Spend on technology is one of the biggest items in an enterprise CFO’s budget, second only to headcount. Traditional procurement
is one of the most frustrating, friction-filled bottlenecks in modern businesses. A single purchase routinely stalls for months,
drowning in endless email threads and dragging in teams from Finance, Legal, Security, and IT.
Vertice is the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform aiming to eliminate this chaos. By combining automated agentic
workflows, deep AI insights, and a global network of expert negotiators, we empower enterprises to buy smarter and scale at pace.
Founded by serial technology entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, who have successfully scaled and exited two category-defining
platforms and created $600M+ in enterprise value, we are backed by over $100M in Series C funding from tier 1 global investors
including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North, and Lakestar. We were recently recognized as the #2 fastest-growing company on the
Sunday Times' Tech 100 and named the fastest-growing startup in the UK and Ireland by the FT’s Sifted.
With headquarters in London and hubs in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg, we are fundamentally reshaping the global B2B
economy.

ABOUT OUTTAKE Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks. Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team. Outtake is backed by top-tier investors and operators who believe in our mission and our model. With strong financial footing and a long runway, we prioritize creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers. THE ROLE This is a platform engineering role. You shape how other engineers build. You will own the foundations that product engineers rely on every day. You’ll design and maintain the systems, tools, and primitives that determine how fast, safely, and confidently the team can ship. Your work directly influences developer workflows, reliability, and day-to-day engineering velocity. You optimize for leverage. You will prioritize work that multiplies impact across the engineering org. Instead of solving the same problem repeatedly, you’ll turn patterns into platforms and one-off fixes into systems. The goal is to make it easier for engineers to move quickly and do the right thing by default. You envision and build durable foundations. You will develop and evolve a point of view on how engineers should work, then translate that vision into code and systems. You’ll operate comfortably in messy, fast-moving environments and steadily turn them into something more solid without slowing the team down. This role expects you to balance long-term thinking with practical execution. THE TEAM "The team you build is the company you build." — Vinod Khosla Outtake is built by former founders and engineers from Palantir, Notion, Meta, Slack, and Datadog - people who’ve shipped real systems, made hard calls, and learned the cost of getting things wrong. We care deeply about craft, slope, and truth-seeking. Work here is collaborative and demanding: people pair on hard problems, challenge each other in review, and give direct, thoughtful feedback. Ownership is real - individuals own problems end-to-end, from framing and decisions to execution and outcomes. Mentorship is intentional, not accidental; people take your growth seriously and expect the same from you. The drive is high: people here care a lot, push hard, and move fast, not because they’re told to, but because they want to. We’re building Outtake as a long-term network of builders. The goal is simple - time spent here should compound. You should leave meaningfully better than when you arrived. YOU This role tends to excite people who like building the foundations of messy systems and get energy from enabling other engineers to do their best work. You might be a fit if: * You’ve built and owned foundational systems that other engineers depended on, and you’ve lived with the consequences of those decisions * You ramp quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and don’t need problems fully specified before you start making progress * You understand the tension between ideal solutions and velocity, and know when to pursue one over the other * You instinctively look for leverage and prefer systemic fixes over one-off solutions * You have a point of view on how engineers should work, and you’re opinionated about turning that into code, tooling, and defaults * You’ve worked closely with other engineers or teams as an enabler, not just as an implementer If you need a tightly defined scope and a fixed roadmap, this won’t be a fit. If you want to help define and build the platform’s direction you’ll feel at home. Bonus if you’ve: * Built or owned internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared infrastructure * Worked on agentic systems, LLM platforms, or large-scale data ingestion pipelines * Been the person people go to when systems get weird or unclear WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE What will engineers be relying on in 6 months that didn’t exist before? The platform engineers who thrive here tend to spot leverage early, often in the form of friction in the developer experience, a brittle system, or a pattern repeating across teams. Within a few months, you’ve made that problem yours and turned it into something real: a platform capability engineers default to, an abstraction that removes an entire class of errors, or infrastructure that quietly unlocks faster product work. By this point, other engineers are moving faster because of decisions you made, without even thinking about it. Eventually, you’re a clear owner of core parts of the platform, with a point of view on how engineers should work and why. Product teams trust the foundations you’ve built, and leadership relies on your judgment when deciding how the platform should evolve next. WHY OUTTAKE If you're choosing between us and another AI startup: * We’re taking on the dark side of AI advancement - we protect people from threats that are amplified by rapid advances in AI. * The problem space is evolving, and you won’t stop learning - scammers continuously adapt. The problems we’re solving are always changing and demand constant innovation. * The impact is immediate and real - attacks stopped, fraud prevented, lives protected, and threats caught that humans alone would miss. * The company is thriving - serious customers, real revenue, partnerships with frontier AI labs, and momentum that comes from shipping things people depend on. * The people are exceptional - sharp thinkers, strong operators, and teammates you’ll want in your corner for the rest of your career. * The upside is meaningful - we’re still early in our journey, and we're tackling a massive problem that's only getting bigger. LIFE AT OUTTAKE * Office: For those in NY, we are an in-person team (5 days a week, with flexibility as needed) working out of a stunning waterfront office in Brooklyn. Collaboration, speed, and clarity matter. * Health: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees. * Time Away: Flexible PTO. We trust adults to manage energy, not clock time. * Culture & Team: Annual company retreats and regular in-person events. Outtake is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
