What you'll be doing
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in building Satispay's most complex and critical functions — Governance,
Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR — as well as owning executive-level hiring. You won't just fill vacancies: you'll think ahead,
map markets, and bring in talent that is genuinely hard to find.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re building the clinical co-pilot of the future - empowering clinicians, enhancing care delivery, and scaling impact. As part of our Global Medical Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in rolling out Tandem’s AI clinical operating system to some of the most influential healthcare organisations worldwide. This is a highly visible, global role where you’ll engage directly with executives, medical leaders, and end-users. You’ll bring clinical insight into how our tools are implemented on the ground - from onboarding new organisations and refining workflows to shaping the product through continuous feedback. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery, ensuring Tandem becomes an indispensable part of daily patient care for clinicians across the globe. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts. * Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers. * Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration. * Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events. * Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support. * Troubleshoot and solve problems to ensure clinicians get maximum value from Tandem. * Build templates and prompts, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Tandem’s AI assistant. * Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations for safe scaling. WHAT YOU BRING * Clinical experience in healthcare, ideally as a medical doctor (e.g. general practice, hospital, private practice). * Exposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments. * A passion for technology, AI, and their potential to transform care. * Strong communication skills — equally comfortable with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians. * Organisational strength and a process-driven mindset. * Ownership, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to travel up to 25% and step in during critical moments. * Ability to communicate fluently (bilingual) in both English and in Italian. BONUS POINTS * Experience with prompting or large language models (LLMs). * Background in healthtech or SaaS. * Familiarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations. * Track record in implementation projects or customer rollouts. What you'll be doing As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in fuelling Satispay's growth by building the Sales and Customer Operations teams that drive our revenue and customer experience. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: * Own end-to-end recruiting – manage the full cycle for Sales and Customer Operations roles, from sourcing to offer, independently * Build active pipelines – proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, and other channels — not just wait for inbound applications * Manage the ATS – keep candidate data, pipeline stages, and communications accurate and up to date in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) at all times * Partner with hiring managers – coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and answer daily operational questions on your open roles * Track and report on metrics – monitor funnel conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate, pulling reports autonomously from the ATS Who we're looking for We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.
