ABOUT THE TEAM Stripe's Marketplaces product team sits inside Money Management Services (MMS) and owns the financial infrastructure that marketplace platforms use to move money between buyers, sellers, and themselves. Marketplaces are structurally different from direct merchants: money doesn't just flow from a buyer to a single seller—it splits, routes, holds, gets reserved, crosses currencies, and arrives in dozens of countries through a chain of platform decisions. Getting that right, at scale and reliably, is the problem this team owns. Connect platforms represent the majority of Stripe's pay-in volume, and the marketplace segment is our fastest-growing and most complex. The fund flow problem is not fully solved industry-wide; platforms still hit rough edges at scale around multi-currency, cross-border operations, and multi-processor reconciliation. By solving these problems, we create durable switching costs and make Stripe the obvious choice for the next generation of marketplace businesses. Our pod is a small group working intensely on bounded problems with high autonomy and high accountability. We ship via focused milestones, measure activation and revenue impact directly, and iterate fast. WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for a highly technical Product Manager to lead our Marketplaces product suite. This is not a generic PM role: you will work at the intersection of multi-party fund flows, cross-border money movement, platform controls, and the complex regulatory landscape that governs all of it. A significant part of this role is outbound-focused. You will bridge the gap between what a platform tells a sales team they need and what their engineers actually require to build. You will act as the central translator between a legal constraint, an engineering implementation, and a platform's business logic—co-designing APIs directly with flagship users and taking those validated solutions global. RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage directly with flagship marketplaces to understand their charge types, transfer logic, payout schedules, reserve policies, and the edge cases they encounter at scale; synthesize these learnings to set product direction * Co-design and pressure-test APIs with reference users through structured early-access programs, including working directly with major marketplace engineering and finance teams on what is blocking their global expansion * Maintain active relationships with flagship accounts to validate problem framing, and work closely with Enterprise Sales and Solutions Engineering to turn user learnings into durable product decisions that scale beyond the initial accounts * Improve core fund flow primitives—including debits and transfers—to make them more reliable, transparent, and globally available; build closed-loop wallet infrastructure for commercial marketplaces where buyers hold and respend balances * Expand cross-border payout coverage by unlocking more currencies, corridors, and faster settlement speeds for marketplace sellers without adding integration complexity * Enable multi-processor fund flows, allowing marketplaces that process through multiple PSPs to make unified payouts via Stripe, including PSD3-compliant funding flows in the EU WHO YOU ARE We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure * Track record of shipping products across multiple teams while navigating significant technical complexity and strict regulatory or compliance constraints * Comfortable reading code, writing coherent specs, evaluating API designs, and contributing credibly to engineering discussions—without needing to write production code * Strong data fluency, including SQL, with the ability to form causal hypotheses about why metrics move rather than simply describing them * Demonstrated ability to build alignment across engineering, legal, and business functions to ship effectively PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working at a two-sided marketplace or platform as a builder or operator, with firsthand understanding of multi-party money movement, seller onboarding, and reconciliation * Familiarity with Stripe Connect or equivalent platform-payment products (e.g., Adyen for Platforms, Braintree Marketplace, Hyperwallet, Payoneer) * Experience designing or improving financial reconciliation and settlement reporting for platforms or their sellers * Track record of taking products from private or public preview to general availability, including driving self-serve activation and packaging and pricing

You will join the Product and User Enablement (ProUse) team, acting as a trusted compliance advisor to our first line business teams (e.g., GTM, Risk, Ops) to help scale our crypto/stablecoin business and grow our user base globally.  WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for an experienced compliance advisor who is fluent in both compliance regulations and commercial reality. You will not just be a specialized advisor, but a strategic partner responsible for scaling our business by embedding compliance intelligence directly into our technical infrastructure to support our users. You will be the bridge between Stripe’s compliance obligations and our users' ambitious goals, moving away from manual, person-dependent models toward a dynamic, agentic structure. You will provide expert guidance for our complex user challenges to actively shape them. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design user solutions that both support users' growing journey with Stripe and satisfy compliance rigor. Stripe is both a technology company and a financial services company. You will need to be comfortable straddling those worlds every day, moving quickly in the face of ambiguity to help scale our business globally. Responsibilities: * Partner deeply with GTM and business teams for complex user deals to identify compliance roadblocks early and design the "path to yes" that aligns with our risk appetite. * Drive local adoption and development of automated compliance tools/agents. You will be responsible for surfacing nuances, providing feedback for improvement, and ensuring these tools operate reliably for first line teams. * Act as the lead human-in-the-loop for novel challenges and high-stakes edge cases, using first-principles thinking to navigate regulatory ambiguity where no clear playbook exists. * Deploy strategically as a subject matter expert to explain intricate compliance requirements to users and first line teams with authority, clarity, and empathy. * Work with users and internal teams to architect flows — funds flow, data collection, API integration — that meet compliance obligations while minimizing friction. * Analyze complex edge cases to distinguish between "unfamiliar" and "unsafe”, pushing the boundaries of existing norms to maintain a competitive edge for Stripe * Articulate and socialize our innovative compliance approach with key external and internal stakeholders, including Regional Compliance Officers and MLROs. Who You Are Minimum Requirements * 9+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with significant time spent specifically in the crypto and stablecoin space. * Sufficient technical understanding to identify automation opportunities and shape agentic solutions that drive compliance. * A proclivity for curiosity and the ability to develop robust, risk-based opinions in areas that lack clear precedent * Experience evaluating complex user requests for compliance risk and working with business stakeholders to implement creative solutions to enable users while meeting compliance requirements * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex compliance concepts into clear, commercial language for different stakeholders across the business, as well as with users directly * Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including navigating leadership and interpersonal working relationships * The ability to work efficiently and independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and increasingly agentic environment. NICE TO HAVES * CAMS, CRCM or equivalent certification * Experience in a hyper-growth tech or fintech environment. * Working knowledge of crypto regulatory frameworks and standard AML/sanction practices, and a good understanding of the types of compliance matters applicable to a company like Stripe * AI/Agentic Experience: Understanding of how to leverage LLMs or automated AI tooling to scale compliance work

ABOUT THE TEAM Join our Technical Program Management team to build the systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. At Bridge, we’re not just improving global payments—we’re reinventing how money moves across borders using stablecoins and modern financial infrastructure. This role is about driving execution across complex technical initiatives—bringing structure to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and helping the team move quickly while maintaining reliability, performance, and operational excellence. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a TPM, you'll play a key role leading complex programs across multiple engineering, product, and cross-functional (finance, legal, compliance, risk, and other) teams spanning Bridge. You'll be an active contributor to the overall strategy of the program, drive technical decision-making, and drive the execution of the program through all phases from planning to delivery. You'll have the opportunity to implement mechanisms that make your programs effective and scale them to Bridge-level processes. Track record of driving programs with cross-organizational or company-wide impact — not just team-level delivery. Comfortable working directly with senior engineering and product leadership with limited support. History of building toward durable, long-term solutions, not just shipping on time.
