🎯 Sur le rôle
Le BDR chez Beamy, ce n'est pas ce que tu trouveras dans une grande boîte tech. Pas de fonction en silo, pas de "simple caller". Tu couvres l'intégralité de l'amont d'un deal, de la définition de l'ICP à la mise en place des campagnes, du premier signal de prospection jusqu'à la remise des clés à l'AE. Ce que le marketing opérationnel ferait dans une grande structure, c'est toi qui le fais ici.
Tu travailles en binôme serré avec les Account Executives : tu les briefes avant chaque rendez-vous, tu prépares le terrain, et tu t'impliques sur les phases critiques quand le contexte le demande. Tu interviens aussi sur la stratégie go-to-market et tu travailles avec les partenaires pour créer des opportunités qualifiées.
C'est un rôle pour un profil généraliste et intelligent, qui veut comprendre ce qu'il fait et pourquoi ça marche.
✅ Tes responsabilités
Prospection & Stratégie ICP
Définition et amélioration continue de l'ICP : identifier les bons comptes, les bonnes personas, dans les bons secteurs (Retail, Finance, Industrie, Énergie...)
Construction et enrichissement des listes de prospection, org mapping des comptes prioritaires
Qualification des opportunités entrantes et sortantes, scoring et priorisation du pipeline
Marketing Opérationnel
Rédaction et activation de campagnes de prospection multicanal (mailing, LinkedIn, séquences)
Stratégie et gestion des événements commerciaux (Républik IT, CRiP, CIGREF, FrenchFounders, events Beamy)
Contribution aux approches go-to-market : messaging, contenus de prospection, angle par vertical
Collaboration AE & Partenaires
Briefing des Account Executives avant chaque rendez-vous : contexte compte, stakeholders, angle d'entrée
Support ponctuel sur les phases de closing pour mieux cerner les enjeux prospects
Animation de la relation avec nos partenaires cabinets de conseil (Wavestone, PwC, SIA Partners, BCG, Devoteam, Capgemini) pour co-générer des opportunités : pipe reviews régulières, partage de comptes, activation conjointe
Revenue Tooling & Agentic BDR
Maîtrise de la stack outbound complète : Attio, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Lemlist, Lemwarm, Aircall, Lusha, Kaspr, Zerobounce, et les agents IA associés
Contribution à la conception et l'amélioration des workflows et agents qui font tourner la machine prospection

Une ou plusieurs expériences réussies (1 à 3 ans) dans une fonction revenue en SaaS B2B, par exemple en BDR/ADR, marketing opérationnel ou rôle proche, idéalement sur des cycles longs et des comptes Enterprise.

Capacité à jongler entre l'opérationnel et la réflexion stratégique, sans perdre le fil de l'un ni de l'autre

As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you'll partner with Sales to help customers understand the value of Datadog and how it solves their most important technical and business challenges. You'll lead technical evaluations, deliver compelling demos, and guide customers through the journey from discovery to successful adoption. You'll act as a trusted advisor, bridging business goals with technical solutions, and play a key role in winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
