About us Satispay began by rethinking the simple act of a payment to remove the friction from our daily routines. But we didn’t stop there. Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives. By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: * Own end-to-end recruiting – manage the full cycle for Sales and Customer Operations roles, from sourcing to offer, independently * Build active pipelines – proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, and other channels — not just wait for inbound applications * Manage the ATS – keep candidate data, pipeline stages, and communications accurate and up to date in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) at all times * Partner with hiring managers – coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and answer daily operational questions on your open roles * Track and report on metrics – monitor funnel conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate, pulling reports autonomously from the ATS Who we're looking for We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you? * High-volume recruiting experience – 1-2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment with demonstrable output * Sales and/or Customer Operations hiring exposure – you understand what makes a strong hire in these functions and can assess candidates accordingly * Hands-on sourcing skills – strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and ability to generate leads through multiple channels proactively * ATS autonomy – comfortable managing end-to-end candidate flow independently, regardless of which ATS you've used * Knowledge of core Talent metrics – funnel conversion, time to hire, offer acceptance rate — and ability to pull reports directly from an ATS without support * Stakeholder management experience – previous exposure to hiring managers or clients, including handling ongoing demand and daily questions on recruiting activity * Italian fluency – written and spoken — this is your primary working language for recruiting in year one * Strong English – able to run candidate interviews and understand native speakers without support * Business acumen – genuine understanding of how TA performance impacts revenue and growth, not just headcount * High data quality standards – keeps pipeline, statuses, and notes accurate without being asked * Tools proficiency – solid command of Google Suite (including Sheets and Slides) and project management tools; familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude is a strong plus. What you'll be doing As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in building Satispay's most complex and critical functions — Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR — as well as owning executive-level hiring. You won't just fill vacancies: you'll think ahead, map markets, and bring in talent that is genuinely hard to find. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: * Own end-to-end recruiting for complex roles – design and execute hiring strategies for Governance, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR roles, including apical roles, fully autonomously. * Master passive candidate sourcing – identify and engage hard-to-find talent across multiple channels; build relationships with candidates before roles open, not just when you have a live vacancy. * Lead offer management – own the full offer process — from strategy definition with the hiring manager, through negotiation, to signed offer — managing compensation discussions and competing offer situations confidently. * Drive Hiring Manager partnerships – proactively own the relationship with each hiring manager; keep them informed on pipeline status and recruiting strategy through data, not just updates. * Champion candidate experience – use pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify gaps and propose concrete improvements to the candidate journey. * Manage external partners – build and maintain a network of executive search firms, specialist agencies, and external recruiters; know when to activate them and how to get the best out of the collaboration. * Contribute to team strategy and projects – participate in cross-functional projects inside and outside the TA team; take ownership of smaller team initiatives and contribute meaningfully to larger ones. * Represent Satispay externally – act as a Satispay ambassador at external events, conferences, and in the talent market — independently and with confidence. Who we're looking for We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you? * 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience – in-house or agency, with a track record of closing complex, niche, or senior roles. * Proven experience in Corporate functions hiring – direct exposure to recruiting for Legal, Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime, Finance or HR — you understand these talent markets and know what good looks like. * Executive hiring experience – has placed or actively managed Director-level or above searches; comfortable navigating the dynamics of C-suite stakeholders on both the candidate and hiring manager side. * Regulated or FinTech market knowledge – understands the talent landscape for compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), or financial regulation roles; or demonstrated ability to map niche markets quickly. * Passive candidate sourcing mastery – goes beyond LinkedIn Recruiter — knows how to build pipelines of candidates who are not actively looking, through multiple channels and long-term relationship building. * Offer management and negotiation – has independently managed compensation discussions, counter-offer situations, and complex offer negotiations to successful closure. * Stakeholder management at senior level – can manage complex, demanding, and time-sensitive relationships with senior business leaders and executives without losing grip on timelines or quality. * Data-driven recruiting approach – comfortable with compensation benchmarking across markets, funnel analysis, and using data proactively to drive hiring decisions and strategy conversations. * International hiring exposure – familiar with recruiting across Europe — or has worked across multiple markets and understands the differences in employment law, salary expectations, and candidate behaviour. * ATS autonomy and reporting – manages candidates end-to-end independently and pulls funnel reports, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance data without support; Ashby experience is a plus. * Excellent English and Italian – both written and spoken — English is used daily across stakeholders and candidates at an international level.
