This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and the music industry. As our music offering continues to scale, we're looking for someone who combines deep expertise in the music ecosystem with a strong enterprise sales background. You will become the go-to expert on our music products, partnering closely with Account Executives to help customers understand how AI can transform music creation, production, and licensing workflows. Your success will be measured by driving product adoption, enabling the sales organization, influencing product direction through customer feedback, and helping close strategic opportunities where music expertise is essential. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL * Serve as the subject matter expert for ElevenLabs' Music products, supporting enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through deployment. * Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise, customer education, and strategic guidance on music-specific use cases. * Drive adoption of our Music platform across enterprise customers in Media & Entertainment, technology, gaming, advertising, publishing, and other creative industries. * Build relationships with key stakeholders across the music ecosystem, including DSPs, music technology companies, record labels, publishers, creators, and enterprise buyers. * Deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops that showcase the capabilities and business value of our Music products. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring customer feedback into product development and go-to-market strategy. * Develop scalable enablement materials, best practices, and sales playbooks to help the broader commercial organization successfully position our Music products. * Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, music technology, and the evolving music industry to help shape ElevenLabs' long-term strategy. REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales experience. * Proven experience selling into or working with digital service providers (DSPs), digital audio workstations (DAWs), Media & Entertainment companies, or enterprise music buyers. * Deep understanding of the music industry, including music production workflows, licensing, creator ecosystems, and music technology. * Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. * Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to both business and technical stakeholders. * Highly collaborative with a passion for partnering across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll help define the role as the business grows. BONUS POINTS * Experience launching or driving adoption of a new AI or enterprise software product. * Previous experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering. * Experience with generative AI, audio technologies, or creative tooling. * Existing relationships across the music industry, including DSPs, labels, publishers, music technology companies, studios, or major enterprise customers. * Passion for AI and the future of music creation.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will own the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 25 to 50 enterprise accounts - the builders, innovators, and product teams at companies between 2,000 and 10,000 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction. This is a high-impact, high-depth role. You'll manage a focused book while building the executive relationships, success plans, and expansion motions that drive meaningful outcomes at scale. If you love the challenge of going deep with complex organizations while keeping commercial momentum, this role was built for you. On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value. Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs' expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don't just retain customers, they grow with them. COMPENSATION This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 70% net revenue retention (NRR) and 30% product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis. REQUIREMENTS * 5 to 7 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you have specific, quantified wins at the enterprise level and you can speak to them clearly * You own revenue outcomes end to end at the enterprise level - quota, retention, and expansion - and you run the full expansion motion yourself without a sales handoff * You've been in deals where the champion and the economic buyer aren't on the same page, and you know how to navigate that without losing the relationship or the deal * You can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust - familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs is a must * You use product data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn * You can present to a C-suite, troubleshoot with an engineering team, and close with a procurement lead - sometimes in the same week - and you make each conversation count Preferred * Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space * Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our offices in these cities. #LI-remote
OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe. FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE TEAM AND LIFE AT OMNEA HERE. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for an Events & Community Lead to be Omnea's first marketing hire in North America. This is a rare opportunity: the entrepreneurial ownership of building a loyal following from scratch in a new market, but with the funding, brand, and momentum of one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies. You'll be embedded in our NYC office alongside an exceptional GTM and Customer team, and Arie Barendrecht (US, GM) who is scaling Omnea's US presence at an incredible pace. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales: you'll operate as an extension of the revenue team and will own a pipeline number. Events are the core of this role. You'll own Omnea's presence at trade shows, run executive dinners, build regional programmes, and create the kind of high-touch moments that open doors with enterprise buyers. Alongside that, you'll be comfortable picking up broader growth marketing activities, ranging from ABM or content marketing (e.g. videos from events). This isn't a role for someone who wants to execute someone else's playbook. It's for someone who wants to write it and be accountable for what it delivers. It is for someone who gets energy from hosting incredible events, building meaningful connections, and taking pride in leaving a positive impression on people. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * Own Omnea's field presence across North America, with events as your primary lever: trade shows, executive dinners, hosted roundtables, roadshows, and regional programmes targeting CFOs, procurement leaders, and finance operators * Plan and execute events end-to-end, with sharp pre/during/post motions that convert attendance into pipeline, not just brand awareness * Build the playbook for how Omnea shows up in the US market, from which events are worth sponsoring to how we run our own * Travel regularly to industry events across North America and make regular trips to our London HQ to stay tightly connected to the broader marketing and product teams * Support net-new pipeline generation beyond events: running ABM programmes, coordinating with Commercial Associates, and picking up paid or digital activity where needed * Work closely with the NYC GTM team and US GM to align on territory priorities, account strategy, and pipeline goals, acting as a peer to GTM leadership, not a service function * Feed market intelligence back into the business, informing positioning, messaging, and product direction based on what you're hearing in the field * Partner with our London-based marketing team (content, product marketing, design, demand gen) to localise campaigns and assets for the US market * Measure everything: pipeline influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and conversion, and use that data to continuously optimise your approach * As Omnea's US presence scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of your own ABOUT YOU * 3+ years of field marketing experience OR any experience in planning events or projects alongside a fast-paced and demanding role * Events are your craft. You're a pro at planning & executing events or delivering delightful experiences, whether that's been in a formal work capacity (trade shows, exec dinners, annual summits) or even in your personal life! You know how to turn a room into a pipeline creation opportunity and leave people wowed * Proven track record of delivering results, ideally in a pipeline generation capacity or anything where you can show you drove the results * You've worked with sales teams before and understand how they operate: maybe you've sat in pipeline reviews, understand how salespeople think, * Comfortable as a generalist when needed: you can run a paid campaign, set up an ABM sequence, or brief a landing page without needing a specialist for every task * Entrepreneurial by nature: comfortable with ambiguity, energised by ownership, and able to build structure where none exists * Data-driven: pipeline, ROI, account engagement, and conversion rates are how you measure success, not only attendance numbers and vibes * You have gravitas and can communicate with senior executives * You go the extra mile: you are willing & able to travel regularly (around the US and to our London HQ), and enjoy putting in a shift to deliver amazing outcomes * Legally authorised to work in the United States without restriction At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: * We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here. * We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices.
