Total Compensation Range: €45,000 – €60,000 THE POSITION If you're excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want to take the next step in your Finance career, this role is for you. We’re looking for a driven and analytical (Junior) Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our Finance team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll take ownership of core financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into insights that shape strategic decisions. Your mission: You’ll play a key role in scaling and professionalizing our Finance function. This includes continuously improving our FP&A processes, increasing automation across reporting and forecasting workflows, and leveraging modern tools including AI-driven solutions to enhance data quality, speed, and decision-making. You’ll gain broad exposure to all of Hive’s markets, service offerings, and financial dynamics, developing a strong understanding of how each contributes to our overall business model and long-term growth.
