About this role
We are looking for an MSP Partner Manager to be our first on-the-ground hire in the Nordics, building out our Sales presence in
the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s Nordic managed service provider (MSP) partner network. You will identify,
sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across
Sales and Marketing, representing Eye in the Benelux market with entrepreneurial drive.

Om rollen Vi söker en MSP Partner Manager som blir vår första medarbetare på plats i Norden och som får i uppdrag att bygga upp vår säljnärvaro i regionen. I rollen ansvarar du för att etablera Eyes nordiska nätverk av MSP-partners (Managed Service Providers). Du identifierar, kontrakterar och aktiverar nya partners samtidigt som du vårdar och utvecklar starka, långsiktiga relationer. Med ett starkt entreprenöriellt driv representerar du Eye på den nordiska marknaden och samarbetar tätt med kollegor inom sälj och marknad. Vad du kommer att göra: * Bygga upp och expandera Eyes ekosystem av MSP-partners i Norden. * Identifiera och onboarda nya partners samt bygga långsiktiga, förtroendefulla relationer. * Stötta partners genom hela processen – från första dialog till avtal, onboarding och affärsplanering. * Driva gemensamma go-to-market-initiativ med partners för att säkerställa tillväxt för båda parter. * Representera Eye vid partnermöten, mässor och branschevent. * Samarbeta med kollegor inom sälj, marketing och andra interna team. Din profil och bakgrund: * Erfarenhet av att bygga och utveckla partnerskap – antingen genom direktarbete med MSP:er, uppbyggnad av partnerekosystem eller genom nykundsförsäljning inom SaaS eller mjukvara. * Starkt affärssinne och en proaktiv, driven säljmentalitet. * Bakgrund inom SaaS-försäljning. Kunskap inom cybersäkerhet är starkt meriterande. * Stark förmåga att bygga relationer och kommunicera effektivt. * Goda kunskaper i svenska eller danska samt engelska. * Flexibilitet och en beredskap att resa regelbundet (runt 30%) inom Norden. Role Summary As Sales Engineer with focus on Managed Service Providers, you are responsible for all technical aspects of supporting our sales team by determining technical requirements, matching them to Sophos solutions, making product trials and evaluations successful and generating business. You will present in front of, as well as train larger audiences. You will also be involved in technical enablement of partners by determining technical requirements, with a focus on MSPs offering a service in Central Europe and the Nordics.
Our Channels & Alliances Team’s charter builds and activates a strategic, differentiated and high-impact partner ecosystem for our best-of-breed multi-cloud monitoring product, one partner at a time. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will recruit and develop channel partners that drive new customer adoption and revenue, including Regional and Global Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Value Added Resellers. What You’ll Do: * Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners to drive revenue growth * Enable and activate existing partners through training, planning and joint selling activities * Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches * Host regular business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on success metrics * Work hand-in-hand with Datadog’s regional enterprise and commercial sales organizations * Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue Who You Are: * Experienced in 7+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or software as a service organization * Proven in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships * Able to quickly comprehend technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing * Proficiency in managing premier Cloud MSP partners will be advantageous * Willing to travel 20-30% of the time Datadog values people from all walks of life.
