communicator both over the phone and face to face.

What we are looking for – Front Office Agent
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Soho House Mumbai. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. * Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets. * Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently. * Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service. * Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations. * Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings. * Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions. * Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences. Nous recherchons un(e) Apprenti(e) réceptionniste pour accompagner notre réception au quotidien et effectuer des tâches administratives, suivi des réservations et répondre au téléphone. En tant qu'apprenti(e) réceptionniste, vous serez le premier interlocuteur pour accueillir notre clientèle. Vous devrez apporter votre soutien administratif aux équipes et coordonnerez les activités de la réception, distribution du courrier, redirection des appels téléphoniques. De part vos fonctions, vous saluerez toutes les personnes qui séjournent et se rendent dans notre établissement. Vous délivrerez un service de qualité, chaleureux et devrez faire face aux situations d’urgence de manière rapide et efficace. Vous travaillerez en équipe, capable d’assurer plusieurs tâches en même temps et de faire preuve de flexibilité. Vos missions et responsabilités consistent à assurer que la réception accueille tous les clients, de manière chaleureuse et positive et exécute toutes les tâches administratives consciencieusement. The Role… We are seeking an experienced Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. As a Guest Services you will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries, travel arrangements, booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email or through a central reservation system. * Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guest is welcomed with open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly. * Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant. * Assists in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email * Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents * Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout * Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans * Communicates reservation information and all special requests to the front desk * Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk * Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests * Prepares expected arrival list for front office use * Updates member and guests’ profiles * Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed * To be aware of all front office procedures * Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house * Build a positive relationships with members and guest. * Communicate and red flag any feedback to the management team. * Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional. * Well- versed on standard operating procedures, menus, amenities and pricing. What we are looking for in a Guest Services?.. A successful Guest Services for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
