The VP, Creative, is responsible for leading the creative output, execution, and strategy for one of DEPT®’s largest global
accounts and a world leader in AI. In this role, you will ensure that creativity is bold, effective, human, and deeply integrated
with technology, media, and data, specifically tailored to our client's business goals. You will act as the day-to-day creative
anchor for this account, ensuring exceptional craft and driving real business impact.
As a key creative leader, you will partner closely with the Account, Strategy, and Technical leads to elevate the account's

Capability Overview This role sits within the training team, a specialist function within the business that provides a range of courses and educational services covering over 250 digital marketing topics, including social media, search, cloud, and AI. As part of our award-winning team, you will be working exclusively for one of our premier customers. Role Overview We are looking for an all-around Google Cloud expert with a strong interest in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and AI to join our team of instructors. It is important to highlight that this role operates exclusively within Google Cloud. You will be working hands-on with GCP products as an extension of the Google Cloud team to deliver training anchored entirely in the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will be an exceptionally strong expert in Gemini Enterprise and the Google Cloud AI curriculum in general. Because the Gemini Enterprise product is evolving very quickly, you must have in-depth, up-to-the-minute knowledge of the platform. You will be instrumental in helping us deliver courses covering the AI training curriculum, both to clients based in India and beyond. Please note this will be a 12-month fixed-term contractual position Your primary responsibilities will include: * Global Training Delivery: Deliver a high volume of virtual classroom training globally, supporting customers across APAC. On occasion this may also extend into EMEA, and the US. This requires working flexible hours outside of your standard time zone. * Occasional In-Person Delivery: Provide face-to-face training to clients within the Indian region, with occasional travel to deliver courses overseas. * Advanced Google Cloud AI Curriculum Delivery: Deliver advanced-level GCP and AI courses. You must be an expert navigating Google Cloud / Gemini Enterprise to teach deep technical topics, including: * Accelerating Enterprises with Gemini Enterprise: Teaching the Agentic Workplace Transformation Priority Play, including how to build no-code agents with Agent Designer, utilize Gemini Code Assist, and leverage NotebookLM within Google's ecosystem. * Building Generative AI Applications with Vertex AI: Guiding learners on building RAG applications on Google Cloud, choosing embedding stores, fine-tuning models in Vertex AI Model Garden, and generating media content using Google models like Imagen, Veo, and Chirp. * Deploying Multi-Agent Systems: Instructing engineers on using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to build complex agents equipped with tools, and deploying them to Vertex AI Agent Engine. * Building Vertex AI Search and Gemini Enterprise Apps: Training users to create data stores, configure search results for Vertex AI, and build media search and recommendation engines. * Build Agents with CX Agent Studio: Teaching conversational architects how to design AI agents, implement evaluations, and escalate to human agents through Google Cloud CCaaS and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience. * Any of the courses in the Gemini Enterprise and AI curriculum. * Curriculum Expansion: On occasion, you may be required to help develop materials for teaching new Google Cloud courses. * Continuous Learning: Take responsibility for keeping pace with GCP technology and product development, particularly the rapidly evolving Gemini Enterprise. Qualifications * Exceptional Google Cloud & AI Expertise: You must be an absolute expert in Gemini Enterprise and the GCP AI curriculum. Ideal candidates will also understand the competitive landscape (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft Azure). * Training Delivery: Comfortable presenting and delivering multiple-day-long training sessions both in the classroom and online. Must be adept at training enterprise-level clients on how to develop or diversify their current skill sets using Google Cloud. * Certifications: You will need to hold relevant GCP professional certifications; obtaining the Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and Machine Learning Certifications as a minimum is required. Additionally, holding relevant certifications from the wider Google range is highly advantageous.
