automation and integration setups • Supporting pre-sales conversations by helping prospects understand the value of connected systems and cross-tool workflows • Working closely with Sales to handle technical questions, shape solution direction and support commercial opportunities • Leading or supporting the implementation of customer solutions together with Consulting and Sales • Advising customers on how to move from manual or fragmented processes to more digital and automated ways of working • Identifying technical opportunities that can be developed into repeatable services, internal products or new business models • Contributing to partner relationships with platforms such as Make and Airtable • Helping further build the Solution Engineering capability within the organization YOUR PROFILE What makes a strong fit • At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, automation, implementation, technical consulting or a related field • Strong experience with low-code or no-code platforms and workflow automation • Proven experience designing and implementing successful technical solutions for customers • The ability to simplify complex workflows and translate them into practical, scalable setups • Confidence in customer-facing conversations, from discovery to technical guidance and objection handling • A structured way of working, with strong ownership and the ability to move between strategy and execution • A creative and solution-oriented mindset, especially when working on unique customer challenges • Strong communication skills, with empathy, clarity and professional credibility • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • Experience with platforms such as Make, Airtable, Asana or similar tooling is a strong advantage What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus either on building or advising.