SOLUTIONS ENGINEER Extend is building a modern document processing cloud. We're on a mission to transform how the world works with unstructured data. As a Solutions Engineer at Extend, you'll act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating Extend and own pre-sales deals end-to-end. We're looking to hire engineers who obsess over customer pain, relentlessly focus on the details, operate with high agency, and love chasing deals. WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER JOINING * We've grown revenue 400% last year to several million ARR, with our growth continuing to accelerate * We have a product loved by users and being used in mission-critical flows at enterprises (Square, Zillow, Chime) and startups (Brex, Mercury, Checkr), and many more * The market for document processing has expanded 1000x due to LLMs, and all existing solutions are low NPS * We're punching well above our weight, supporting customer and revenue metrics with half the team size of other startups — everyone joining at this stage will have outsized impact * We've raised our series A & de-risked the business, but there's tremendous upside ahead; now's the perfect time to join * You'll be joining a talent dense team (e.g. former founders, world record holders) operating in a high performance culture, in-person in NYC, with high equity ownership * We're tackling novel, unsolved problems at the intersection of LLMs, complex data processing, and human ↔ AI interfaces * You'll get a front row seat to how a successful startup is built with plenty of leadership opportunities as we grow quickly ROLE * Own customer relationships, with a focus on pre-sales deal cycles * Design and architect solutions to solve complex customer problems using Extend as the primary tool * Give compelling product demos that translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand value propositions * Run and manage POCs from planning through execution, ensuring prospects hit their success criteria * Inspire confidence with technical champions by answering deep technical questions (API architecture, security, parsing mechanisms, on-prem deployments) * Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly when customers encounter problems with schemas, prompts, and processor configurations * Partner closely with Account Executives to flip technical champions and progress deals IMPACT Ensuring our customers can successfully deploy LLMs into production is critical, and comes with never before seen challenges. When you don't know something, you admit it and follow up quickly with the answer after the call * Presentation skills — Comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences alike LOCATION & CULTURE This is an in-person role in NYC. We work in a high-performance culture where everyone has outsized impact. If you're excited about working at the pace of a startup (we work hard and long hours), building something transformative, and joining at the perfect inflection point, we'd love to hear from you. V7 At V7, we’re building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. Our mission is to turn human knowledge into trustworthy AI, making complex tasks faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’re growing fast, backed by leading investors and AI pioneers (including the minds behind Transformers and Gemini). THE PRODUCT V7 Go is a platform for building and deploying custom AI agents, made for the document-heavy work that finance and insurance teams handle every day. It takes multi-modal data and returns verifiable outputs with transparent logic, so accuracy and compliance come built in. It runs on the latest models too, including GPT, Claude and Gemini. Have a look at what we're building for finance and insurance. Most AI agents still behave like black boxes. They wander off-task, miss the context that matters, and make calls you can't check. Go Agents are different: predictable, transparent, and auditable at every step. * Build custom AI workflows with controlled analysis at every stage. Every output comes with citations and a full audit trail, so the human in the loop can see exactly how it got there. * The Context Graph makes all your data (across workflows, documents and integrations) queryable in one place, giving your agents the context to be properly useful. It's your institutional memory. THE TEAM YOU'LL BE JOINING AND THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE * You'll join our go-to-market team as our second Solutions Engineer in New York (the team is 3 people), sitting right at the front of the sales cycle in a company processing tens of millions of documents for customers across finance, insurance, and real estate. * You'll be the technical partner to our Account Executives, the person who turns a promising conversation into a bought-in technical champion and a closed deal. * V7 Go 4x-ed revenue last year, with 160%+ upsell into accounts. You'll help accelerate that by winning the technical evaluation on every deal you touch. * We run a lean, high-trust team where you'll work directly with AEs, engineers, and product to move complex deals over the line. * Your work directly shapes how enterprises experience agentic AI for the first time and how quickly they believe in it. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING FROM DAY ONE * Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle: lead technical discovery, run demos tailored to each buyer, and shape the technical win strategy on every deal. * Own proofs of concept end to end, from scoping success criteria with the customer through to building the prototype in V7 Go and presenting results back to technical and business stakeholders. * Handle technical qualification, objection handling, and security or architecture questions that come up during evaluation, and respond to RFPs where needed. * Build working prototypes with prompt engineering, data pipelines, and integrations to prove out real customer use cases during the sales process. * Be the trusted technical voice in the room, translating a customer's problem into a clear solution vision that maps to business value. * Feed patterns and objections from live deals back to product and engineering so we sharpen both the product and the pitch. WHO YOU ARE * You have presales or sales engineering experience, ideally selling technical products into enterprise, and you know how to win a technical evaluation. * You are comfortable owning the technical side of a deal alongside an AE: discovery, demos, POCs, and the stakeholder management that comes with a complex sales cycle. * You are a prototyper at heart with a gift for talking to customers, building relationships, and solving technical problems quickly and repeatably. * You love coding with Python. * You have experience delivering Large Language Model projects with customers, including LLM API integration, up-to-speed knowledge of foundation models, solutions design and architecture, prompt engineering, and/or measuring AI accuracy. * You can develop and articulate an AI solution vision to technical and business stakeholders, matching the value proposition to business needs. V7 champions equality and inclusion because diverse teams build better products. Don't check every box? Apply anyway — we value what makes you unique and will support you through the process, just let our Talent team know how they can help.
