As a Calibration Coordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our Calibration Team based in Cork. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for scheduling all vendors on / off site. * Dealing with all third-party vendors. * Complete all assigned work orders on CMMS on time and in a compliant manner. * Responsible for shipping/receiving for the calibration department. * Preparing release records as requested through the CMRS process. * POC for LW internal audits. * Complete all SLMS and training requirements on time. * Responsible for shipping/ receiving for the calibration department. * Preparing release records. * Handle quotes and oversee logistics to ensure timely equipment delivery. * Manage calibration certification and associated documentation. * Generate purchase orders (POs) as needed for calibration activities. * Maintain specified stock levels of spare parts. * Attend meetings and provide status updates on calibration schedules. * Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with GAMP and FDA standards. * Collaborate with utilities teams as required to facilitate calibration activities. * Develop and implement systems for scheduling and documenting calibration performance. * Participate in basic calibration activities. * Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to EHSQ and Quality standards. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Knowledge of Calibration and Calibration Systems. * Proficiency in computer operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail is a must. EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: * Relevant degree preferred but not essential. * 1-2yrs experience in similar type role. * Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable. Carry out troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs when equipment does not meet requirements. Conduct preventive maintenance and functional checks on test and measurement equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Document service activities and maintain accurate records. Work within the parameters of our ISO:17025 accreditation. Your Profile: Fluent in Swedish language essential Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Shows initiative, has some hands-on or manual work experience, and is eager to learn and train into the role. High level of accuracy with a strong commitment to quality and traceability Effective problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing instrument-related issues Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals Experience in test and measurement environments Formal qualification in a technical discipline Familiarity with calibration equipment and digital documentation systems

As a PLE & pH Calibration Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the pharmaceutical sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Dublin. Your role will play a vital role in the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of various instrumentation and equipment including temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, density, viscosity instrumentation, pH, conductivity and analysers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate calibration and maintenance of these instruments. In addition, you will be expected to maintain all documentation in a well-organized and controlled manner, complying with GMP and FDA regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with operation teams to facilitate calibration activities as required. * Conduct calibrations, preventative and corrective maintenance on portable lab equipment (PLE), pH probes and other analytical instruments such as conductivity and acidity meters. * Liaise with Vendors and Planners to schedule site visit. Vendors escorted on site and management of equipment handover. Process paperwork on Customer CCMS system. * Perform calibrations in a safe and efficient manner. * Report all work carried out using site-based reporting tools. * Complete any necessary training required for the site. * Update the "PM" schedule as needed. * Maintain the site system database CCMS system with accurate calibration records. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role SKILLS REQUIRED: * Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of industry experience working with portable lab equipment (PLE) and analytical instrumentation, preferably pH calibration or similar equipment. * Proficient in computer operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
